Just got a model 3 since the recent discount is pretty nice. But quickly found some issues, have to say the interior, sealing is pretty bad. My sales recommended me to take my car to this service appointment to get it checked cause he also think this sealing looks pretty problematic. The guy who checked me in on my appointment day, he asked me what car did I drive before this Tesla, I said BMW and Benz. Then he went : you can not compare BMW to Tesla s quality, how many years since BMW and Benz been on market, how many years for Tesla? Then this guy took me to the packing lot to check other people s car, try to find a bad quality sealing car to convince me tesla is as this bad quality, then none of the model Y there have this issue, then this guy went like: you know it s Y, yours is 3 so. Then he doesn t want me to leave my car there for the inspection then he said all the issues are designed and expected , I insisted to complete my car inspection to confirm the sealing is okay to be like this way, then this guy went: while if you leave the car here then you don t have a car to drive. lol Are you kidding me?! Thanks for your thoughtfully consideration. Well I don t know if Tesla is training their employees in this way gas-lighting their custoemrs, convincing customers bad interior quality is expected, pretty bad experience at this location. And pretty regretted didn t fully check the car quality when picking up the car that day. Highly recommended ya all check before confirm delivery.

Lake Forest service location is our preferred Tesla shop. Folks make themselves available and happy to discuss requirements.On my most recent visit the problem was addressed and my car returned the same day. Friendly people and quick service, what more can you ask for?!

I've been to this Service Center multiples of times given many issues with my 2022 Model S. Most of the times, the services are smooth and the experience is pleasant.However, more recently, there's been several visits when I would be required to take the car home and wait for a replacement part to be ordered, only to have the replacement part not arrive yet by the time of my next appointment. I'd drive 30 minutes out of the way to the appointment only to be told to set up a new appointment and go home. I would imagine Tesla to be able to track these parts and to communicate with customers thru the app about whether or not follow-up appointments dependent on orders should still be resumed or not. This was pretty frustrating.

Nicholas provided excellent customer service while getting a few issues resolved on my model X. He was professional, friendly, and very responsive via the app about the status and any questions I had during the process. I was provided a loaner car since they needed to keep mine overnight. Overall a good experience.

Twice sent me incorrect documents needed for my rebate. They notified 12/16 I have until 12/26 to submit them I notified the director of operations will keep you posted as to whether I receive them in a timely manner. Rebates can be worth $2k.

The manager of that center does not honor their rectification and resolution even when his staff communicated in writing.I replaced my 4 tires in Jan. Drove off and almost had a near death experience 3 months later on the highway due to tire imbalance. Went back to the center to repair a flat tire and when I drove off the ABS locked and the car almost stopped in the middle of the road. I went back within minutes to discover they installed the wrong size tiers in the front. The center apologized and agreed to replace all 4 tires again which they did to make good of the situation. They communicated in writing and I still have the communication that Tesla will take on the cost as it was their fault initially.I never saw that refund of payment. When I called to enquire, after 6 calls and emails, the center manager said they won t refund the 4 tires, they replaced the 2 front and that was it. He told me bluntly that is it. When I asked to escalate this to his management, he said it will come back to him and he will not change the decision. He said complain as you wish, it will be funneled to me as service center manager and I will not refund it still.What great hierarchy of system. Center managers are God s in charge. They make mistakes and will not be held accountable. Almost cost me my life, but they won t be held accountable.I changed my center and will NEVER ever go back to lake forest due to lack of accountability and respect to the situation and not honoring their written communication not being respectful in general.Service: Tires

This Tesla service center is incompetent and unable to fix simple issues. After 3 issues with my A/C unit they still can not get it fixed. They are now saying it is because a sensor went out due to my window tint. How absurd of an excuse to make up. They will not honor my warranty. Use an other tesla service center.

This location talked me into buying an warranty a few years ago because my screens keep blanking out and not coming on. They said it was a known issue and I would save money in the long run buying the warranty. So I did. Over a year later I got a letter saying issue was a recall and I could get refunded if I previously bought a Warranty. I have not received a refund and my screen is blanking again with bubbling in screen like its overheating. So I make an appointment for Oct 15th. I get to appt to be told I would need a manager to sort it out and that they would contact me later in the week. So they wasted a 30 minute 2 way drive for 2 people basically. Which is very hard on me physically because I am in breast cancer treatment and am always sick. It is now Oct 25th and no one has gotten back to me. I even sent them a reminder on Oct 20th that I have a screenshot of. This location does not care about customers they just want your money over and over for the same issues. The last time my screen blanked they replaced it but dented up my trim and dash and then tried to give me my car back with dash pieces on the floor of the passenger side. They rush and don't care as long as you are paying. Terrible customer service and terrible repairs from my experiences.

I had an outstanding experience at the Tesla service center in Lake Forest, CA. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The Tesla service center in Lake Forest is not very well organized. When I arrived, there were plenty of Tesla employees but no greeted or gave any customers directions. Eventually I looked around a bit and made my way to the service agent. The service was good and took a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was nice and had two large desks. I made use of one of the desks to work while I waited. Internet was also good. Overall a good service center but needs improvement on the front end of the service process.

Fortunately, Tesla techs were able to accommodate me by fixing a battery fuse warning while I waited....unfortunately took an hour longer than estimated....love their service though.

I m not a fan of Tesla s out of warranty service policies at all, but Joaquin, one of the Tesla managers, is a great guy and was very helpful with my issue.

Brought in my Model Y to replace the cracked windshield. Service was was up to par with other tesla service center. I had my fiance pick up the car when it was ready and she didn't check it at the location but later that day we noticed ants inside of the car which we did not have beforehand. Now I'm dealing with an ant infestation they are coming outof all different crevices in the front and the back of the car. Kind of a headache.. I hope someone from the service center sees this and inspects where the cars are being kept overnight so another customer doesn't have to deal with this issue. After paying almost 1000 dollars for a windshield I now have to spend money on getting rid of the ants.

Upon arriving at the Tesla location (on time) for a scheduled & confirmed Demo Drive, we were instructed to wait until someone is able to help us begin our demo drive experience. After waiting, they came back and said that the only test car they have isn t available and we were told to look for another Tesla place for a demo drive without guidance nor specific instructions. Our time was wasted and we ended up without a demo drive after all! Extremely dissatisfied with the experience & the lack of professionalism as we were not notified at any point that they didn t have a test car available!

If your car has noise, which is a problem that many Tesla have, don't expect to come here for help in fixing it. They will only tell you that noise is a characteristic of the vehicle. JUST LIVE WITH IT!

Why does Tesla hire kids at all their service centers? Attitude and arrogance is all you get. Sebastian checked me in and went to a lot of effort to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. Luckily they had the parts in at the service center and I was able to get my car the very next day. I was lucky.Without the parts being there, it could ve been a couple of weeks. Sebastian went beyond the call of duty to be helpful to me. He was patient with me and really spent a lot of time trying to address my issues.The only thing I wish I could call and talk to his boss and tell his boss how good he was. But the Automated phone system will not let me leave a message for his boss unless I know the extension number which I do not.

The 12 volt battery replacement light came on, first appointment slot was a week away. Had difficulty opening the car several times due to dead 12V battery so didn't want to take a chance getting stranded. Called service, at 8:30 AM they said they are placing me ahead of the line and a technician will be out to the house to replace the battery. It's 3 PM and no technician, no phone call. Called service again, they said you can use the car and if there is trouble call the tow truck and get the car towed in. Made a service appointment for next week but not driving the car until then.Couldn't believe this runaround.

Great experience, I had brought in the car for a noise from the front. The car was kept for only one day repaired and was given another car in the meantime. Recommend this place for sure

I requested to fix the door which was not closing and they put a dent in the car and now refusing to share the picture of before the car was in service and not accepting their fault. I have seen that one of their technician hit the pole while taking a customer s car in service bay. Tesla hired buck of crooks to drive the customers away in the name of WITHIN SPEC . This is a great excuse for them for not doing anything and no one knows what is the SPEC. Stay away from these crooks, they will cause more damage than fix.

My first time at this Tesla Service Center and my last. For some reason the interior of the car after installation of a windshield, replacement door panel, correction to seat and undercarriage was disgusting. I have never experienced this at any other service center. Very disappointing.

I am pleased with customer service provided, and servicing performed on my Tesla here time and time again. The communication and professionalism at this location is exceptional. Dropping in and checking out is streamline and efficient. The notifications through the Tesla App is a useful, simple to use, efficient form of communication, as well.Thanks, Jimmy (my specialized customer service rep today)! You were wonderful! Tldr: poor customer service and left with no serviceI dropped off my tesla at 10am per my appointment for a tire rotation. Intake was fine and the guy helping me confirmed I should come in between 5 and 6pm for pickup. Not a problem. I message in the app asking for an update with no response. I return at 5:45pm. The first guy to help me, told me my car is ready and proceeded to confirm payment. He handed me off to a lady to get the card key and she said the script lines weren't completed and my car is "still in service". I asked for clarification if the car was in the air in the middle of service or it was still pending in the queue. She continued to say "its still in service" and "the lines haven't been completed yet", yes it has been in "service" for the past 10 hours. I asked that if the car is still on the ground I would like my key back and I will handle the tire rotation another time. While she did not refuse to return my keys, her resistance to giving me accruate details about the car's status was agitaing. I again insisted on getting my key and a different guy brought my car to the front immediately. Obviously, this tells me that my car was not being worked on at that moment like she was implying. Before handing off the key, she asked if I wanted to stay another hour and offered uber credit. After I declined, she again offered to keep it overnight with a morning pickup to which I also declined. Aside from not getting the tires rotated at all, I left appalled at the audacity to keep me there longer over a $50 service. It was not worth their time and energy. It would have been fine, still leaving without the service, if they gave me the options without the dancing around.

For this being a higher end car company, the amenities are a 0 star rating. For tesla to be producing at a record rate for two years in a row, the dealer/service center never seems to have a courtesy vehicle available for any customers dropping off their vehicle. You would think they would have more vehicles available but instead you get an uber credit. The service team has been great in my experience, but overall not impressed with Teslas overall "Luxury" experience. Need to take a couple notes from Fletcher Jones dealerships/service centers.

Tesla is on its way to becoming a joke. We've owned 4 of them over the years, and they just keep making them less and less useful. In my '21, you can plug in a flash drive with your music files right in the center console. In my wife's '22, that's no longer supported. We also just discovered that they changed the 12v battery to a 16v system, and now none of the 12v accessories will work. Plus, the service writers are actively discouraging owners from trying to get body & paint issues fixed, saying it regularly takes upwards of 3 weeks to come back from the body shop.We had an appointment to fix a handful of items (including paint work) and they tried to reschedule us for next month because one of the parts didn't come in (even though they already had over a month's lead time).If they can't get the quality of their manufacturing and service up, we'll likely be choosing a different electric car maker next time.
