Not sure how this place is even in business, maybe that s why there was no customers in the shop.Unreal scam fraud business, unreal high prices, and terrible work!Taking advantage of elderly by telling my 72 year old father that does not know about cars too well that he needs a new AC compressor for $920, belt for $95, (when Irvine Toyota has the list price for $815 and $62 with no discounts) charged him $80 for oil change (when you just swapped the oil and didn t even change the washer or filter (see proof picture below).When I showed up to get the real scoop on what is going on you try to tell me you don t make any money on the parts and they are what they are. So why are you charging even more than the dealership at MSRP prices? You are clearly in the wrong business or is it because you got caught lying and taking advantage of people. This is not even a business, it s a true scam.Filing a complaint to BBB, BAR and the telling everyone I know about your business . See how long this business lasts. Didn t even provide an invoice, what about the taxes paid? State Franchise Tax board will be contacted aswell.AVOID THIS PLACE!

If I can give zero I would give zero my father-in-law went an older 70 year old man and they tried to scam him way overcharge him you could get the parts cheaper at the dealership than he was charging way over price and when we called it out he was like I m not making anything out of the parts when he knew he was and we did our due diligence and called the dealership just to prove a point to see how much are they at the dealership and he was way overcharging him trying to take an advantage of an old man shame on you Please stay away from this place unless you like throwing money in the trash they will try to rip you off SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Unfortunately the price was unfair for my brake pads. There is no place that sells the brakes I got for the price they offered plus the labor! This was the last time I went to this place for my auto care!
