Lehel just help me with some complicated automotive parts needs. He was super helpful friendly and professional. I highly recommend this auto parts store out of all of the other local stores here in Orange County. Even Kenya was there and she was helpful too. This place is fantastic, but Lehel really went the extra mile for me today. He deserves a paid vacation or a raise or both. Hopefully O'Reilly is taking care of him as good as he is taking care of his customers.

Usually, I really like OReilys and find their workers to be honest and not simply trying to get someone to buy the highest priced brand. At this location, the worker tried to get me to get the most expensive option, yet clearly didn't know what was so much better with that 90 dollar version and a 55 price. (Which I only found what the lower prices were after i went to another OReileys.) He tried to tell me the part would last me for years, which it sounded like he was just saying what ever to get the highest priced option sold. When I asked about a lower priced brand he skipped past the 55 dollar one and then told me how I really don't want to get the one that was less than 20 bucks.I don't like needing to have to check prices on everything at each store and prefer to just trust that the cost is going to be relatively the same. I trust that the store workers are going to be honest with me, (even if they have to say, i dont know much about that paticular item and so i cant help you past finding it in our store)This location at least one person there is comfortable just saying anything to get a sale. (Or hey may do it because he really isn't that smart of a person and is covering by making things up.

Suuuuper helpful! We just walked up to the register and Dallon assisted us in getting the parts we needed, and professionally and respectfully installed the parking light bulb and the cabin air filter for us! Great service.

I bought some headlight bulbs today from the store and the gentlement that helped me was extremely courteous and went out of his way to help me get what I was looking for. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but I do remember he had a cool barbed wire tattoo on his forearm. Thanks for all your help!

The people working here are so nice & helpful! I didn t catch his name, but the gentleman who helped us I believe said he was in the Navy.The item we bought, we actually didn t end up needing it to use for fixing our car s issue, so he let us return it for a refund.Thank you for the excellent and friendly service!

Let me be clear this isn't about any thing other than the prices. 38.99 for a 26-inch rainX wiper and 38.99 for a 15-inch. Amazon less than 10.00 each for same wiper. Thank God didn't need it today. Can wait for shipping.

I went in looking for hubcaps for my Toyota Camry, and was told that the hubcaps were cheap and not very good, and didn t stay on the car very well.I then spoke with a guy by the name of Jonathan, and he was anything but accommodating, and was quick to tell me that there were no refunds on the hubcaps. So in light of that, , I asked if I could just take one hubcap, to see if it fit on my car. He quickly said no, and made no attempt to help me with the situation.He may have been having a bad day, but he didn t seem like he had much of a personality for customer service, and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.This is the first review that I have left a review on a business in several years, so it s significant because I I don t just do this all the time. I try to give people a break.

Jacob the manager could not have been more helpful. I came in looking for a replacement fuse, not realizing how many size variants there were. Jacob assisted me at my car to locate, remove and replace the fuse. Excellent customer service, very friendly, and also great value. Thank you!

I appreciate the response from you, i can't say anything negative of your store, the young man that helped me was very nice and polite, he did his best to hurry up going back and forth from one cashier to another, very nice service.It would of been nice for him to get help from another co-worker.Other than that, good service Only 1 person was helping out and there was like 7 people on a line, took about 45 to my turn and i was the 3rd one.

Before heading to the store, I called to be sure that O Reilly AP offers the service of turning rotors. The O Reilly s employee told me that, they do and that it was going to cost me $25. I told him that I was in my way. He replied great we ll be here for you . I drove 10 miles to get to the store. Once I was there, the same employee that I spoke on the phone asked me if I was the person that called before. I told him yes . He replied. Sorry, the guy that does the rotor s turning is no here today. I didn t take the name of the employee but it has red hair. I was furious. I will never buy anything from this business. Horrible customer service.

The customer service here is top notch! I went in for a quart of oil and some replacement light bulbs after work. The person who helped me, Geo, went above and beyond to help me when I realized I didn't have my debit card. His unsolicited kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you for supporting our community!!!

They usually have plenty of help but the other morning I got tired of waiting at the register because the few employees were in the back. I put my purchase back on the shelf and left.Street access and parking is quite good and they are knowledgeable and freindly.

The guy working at this location on 03/06 @ 4:45pm needs a raise. Looked like he was handling the store all by himself and he is doing a great job! He is a keeper.

Apparently the employees find customers an inconvenience. If anyone wants to shoplift in the early morning ( I kid, I kid) this is the place to go. No one is minding the store and if they do notice you at the register they hope you go away because they have more important things to do in the back. Nuff said.

Worst costumer service.. Manager Beristain has no customer service experience.. I would just got to AutoZone because the warranty at Oreilly is horrible

It's a good place to get parts for your car. Very clean store, you have to have a mouth cover to get it, inside you can get sanitizer for your hands.Guys at the register are willing to hear and help you out on your needs.

OReilly is a nice place to get help and find the car part you need.the guys that work there are very helpful they will go out of there way to make sure that you have the right part.for the most part they have good information and they'll find you the best price .always have good sales on car accessories. Parking is great and they open early.

Great staff at this O'reilly location. The Ramona location gave me the wrong part a few months back, and the manager here (Susan? Sally?) allowed me to exchange it with no questions asked, even though i had lost my receipt.It's nice to see and experience solid customer service.

Employees are not knowledgeable. Ive recieved the incorrect parts numerous times. Probably about 10 times. Ive even called and ordered parts and they promise they will come in the next day, so I drive out there the next morning and find out that the parts were never even ordered. One of the employees didnt even know the price of a crankshaft keyway and tried to ring me up for a single keyway for 21$. The entire box of keyways was for 21$. Hire more qualified employees please.

I had a check engine like come on and I brought my car here. The guy behind the counter connected a device to my car and told me what the code revealed. He then looked up and printed out the cost for the parts. The guy was very helpful and friendly.

They had the part I needed but I felt very uncomfortable in the store. Most of the men were rude, lazy and dismissive. Only the youngest male employees were polite and helpful.

Great customer service, came in right before closing on Dec 1, the two men working were super great and helped me identify problems I didn't know I had. They helped me install my headlight as well as gave me great advice!
