Good place to buy all your automotive needs! This is my third time here, mostly because it is the closest place to where I live! But no complaints here.I ve asked for suggestions and I ve asked for help with some DIY car projects and so far the staff has been very helpful and honest. If they don t know, they ll tell me. And I have gone with some of their recommendations and things have come out great.They open from 7:30 am - 9 pm all week! Lots of parking, clean store.

Upon my arrival, Hawke came out and helped me replace my battery terminals and upgraded the functionality of my car. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. My car runs so much better now. Thanks, Hawke!!!

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience and was so happy that Hawke was able to help me with my questions and concerns. He was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I used to always get my parts online but will def be going to Oreillys from now on thanks to his help.

Today I received such incredible customer service from Kevin at the Foothill Ranch area O Reilly s, it just wouldn t be right to end my day without a most positive review. Kevin went above and beyond to figure out what brake and tail lights I needed and why the overhead brake lights still wouldn t work with new bulbs. When he reached a dead-end, he asked his co-worker, Hawke. Hawke was also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me too! Together they checked fuses and got to the source of the issue. I can t say enough good things about Kevin, Hawke, and this O Reilly s! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best in products and customer service. Thank you, Kevin, Hawke, and O Reilly s, Foothill Ranch!

Check Engine Light came on while I was driving. I went to Hawke and he gave me the scan tool and we found an easy simple fix for my problem.

Customer service here does not exist. Very unprofessional attitude and No effort to appear professional or at least put effort towards it. Several times I've called to see if they have certain items in stock only to find out I've been lied to when I arrive. To make matters worse, they like to close their doors 15 minutes before official closing time with them visable inside doing nothing but spending time on their phones. Was given the middle finger while knocking at the door 15 minutes before closing with the open sign still clearly lit. Complete waste of my time Thanks to these guys.

Minivan battery died and won't charge. Luckily I had 3 year warranty and had about 1 year left. The associate gave me a new battery instead odmf testing and charging the old one to save me time and another trip. Always clean, organized and helpful for car needs.

Love these guys especially Mike! Helpful and friendly. But beware, if something needs to be ordered and they tell you it should arrive at their location in an hour, be sure to call first before going in to be sure your needed part has arrived! Also, dont expect it in a timely manner. That one hour turned into the next day!! But besides delivery issues, real good place for parts.

Had a great experience and the staff was more than willing to help me change a hard-to-reach headlight bulb. The bulb I was changing was very small and required several tools I didn't have to remove parts to access it. He spent the time to take apart the necessary components, install the light, and put it back together. I really appreciate your timely help and will certainly be back for any parts I need. Thank you!

Car broke down near there, needed a hose. They had it in stock, they loaned me the tool to fix it and I was good to go. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I came here for a battery change and the service was amazing especially if you have Oliver and I recommend you asking for him because I m not one to know a lot about cars and he was kind enough to be patient and help me with what I need. Was fast and quick and was straight to the point. I would definitely come again!!

Horrible service! Older gentleman this evening. Came In with break light problem. He said I m not a mechanic, I can t help you . He was very rude! I asked for a manager he sent a young kid named Phillip. Phillip seemed nice but the older employee talked over him and told me to leave. I ve never had such rude employees from this business! Time was 1900 on Friday 10/22.

Want to compliment the Lake Forest location for their outstanding customer service.Having replaced a car battery in 2020, it just stopped charging and could not hold a charge.Having a mechanic check the alternator and passing that test, I drove to the local store and they not only replaced the battery, but also wLked outside and replaced it.They gained a customer for life. GREAT customer service. Wish all companies acted that way!!

I went in 30 minutes after they opened and had to wait about 10 minutes before I was helped. There was only 1 worker there with 1 customer at the counter and 1 in front of me. I bought wiper blades, 1 had to be ordered and would be there a few hours later.I asked for the blades to be put on, since the website said this was offered. The worker looked put out by my request and I was told I had to wait for another worker to arrive which was about 5 minutes.I went back 3 hours later for the other blade and had to wait in line for another 5 minutes or so to be helped. Then when I asked for it to be put on I had to wait for another worker since there was a long line. 2 minutes later I got helped. Unfortunately he didn't know how to replace the blade so he had to get someone else to do it.Spending a total of about 20 minutes just standing around waiting to be helped was a bit ridiculous. Doubt I'll be back.

I came here on my lunchbreak after my coworker told me I had a brake light out and since I have a long commute from San Diego and really wanted to get this fixed immediately. I lucked out when I got to this O'Reilly Auto Parts location! Oliver quickly identified which bulb was needed and then swapped it out for me in a matter of minutes! 10/10 recommend!

These guys are the best. Super easy to work with and knowledgeable.I got the wrong size air filter and the exchange process was a breeze.The two different employees I talked with casually were friendly and easy to get along with.This is one of my favorite O'Rilley's in the area.

On May 20th 2020, I visited O Reilly Auto Parts in Lake forest to purchase Engine Oil with the sole purpose of receiving a rebate which I saw was marketed online. Being a relatively new customer to O Reilly, I have never purchased an Item with a rebate and was not familiar with the process. The cashier that help assist me with my purchases was Justin, and not once did he inform me on the necessary steps to receive the rebate, all he said was that it would come in the mail .Fast forward to July 10th 2020. I walk in to O Reilly parts to purchase a new cabin air filter and inquire about not receiving my rebate for the purchase I made 2 months ago. The cashier told me that I had to submit a form in order to receive it and was sorry that the original cashier never told me to submit the necessary form. I asked to speak to the manager to see if there was anything they could do. Nick, the manager walked out and insured me that the promotion was still valid and that I could still submit my paperwork. When I get home, I notice that the form says that Nick and the cashier gave me said explicitly that the purchase must be from May 27th June 23rd, which I then realized it was for the following month s promotion, which did not apply. Were they too lazy to check my receipt to cross check what they were explaining to me? Or did they take the easy method of just giving me a form to fill out in order to get me out of the store?Driving back to the store again, I asked to speak with the manager Nick. I could see the cashier walk to the back of the store and address the manager (Nick) from where I was standing. I could clearly see Nick briefly talking to the cashier, brushing it off and not take the time to address it and then proceeded to walk out of the store. The cashier returned to me and explains that they there s nothing that they can do and that Nick, the manager has left for the day.From a Customer s perspective, I find it extremely disheartening that a manager of a store would not only take the time to make sure they are giving me the right information of an application to fill out for a different promotion, but decides to not take the time to make sure their customers are addressed properly when they are facing a problem that they initially created when they did not tell me to submit an application for a rebate.Please do not shop here, they do not value their customers time and will not bother to make sure their customers have all their questions answered. Worst customer service from a manager I have ever experienced.

I came in for break cleaner & gloves & Aiden was such a help. Everyone said hi when we walked in & Aide immediately walked me over to the break cleaners & went in the back to check for more gloves. He even called Mission Viejo store to see if they had more in stock. I appreciate it all!! Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Been shopping here for a while, never had an experience that stood out til now. Went in to buy a part and found out they were out of stock of. So they ordered me in what I needed and said to come in the next day to pick it up, so I did and they couldn't find it after having to wait 30mins and they finally told me theyd reorder it and I could come in later that week to pick it up, same thing happened and now I'm waiting for another 4 days for the part to come in to hopefully be able to pick it up and not have them lose another one.My vehicles not running right now for about 2 weeks as I have to wait for this so it's a real damper.

Had a system warning message "charging system problem" and headed over to O'Reilly for a battery check. MJ immediately offered offered to check it out. Battery was okay, so he checked the alternator (also okay) and checked for burnt out fuse. Then suggested another local business to further investigate the warning message. I really appreciate the extra time MJ spent with me, and his honesty in trying to diagnose the problem.

The people are nice, but for the third time they told their used oil tank was full and last time they told me to take it to the oil change place next door. I don't believe their tank is full; they just don't want to deal with used oil because they can just direct people next door. I'm assuming it also saves them money because they never have to recycle their oil tank.

Drove down to pick up parts and they told me they couldn't make change for $100. My bill was $45 and they didnt have $55 change? Employee had a bad attitude over the phone and in person.

4 old men in green shirts and NOBODY in the store but me. no one helps me. they can't find me in the system and each person says I have to talk to the other guy who is a manager. all for a battery that has 7 months left under warranty and is dead! so I go out find it's their brand, fond the purchase on my credit card statement, and go back in. still no one again. do I talk to the same guy and he asks Todd if he can help me real quick, nope, Todd says he's on lunch. so I say, I'm not coming back and leave. what jerks.

Went to get windshield wipers. Everyone there asked me if I needed help. One kind older gentleman looked up my car and found the kind I needed. Another employee named Julian assisted me putting them on. He was so kind and the old ones were so difficult to remove. If he didn't install them for me I would have had such a hard time. Who knows what would have happen.
