Was in need of a tire repair, either a plug or a patch, on a Saturday afternoon. Went to one of the big tire shops and was told a min. 2-hour wait. I turned to Mission Auto Center and the staff there took care of me. The staffs and technicians are super friendly and courteous, and most importantly, they were willing to help me out and repair my tire immediately, even with a busy schedule. They treat the customers right. My tire was plugged and fixed in less then 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

I m so happy i found Mission Auto Center!!! I ve had my share of bad experiences with auto shops.. I drive an Audi A6 and everywhere I ve taken my car including the dealership, I have been over charged, taken advantage of or mysteriously they find new issues with it. I ve had a hard time trusting anyone with my car until I found David at Mission Auto Center. Not only was it late on Friday night but he was already closed and ready to go. David was kind enough to reopen his shop and help me out. My car was making a loud noise because I had driven over a 3 inch metal object that punctured the tire and I didn t know. The car was still driving good and I wasn t getting any messages on the screen so I don t know what the problem was. David fixed my tire in no time. He did such a good job and took time to check all tires and adjust them. His shop is super clean, he is very professional and very knowledgeable. My husband and David spoke car language for a while and now he s taking his truck to to upgrade the tires and install a magnaflow exhaust. I m very happy to have found Mission Auto Center. I truly recommend them.

I ve been coming for the past 3 years. Super glad to have found a great shop within 15 miles of home.Stopped in last minute for an oil change today. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are very accommodating and helpful.My new touch screen is being glitchy (Bluetooth not working) after my husband installed an updated aftermarket one, and David offered to check it out for me. Thank goodness, because you don t realize how much you use your Bluetooth until you can t!I came in for an EGR code about a month ago. My car is at 185k miles, and CA vehicles tend to have valve clog issues due to different emissions regulations/parts. I guess there was a Toyota recall a few years back that I missed the window on (boo!). Though just cleaning the system was an option, David recommended I have the dealer review that my vehicle didn t need a new EGR valve and CPU update. David always gives me advice on what he would recommend if it were his car - even if it means taking it to an outside specialist. I appreciate the honesty so I don t potentially have to have work done twice.My next visit will be to have my tire pressure sensors replaced. As my car gets older and high in mileage, I am thankful for a great shop that keeps my Prius running at optimal levels.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Cleanest repair shop I have been to, they do nothing but quality work at affordable prices. Staff is friendly, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local trustworthy repair shop. They had my car fixed in no time, and they have a clean comfortable waiting room. Ask for David, he is the best!

Went in to have Mission Auto Center check an oil leak on my son's 07 Acura TL. 1st off the shop I almost too clean, hard to imagine any shop that clean.David checked it over and was honest about the problem, not pushy at all. Did not end up having any work done, but David's honesty and professionalism was a breath of fresh air, especially with all the crooked mechanics out there. Will be back in the future for any car issues and routine maintenance.

Davids are the best, both of them! They also have BMW specialist here and provide a professional service on my supra (with a bmw engine). The price was fair and I got more than what I paid for. I asked this shop for 2 things: Air filter change and transmission fluid change.The air filter took them 2 times before they can eventually find the right one for my 2019 BMW X3 the 3rd time and each time I have to drive there for them to find out. Seriously, don't you have my VIN number!?Even more, when I replaced my own air filter 8000 miles later, one of the screws on air box was missing, and as a reult the inside of the airbox is super dirty. I recon that this air filter change by Mission Auto did more damage to my vehicle than not replacing air filter at all.The transmission fluid change was even worse: After 8000 miles I DIYed the fluid change and find that the refill plug was so tight as if it was never cracked opened before (It's in a very tricky position and therefore almost impossible to torque it too much with any leverage tools.Moreover, the drained flood was so dark with particles that it doesn't even look like anything that has been changed in 8000 miles. I highly suspect that THEY DID NOT EVEN CHANGE IT. The transmission was jerky and had remained jerky after Mission Auto "changed fluid"If that is not evidant enough, right after I did my own DIY fluid change it was almost the difference of day and night: The transmission has became super smooth, unlike before when suspectedly "changed" by Mission Auto.I have to say that this is probably the most lousy shop I've ever experienced in 20 years time among different countries and continents.I will not go again and neither should you.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

This place is very trustworthy and their prices are fair! I take all my cars here. Took in my Cherokee for an oil change and tuneup and they were straightforward. Letting us know could wait for oil change It s not needed it now everything is good. I really appreciate their honesty! They do great work.Highly recommend!

Mission Auto Center is a very clean, experienced, and HONEST shop. They work fast and efficiently, and know how to repair vehicles and provide excellent customer service! I am so happy to have found these guys, honest, fair, fast. Recently I took my Mercedes G Wagon to them with a steering problem, the found the issue and foxed it the same day. Mission auto center check my brakes to make sure they were road worthy. They did this thoroughly, with a road test, a look at the brakes with the car on the hoist, and explained that I had months of wear left on the back and front, stating when to get the front reevaluated ( 4 months from now). They did it all for FREE. I had called the day before to make an appointment. I recommend Mission and will return. I want an oil change too. Thank you Dave.

David has been professional all the time. Here are the reasons why you should trust them:1) I asked for a quotation in Yelp, he sent me an estimate for my rear brake change, with a discount already!.2) In most places, they change rear rotors making you pay a lot of money, but David gave me the option to resurface them.3) Moreover, he kept the price fixed even though we had to change the brake sensors!They recharged my air conditioned and checked for leakages. So far the car is braking smoothly and the AC working super good. Therefore, if you want a friendly staff and affordable prices, I strongly recommend Mission Auto Center.

Went to Mission auto center 3/20/20 to register the new battery in my 2017 BMW X1. They did it for $40 and the dealer wanted $200. Thought I needed front brakes, Dave was honest and said you don t need them right now. Decided to change the oil their because they gave me a fair price. I don t know why anyone would take there BMW to a dealership, this place is beyond fair, honest and knowledgeable . Thanks Dave for the honesty and you have a customer for life.

This is by far the BEST experience I've had at an auto repair facility and highly recommend these guys. David (owner) is super cool, explained everything I needed for a tune-up, and made sure it was within budget. Not pushy, very professional. Also, the garage is the CLEANEST in Orange County, as well as a super comfortable waiting area with Keurig Coffee and Bottled Water. I'll be back for all my future services and they have a new customer for life. Thanks guys!!!

Top notch service. Fast diagnosis. Fast repair. Very honest.Service with a smile. This is a very clean shop, with a comfortable waiting room.They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I drove up from San Clemente on a recommendation. Fair prices and expert service. They had a lot of high end cars in the shop. Their high end diagnostic computer solved my problem in short order. The guys there are super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! By far the best place I've gone for car repairs. I came in because my car battery had died several times recently. Apparently, the place I got the battery from put in a terrible battery for my car and couldn't even help when I went back to them first to fix the problem. Went to Mission Auto instead (been here before, too, and they were great) and a new battery that's better suited for my car was put in. Took in my out of warranty BMW for an oil change. Couldn't ask for a better experience with David. Price was the best I could find in the area and the service fast. Definitely will return and bring my wife's vehicle here.

I took my Tesla Model 3 here to get some aftermarket springs installed and was very pleased with David s service that we ended up taking my brothers model 3 here for the exact same installation.David made sure to send us pictures along the way and was precise with the changes the springs made to the are. He even measured the amount our cars were lowered.Thanks David!

Very helpful and fair pricing. Did a complete check, oil change, filter changes and tire rotation on short notice before I head out on long road trip. I also saw him dealing with many other happy customers as well. Will return!

I recently had a Class 2 hitch installed on my Kia Soul. Sean quoted me $150 on the phone when I made the appointment. This was already the lowest price I could find around. When I got to my appointment and watched them installing the hitch, I realized that I didn't tell them they first had to remove my Class 1 hitch. Of course, this took a little extra time.When it was time to pay, Sean didn't say a word about the extra work removing the old hitch. When I mentioned this and said I was willing to pay more, he wouldn't allow me to! He said it all evens out in the end. Some installations take a bit longer, some a bit shorter than usual. This is quite unheard of to me. Sean and his owner/son David are smart business men and understand the value of word-of-mouth. Except of course, it's not word-of-internet! I'll now go back to them whenever I have ANY work I need done on my Kia Soul.

Mission Auto Center is a relief from most auto service centers. My car, a Cayenne Turbo 2013, was suffering from alignment issues. Helpful and knolegable staff. They are able to mount 37 inch tires on rims. Most places do not have mounting machines capable of doing this. They even balanced them with balancing beeds. No more vibrating from my off-road mud tires! They also were the only place in oc that could align my full size lifted truck with 37 inch tires and wheel spacers.Thanks for the great work!

Update*** Shop reached out, didn t admit to charging me for work they didn t do but apologized and refunded me the total amount of the brake job. ThanksBrought my car in around a 7-8 months ago to have my rear brakes done, CVT fluid change, and spark plugs changed in my 2015 Subaru Outback. First off, my brakes weren t completely worn down but I was about to take a long road trip and wanted to get them done since they were close to needing to be changed. Less than a year after going here, I was told by my dealership that my rear brakes are medal on medal. Thought it was weird since I had just replaced the brakes since they typically will last around 50k miles. Highly doubt the brakes were even touched and makes me wonder if they charged me for work they didn t even do.
