Gale, and the full team at Fix Auto were amazing. Super communicative through the whole process of our repair and even had the repairs done early.Hope we never need to use them again, but would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Travis, Gil, and the rest of the team go above and beyond every single time! I ve been a customer of this establishment since 2021 and I keep coming back. They treat you like you re family here. Everything is super transparent and they tell it like it is. On top of that, the quality of their work and craftsmanship beats any other shop out there! Hats off to all of you at Fix Auto Lake Forest!

Absolutely incredible service and work. My car was treated with the same care I give it and was repaired quick with the best quality. Cannot recommend more especially for a BMW M car that has extra gimmicks and parts. They know what they re doing. 5 stars and recommending to my BMW group.

Fix Auto does awesome work, with quality parts and paint and the best people. They fixed our Tesla that got rear-ended with a new tailgate and painted an exact match. Kept me informed and even arranged for the rental car to be picked up.Travis, Gil, Edgar and Julie are the best !!

I had an exceptionally positive experience with this company, and the staff went above and beyond. Dealing with body shops for my Tesla, especially those accepted by both State Farm insurance and Tesla, proved challenging. Fortunately, I discovered this shop! It s the wonderful staff and repair team that makes this shop so special. A real person answers the phone!!!!They are all very supportive through a stressful time. I got into 2 accidents in 3 months, neither one my fault!, and both times Gill at Fix Auto exceeded my expectations. From the moment someone greeted me in the parking lot to me receiving my perfect car again back the customer service was a 15/10!! It was that good trust! Scheduling me for an appointment was super easy and smooth. Dropping my car off and how professional they were made me feel comfortable. They gave me honest time lines on the project and they actually beat their timeline quote and got my car earlier than expected! Enterprise rental car was taking longer than expected so they personally drove me down the street to drop me off. They texted and called me with updates every step of the way. I own my own business Matrix Keyboards so I know what it s like to build out an amazing experience for a customer with amazing customer service. They have built out a great business! Communication is key between repair shop and customer. Fix Auto failed to keep customer updated with status of repairs. Manager seemed overwhelmed with communicating with 41 customers during our repair experience. Fix Auto is designated as a State Farm approved Tesla repair shop. Our experience indicated that Fix repair was unable to communicate with Tesla for support. Comments by manager were it s difficult getting ahold of Tesla and dealing with them We had to make our own appointment with Tesla to have car brought over to complete repair because Fix auto could not get a hold of Tesla and get vehicle charging. Repair was delayed 2 weeks because of this.This was not a good experience dealing with Fix Auto.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I hit a pole that is 2.5 feet tall last week at a fast food drive thru while turning in(Tacoma visibility sucks because of the hood angle). The result was a basketball sized dent and paint damage on my front left bumper. I decided to go to this place because its near my work, and it was the best decision I could have made.Travis assisted with the initial assessment and paperwork, and I made an appointment to bring it in a few days later. The drop-off took all of 5 minutes. Once it was fixed 2 days later, Gil called and it took me about 3 minutes to sign, pay, and admire the work that made everything look in perfect new condition again. Travis and Gil were knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I believe George was the technician that worked on my truck and he did a great job.The price was good, service excellent, and overall process fast and painless, I couldn't recommend this place more 5/5Service: Body & Trim

This place is awesome! They truly deserve 5 stars for their service. We were serviced by Justin. We were given a quick estimate and then an appointment over the email. It took me 5-10 mins to drop off my car. Justin did an excellent job in ordering the parts in advance and our car was ready in 2 days. Justin even removed a minor scratch on my other car without charging us anything extra. This place truly goes above and beyond. I will be going there for all my future body shop needs.

My car was rear-ended on the freeway by another whose front bumper was equipped with a few hitches. Needless to say the damages were more severed than normal.I picked Fix-Auto for the repair because it was listed as one of the certified repair shops on my insurance s list.They have several locations but I picked the one in Lake Forest. It was nothing short of a pleasant experience. FromThe minute Travis answered my call to the day I got my car back, everything went very smoothly and as I was told. Travis even went beyond his call of duty to fix a few other items unrelated to the accident for me. Travis helped with organizing the rental car pick up and drop off.Everything was super professional, courteous, honest and superbly done.I am very happy how my car turned out. The paint job they did was perfectly matched.And to top it off the actual cost was slightly lower than the original estimate- who would do that!!!And all items were delivered just as scheduled.I just couldn t ask for more from this place.Thank you so much for your wonderful service.I wish all other service places use this company as a model - it would make for a wonderful world of happy customers.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
