Efficient and helpful service even when you don't have an appointment. Pretty accurate time estimates for when your car will be finished. Comfortable waiting area if you want to stay while your vehicle is serviced. On the negative side the parking situation is awful. Because they are located in a shopping center it's very busy and they have little dedicated parking, most of which is used as they move cars in and out of the service bays. I realize it's not Firestone's fault but it is still an issue. I recommend arriving early to find a spot relatively near the shop.

My daughter s car needed brakes, front tires and an oil change. Spent well over $1000. Car was not ready 3 times that I was told. Daughter missed work due to this. Tires were not rotated, brakes were not bled and grinding on brakes remained. Dillan was great to work with and helped me with discounts. But I feel the tech failed to deliver. He didn t read and follow through with the SOW. Now Im doubting what else was done. Did the oil really get changed? Did they truly install front/rear brakes or forget? This leads me to believe there is a lack of management to hold techs accountable to their work.

My service at El Toro Firestone was excellent. I was impressed by Miguel's customer service and I felt he was trustworthy. I depend on my car and it's a good place to have my car serviced.Thank you!Allen A

I have brought my cars here for about 20 years. The staff are friendly, courteous and always explain what they are doing or recommending. I always feel I get a fair deal at Firestone without all the pressure of up selling. They want my business (at times 4 cars) and always treat you fairly. Thank you.

I made an appointment for alignment , but when I got there at my appointment time they told me that their power has been down since morning and they won't be able to do anything and I was told that I would be contacted once their power comes back. I was not happy that they didn't call to cancel my appointment once they knew they didn't have any power in the morning so that I would not have to drive there and drive back for nothing, also they failed to call me back once the power was back on to reschedule my appointment. I had to call back next day to reschedule. Not so professional and wasted a lot of my time.

Don't bother going here if you value your time.I booked a 2pm appointment several days prior. I got there 15 minutes early and checked in. At 3:15 (an hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment) they hadn't touched my truck. When I asked when they were going to get to it. The guy said he wouldn't have a bay available until 5:30.This is truly poor time management and disrespectful to customers.

Beware the staff is very organized. Each person tells you something else and they don t input it into their system or communicate. And their estimates on prices and length or service are incorrect. I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours to have my tires installed and now they are saying hours and I have to take an Uber to other appointments.

Guaranty to do right first time is a farce. First, I was told 90 - 120 mins but 120 to be certain to get work done took 3 hours and 30 mins.New tires and technician forgot to put valve covers back on. Didn't realize until in UT 2 3 days later. Manager, Michael, was unable to provide a solution and sais they really weren't needed. Also, as a customer not sure oil was done because replacement sticker not put on. I doubt I would ever visit this location again because service and response to complaint was far below acceptable levels.BTW, how to resolve issue is simple: Mail to me or credit $5 or whatever and apologize.Also, still not sure oil was changed.Also, it would be far better to remove sign on guaranty to do right the first time.

I have been a customer of this store and the Laguna Hills store...the best management anywhere they take such good care of their loyal clients. Bert and his team are the best because they learned from the best!! Shout out to Michael too for great customer follow up!

I ve had 2 lyft inspections done at this location. They were quick and thorough but did not try to upsell me. I would recommend this Firestone to any lyft or uber driver for their vehicle inspections.

It doesn't seem to matter whether you have an appointment or not. Be prepared to wait MANY hours with the sound of the TV droning in the background.

Made appointment, waited hours till closing with nothing being done. Had other cars put in que before me all day long. Place was filthy, Mexicans working there on travel visas acted very prejudice and rude toward me- a 72 year old Caucasian. The entire experience was very bad, totally dis-satisfied-disappointed.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. I called ahead to get an estimated wait time for an oil change. I was greeted by Carlos who was kind and provided great customer service. When I arrived, he promptly checked in my vehicle and confirmed the service would be complete within my tight timeframe of 90 min on a busy Saturday morning. He was true to his word and left feeling well taken care. I am grateful for the kindness and the quick service of the team.

After reading some of the reviews I decided to write one of my own. I went looking around for an oil change a few Saturdays ago and walked into the fire stone repair shop in Lake Forest off of Rockfield Boulevard. I walked up to the sales person and asked him if he could do an oil change. And without even lifting his head up, he told me he s booked and he can t do it till the next day at noon. I understand he was busy, but his people skills suck and he didn t offer an apology. I ll never go back.

The level of care that I get at the Firestone complete Auto in lake Forest or Santa Ana has always been exceptional. I purchased the alignment package years ago and it means my car gets a free lifetime alignment so every time I bring in the car to rotate the tires I made sure to get them alignment. It keeps my tires under warranty and I have never paid that much for tires there because they back their tires. The staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you.It's the first time in years that I have been disappointed with this Firestone location. They put windshield wipers on my car and they are awful so I went back in and asked them to check them and they said they were going to replace them but they had to order them. He told me to come back the next day, Labor Day, And they would be waiting. So I left my event on Labor Day drove to the Firestone and he had never ordered them. Usually the service here is excellent this time the guy on duty named Seth never order them. So I'm spending my Labor Day holiday waiting for them to order them get them delivered and put them on my car. How are you spending your Labor Day?

I trust this shop to do the work that the dealership will charge way more for. I ll usually make the reservation online then call a day later to confirm. The service writer is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the shop guys all seem to know what they re doing. One time, I had a rebalancing of all my tires done and one wasn t done quite right. I went back the next day and they took care of me ASAP, no questions asked.

I was in this location today. A simple car inspection took about an hour. Finally, they find the issue with the car. The til lite didn t work na needed to be replaced.Employee start to play around the car again and I asked them to do the fix fast to pick up my doughier from school, he said it take about 20 minutes to replace the. Simple light cost $15 labor which is expensive for replacing the simple light.I asked them please terminate their inspection and need my car to pick up my kid, again they start playing with papers and .There was an un-train and disrespectful manager, and he tried to escalate the situation by arguing with me instead of making the customer calm.I had a bad experience with their employees.

Listen cost of things are way up so I am sure we don't like spending 100s of dollars for car repairs but that is what it is. However once you say yes to one of the recommended repairs and they tell you about an hour to get done and it takes over 2 hours at least maybe have some water in the waiting area. Just a thought, if something is slowing up the repairs then just give a heads up is all
