treats customers horribly went thru carwash and staff came up to harass me the woman the runs the gas station is so snippy and spiteful i visited a business she rents bays to and again her minions came out to harass me about parking in an empty parking lot. this old woman needs to stop harassing customers or she WILL have none even gas stations can go out of business the two businesses she runs in the store are subpar at best. i certain would never eat from her gas station dinner she has plenty of money so there no excuse for such a run down shabby place. if she spent less time monitoring customers on her cameras she might be a happier person.pray for this woman she acts possessed obsessed w keeping a vacant parking lotplenty of income and uses shampoo in gas station bathroom@.@ thats the type she is

Great selection of energy drinks and adult beverages. Car wash prices keep going up but still on par with others in town. The towel service is a great addition but they're always damp. Still 5 from me.

Second time I come here for a FULL SERVICE for $250.00 very professional service but tend to rush things when detailing your vehicle. After you telling them don t wipe door panal they do it. Spoken with the supervisors and all they say is I will give you a discount in your next wash rude employees tend to get at you when they know their wrong. Would recommend for a quick wash through machine but not FULL DETAIL Service!!!!

Beware of the checkout at the pumps, it is VERY easy to accidentally pay for a car wash when you don't want one. When I asked for a refund, was told they could not. Never coming here again

One of the worst car washes I have ever had. It didn t clean all of the windshield, it actually left smudges that weren t there before. There was barely any rinse so the soap dried on my car leaving spots and wierd drips. There was still soap on the back of my car that I had to wipe down. The only thing that worked well were the vacuums. I paid $8 for soap and water

I went for a full service car wash interior/ exterior.. I have kids. My leather had drips of ice cream on the seats I was excited to have wiped clean.... nope. So I point out the 4 areas I d like to have wiped... he pulls out the vacuum... I correct him and ask for the seats to be wiped. He wiped one area and that was it. I sat and waited, he stood there. It takes a lot for me to speak up, so I was over it and left. I won t be returning. If a basic exterior wash is all you want, that s about all you can expect out of them.

Usually the lowest priced chevron in the area. A couple pumps have an extra slow setting so you can have more control when filling up visually. 1st choice for those reasons.

I have been noticing that the Chevron Stores have been closed for about a Month now everytime I attempt to go to one overnight. Especially the one off of Trabuco in Lake Forest and the one off of Sand Canyon Ave in Irvine. What happened did they get Robbed or are the workers to lazy to open them?

Convenient parking decent price not too busy good food adjacent good inside service struggling to find a downside if you dont go to cash or Costco gas

This gas station always has one pump that is out of service and it is the pump I always use because it's on the same side as my gas pump. Please fix it!!

The new Owner its so mean he does not care About Customer Service . He said he does not care about reviews . To bad to know this from his employees...becareful if want to return items...they wont accept
