My wife called in to verify pricing. She presented $29 coupon upon completion of smog cert and the owner told her it was cash only coupon.That was not mentioned on his website or his coupon. He proceeded to charge her $59 to use a card. She pushed back feeling scammed and he took $10 off. Total charge was $48 for an advertised price of $29.99.Buyer beware this guy is a scammer..Service: Smog certification
