I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else. Very clean and the prices are considerably cheaper. it s absolutely worth having the peace of mind, knowing that your car is being handled by professionals. Alireza and his team very amicable and share the same passion. They have always taken care of me and are easy to reach. I highly recommend Benz N Beyond.

I have an E320 wagon that is starting to show some electrical issues but is a great car. One vent may blow hot and the other cold, and the windows roll themselves down repeatedly if the car isn t warmed up, but I can also drive smoothly to Las Vegas with the cruise control set at 85-90 mph. When I got a check engine light for EGR valve recently everyone told me to dump the car. Most shops were quoting around $500-$600 to replace the EGR valve; I even bought the part to save money.After seeing labor costs around $120-$150/hour for people who are not Benz specialists I found Hassan at Benz and Beyond who was priced right in the middle at $145. I wanted to make sure it wasn t a vacuum issue or something minor that a tech at one of these other places would probably overlook.Hassan found a faulty egr hose and confirmed there were electrical issues; which I already knew from the AC and window problems. They replaced the egr hose and ran a complete diagnostic on my car for $145 which made the check engine light go away. I easily passed smog and the car has been running great for a couple weeks and long distance trips with no check engine light. I am able to return the part that I bought.I d also like to note that I have a service dog who usually only lets children near her. She went right up to the window to give Hassan a kiss. When people are kind to animals it can tell us a lot about their character. I will definitely be back any time I have a concern about my car.Highly recommend for any Mercedes Benz owner

I have taken our cars to Benz N Beyond couple of times. On both occasions, I found them to be honest and knowledgeable. On one occasion the owner/service writer highlighted an issue with the car and suggested that I take it to the dealership as it might be under warranty which it turned out to be true. That s what I call honesty and integrity.

Very professional staffs who know how take care of my Benz inside out.This was my first time after looking for a while for a knowledgeable MB maintenance shop that won t break my bank like the MB dealers. I was impressed with their unique skills set that I trust that they will well take care of my three MB cars.I ll be back for their services

Ali and Sassan are very knowledgeable about Mercedes. I have been here several times and they are my home shop now. Reasonable rates and very honest. Bonus: they are friendly too!

SUPERIOR QUALITY AND SERVICE. Ali and Sasoon and team always knock service visits out of the park. Today is no exception. My Lexus now drives like a cloud. I didn t think it was possible to make my car drive even smoother, but it does, and I am very happy. Thank you, gentlemen for always going above and beyond and serving the cars of your customers. Absolutely the BEST and most HONEST Mercedes shop ! Don't waste your time calling around, just bring your car into their shop and they will take excellent care of you and most important they have fair and honest pricing !!! Wish I would of found these guys earlier , would.of saved me $$$ over the years !!!!

I am so happy to have met Sassan and Ali! Took my 2003 S500 because of knocking noises under the car. They knew immediately what was wrong. These guys are experts and very fair. I would definitely recommend their services!

Awesome customer service, very professional for Mercedes-Benz,I took my wife's Cadillac Srx with check engine light on and they fixed it then I could pass my Smog check with them to get my registration from DMV.Highly recommended.very honest peopleThank you

Sassan and Ali are a top notch team. I knew my '99 323i BMW was in the best hands and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I drove over an hour to Benz & Beyond. I have that much trust and expectation. I can't say enough good things about Benz N Beyond. Ali came to my rescue when my check engine light came on. I was only in town for two days, and he fit me in to repair it in a few hours. He had the problem checked out, told me what was wrong, what had to be done, and what would happen if it wasn't done. However, there was no pressure. He even arranged a ride to and from restaurants while the work was being done. The price was very reasonable . Benz N Beyond is the best independent shop there is. Most honest, personable, and experienced team I have met. I m very selective about my cars and only trust Ali and Sassan to work on them. This place is owned by two very sincere guys. They love working on cars. I have worked with them for the last four years. They are upfront honest and very reasonably priced. My car has always been an excellent condition, and if there is an issue they are happy to fix it right away. This was the first time using Benz N Beyond, and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only did they fix my problem, they were communicative, prompt, courteous and even went the extra mile (beyond!) and fixed an unrelated problem that occurred when I picked it up. They did not have to do that, but it shows how conscientious they are. This is the first positive experience I have had with an auto mechanic shop in a very long time; and much better and more reasonable than the dealers. Benz N Beyond is amazing. I m so grateful to have Ali as my mechanic. Whenever I have an issue, I know I can take my truck to Ali, and he will tell me exactly what needs to be fixed or replaced. Ali is fair about prices, and he is really good at giving a timeline of when the car will be finished. When he replaced my suspension, he knew I needed beefier struts in the back, so he ordered these KYB struts that run really smooth and can take my trips up Santiago with ease. When he replaced my fan clutch, he made sure to get me the exact OEM replacement for it, and the quality really shows. Over the past six months, not only I have relied on Benz N Beyond, Pristine Plumbing has been sending our fleet for minor to major repairs. They earned our business after I took my Mercedes in for a smog check. Then, my daughter had her SUV BMW check from front to back. If you are looking for a honest and high quality mechanic that doesn t keep your car for weeks. I brought my Toyota in to Benz N Beyond for a regular service. One of the owners, Sassan, was very kind and assisted me. He even brought me a cup of coffee which was very nice. I usually take my car to the Toyota dealership but was tired of the long wait times. I m very happy with my choice because it was a personalized experience and the mechanics seem more precise than at the dealership. I got a three filter exchange, oil change, and they fixed my tire pressure free of charge. They even did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. Everyone at the shop really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. Of course, the coffee was the cherry on top.

I m very thankful to Ali at Benz N Beyond for replacing my master cylinder (and more) on my Ford Edge. It was done quicker than the dealership time would have been and was A THIRD of the price. He literally went above & beyond replacing filters that the dealership had never changed in 8 years!!! He even cleaned off my battery.There s a personal touch here when you bring in your car. They re fast, friendly & reasonably priced. I ll no longer have my car serviced at the Ford dealership. Our family has been taking all of our cars to Ali for so many years! Toyota's, Lexus, Mercedes, Volkswagen. For us, it's important to know we're not being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs & prices! Ali & Sissan are the most honest, trustworthy, reliable, and generous technicians. They perform great work and are always taking care of us. They are friendly and respectful. Always smiling and a positive atmosphere. It's been such a blessing for not only my family, but also my parents, to actually know someone that can work on our vehicles with whom has the expertise and the honesty. I highly recommend them!! I've done several jobs here in the past two years with Ali on three of my vehicles: Mercedes, Porsche, and Bentley. They are close-by so I continued to bring my business to them and I also tipped on occasion for their service.I called this week to schedule a brake job on my Bentley (rotors I had in hand) to change out the rotors and asked about the time. To my surprise he said a person that drives a Bentley and Mercedes should not be asking. I've gone to him in the past, and I've never haggled anyone for a better price etc. It's not how I do things.Anyhow, I guess he was bothered by that and said he wouldn't do the job.He continued saying things like he never makes any money off any of my past jobs and that I should take my service to Bentley if I have my own parts. That't not fair to say because the only one time, I brought my own parts was an oil change on the Bentley because I don't want aftermarket filters in my car. Every other establishment I've been to in the past are totally cool with me bringing my own filters, I don't care if they charge me for an aftermarket filter as long as they don't use it.I'm disappointed in Ali's lack of professionalism in this case as we had a relationship. All I'm asking for is a courteous level of communication. If he just said very plainly that they don't do jobs unless they order parts, I would respect that moving forward. I took my C-Class sedan to this shop based on the number of good web reviews. My car required an extensive repair due to the failure of an internal engine part. I was very pleased with the quality of the repair, the time to complete the work and the professional attitude of the technicians. My vehicle runs great now, and these guys have definitely earned my business and my trust. Thanks, Ali and Sassan!Updated: 2022-08-24I am a repeat and faithful customer of this business. My vehicle is older and sometimes requires extensive repair to ensure safety and reliability. I am completely confident in the work done by the professionals who work at this business. I also trust these professionals to perform all routine maintenance on my vehicle and will never take it to anyone else--as long as I am living within driving distance. My most recent experience on August 17 was no exception. My vehicle was serviced and delivered on-time--including coordination with a sub-contractor for wheel repair, and procurement and installation of many new MB parts. I just returned from a 500 mile drive to Northern California and am very satisfied with the way the vehicle performed (brakes, coolant system, tire and wheel installation). THANK YOU SASSAN!

I really appreciated how Sassan clearly explained what work was done during the service and what has to be done next time. He makes it really easy to understand what's going on with my car each time I go to him.Honest about what work your car needs, never does unnecessary work!I had a great experience here getting my car serviced. I found this Fabulous Car Repair Service (called Benz N Beyond) while commuting to my new Job. Even though I drive a BMW, I gave them a call and they were able to make an appointment for me the very same day. They even drove me back to my Office then picked me up when my Car was ready. Their skills are not only impressive (my Car has never run better) but, they added extra nuances I never would've thought to ask for AT NO CHARGE. The Owner comes from a long History of Mercedes Benz experience and his Partner/Mechanic is a veritable GENIUS (Ali can fix almost any kind of Vehicle, not just High End Makes and Models). It was so refreshing to find an honorable Repair Shop and such friendly/caring Gentlemen. I cannot elaborate enough on how impressed and grateful I am for their fine Service, Kind Hearts and Professionalism.

My husband and I have taken our 2004 211 mercedes wagon, our Lexus GX460, our 2000 210 mercedes wagon and our 2002 210 mercedes wagon to Benz n Beyond, and so long as we live within driving distance, they are going to be the only team we let work on our cars. This is the first time I used this shop in lake Forest! Both Ali and Sasoon were wonderful! They went that extra yard to make sure everything was perfect. I had it diagnosed somewhere had them order the part which was a gamble! They made sure everything was done on a old 2003 Mercedes that now runs like a new car incredible! I have been having problems with mechanics in the area until I found this shop! I have tried 4 other places before and had a really bad experience in terms of service quality, honesty, and cost. Then I was lucky to find this place! Ali and his team always ensure to have customer satisfaction! I always receive a great service from this place! Once, my breaking light stopped working, I shopped around and was told from different places it will cost $600 to replace the whole thing, yet, I called Ali and told him the situation, and he searched for good and cheap parts and I ended up paying $300 only! I really trust this place and recommend it! You will not regret it!
