I ve purchased now three sets of tires from this location and every time they have been fantastic. The service is excellent. The wait time is always less than what I expected the technicians super friendly. They do a fantastic job and when they install your new tires they even clean the rim and put a fresh coat of tire dressing.

I hit a sidewall flat in my RunFlat tire so I could make it a couple miles. I recalled an article saying American Tires prices were highly competitive so I googled for the nearest store. About two miles away but in the freeway. I made it.The store had Great in and out service. They walked me to my car outside and scanned each of the tires. Told me my options. Rang me up and I joined dozens of other customers in their lobby for an estimate of one hour and forty minutes . They were right on point.Great service (they must be on commission). Clean showroom with comfy chairs. For some work done while I waited. Couldn t ask for anything better.

There's a reason they are always busy, they provide great service and really make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Derek was very helpful and honest, which is greatly appreciated. I have bought tires from them for the last 7 or 8 cars, and I've always decided to come back.

I m a long time customer. I brought my car in. I bought the car used used so the tires were on the car when I purchased it. In the past, including this same store I went to, they did the rotation and balance for free. This time around the salesperson charged me $40 for balancing, even though I pointed out these facts. I normally buy used cars. Once those tires need replacing, I buy them at America s Tires because of the customer service. After this poor experience, no more. There are other stores with better customer service and will do the rotation and balance for free. Those stores will get my business since they re centered on customer loyalty.

I have been an America's Tire customer for over 20 years and today was a perfect example as to why I keep going back!I called Friday, to inquire about tires, and they had them in stock. They asked me to come in sane day but instead I set an appointment for today at 5pm. I was running late and knowing that they close at 6pm, I called to let them know. They told me not worry and they would take care of me. Wexarrived with 15 minutes to close and they welcomed us. Yes, they close at 6pm but that doesn't mean they go home! That means they stop accepting customers at 6pm.How many places do you know like this?Most places are doors shut, light off and everybody gone by closing time.They got our car in, tires off, tires mounted, balanced, and we were out in less than an hour.The guys at the Lake Forest, CA store on Aspan st. are like a well oiled machine!This is our selected store!

Came in to get a vavle stem replaced on my spare. They took care of me right away and check to make sure the spare was safe to use. Had a great experience and it's was fast!

First time visit. They provided professional service and friendly customer service. I got my tire fixed with walk-in, but I suggest make appointment with them. Definitely will be go back if I want change to new tires.

This tire place is extremely bad... I bought 4 tires from there, it comes with free puncture repair while under warrenty. I went back for repair. They insist I buy a new tire. I told them I don't want to buy anything from them, just here to do free puncture repair while tires are still under warranty. If they cannot do the job I will repair it myself. They would not let go of my car on the hydraulic jack. They insist I buy a $30 used wrong size tire from them. So I went home with one tire bigger than 3 tires. I had to go buy another tire from another tire place to fix the problem they created for me. To all potential customers - Never ever go to this shop or American Tire. I wish this whop would shut down, not scam customers again with their faulty warranty

Had TPMS relearn issue with new sensor from another shop. Cole from the shop helped me to get the TPMS in my car working again. He went above and beyond to help and very commendable.

I had my 5k rotation done at this location, when I went for my 10K Appointment was told there is a charge of $60 for the service, the guy told me they never had free rotation here. Went to a different store and got done for free. Call them before you go to make sure whether you will be charged, or go to another store.

I stopped using them 2reasons nightmare getting tires fixed. Always a battle. They always pressure to replace a tire even if still good tire. Last time I had to leave cat for 4 hours each time because there was a slow valve leak. I told them 1st time it was valve leak. They said was tire. It turned. Out to be the valve stem. They pressured to replace all tires. 2nd reason- they are overpriced like crazy. I was quoted $800 to replace all tires on truck. All other tire places was couple hundred dollars LESS then them I ended up with Tucker tire at $480 out door. I doubt I will waste anymore time and money with them, even though I can walk to them from my house. Other places are miles away, but less wasted time.

They help us to fix our flat tire for free, which other store charge 20-30$ to fix your flat tire.All the stuff there was so helpful and they offer us free coffe and water. Really happy with their service

Really rough experience unfortunately. Certificates aren t honored due to road hazards if company declares vandalism (totally subjective and up to them). My friends and I have always purchased through them and now will go to the superior Tuckers Tires. They offer better warranties and significantly cheaper prices for the same tires. Wouldn t have left a review if it wasn t for Frankie. Horrible customer service from him, no courtesy at all even though I accepted their decision to not honor the no questions asked certificate. The rest of the team there is super nice and very helpful. Avoid the General Manager at ALL costs if you want a good experience

Deleted my five star review and replaced it with a one star review due the recent complete lack of organization, chaos, and customer service that was recently experienced. It has made me lose confidence where I have provided my business for over 30 years.

The store manager, Derek, is one of the best people who is really willing to work with the clients and to earn your business! Services are much better and faster than all Costcos nearby!

No longer going to this store. It seems they can't schedule future appointments while in the store. All prior experiences were fine before today's.I stopped into the store and Cole was my service rep. Asked him when the next available appointment was, he said in three days. Sure, fine.Issue arose when I asked him if he could schedule me into that time slot. He said no, I'd need to do it online. Zero empathy to the point of not caring whatsoever. Asked if he could assist with scheduling the appointment, as I'd imagine a company that lives off appointments could make one for me right there in person in about 30 seconds. Then the tune changes to "I have other clients to assist". After he throws that line down, I asked if he could assist at all, as he saw I was willing to wait; and then basically repeated the line about helping other customers with a heavy dose of ... I am not helping you further. Hey, I've worked with customers - we suck - I patiently waited my turn and was just asking for some support two additional times; or maybe America's Tire has zero ability to setup a future appointment while at the store. Anyways, went to a competitor down the street that had an opening the same day. I was willing to stay a repeat customer at this location, but now - I'll just go to another tire shop.

Changing 1 tire only takes 30mins including waiting in line for walk-in. Hope there will be one in irvine. Great service with reasonable prices.

Hugo was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to fit me in at the end of the work day to replace my tire for me. These tire warranties are SO worth it! Can t say enough good things about Hugo and the team here. Everyone is super professional and knows what they re doing!!!

Replaced a tire, but they left the fender lining panel hanging loose, so it got damaged immediately after I drove the vehicle. Its $300 to repair. Very careless! Not coming to this location ever again!About a year later, im here just for air. Took 25 minutes. And I was told to wait at 2 different places by 2 different employees, proper training please. Customers don't like to wait longer and waste time for poor training. Not much improvement since my last visit. In 2023. (Today Feb 6, 2024)

Buy online and make an appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes their goal for appointments is 45. Karina was friendly and efficient at the counter. Warm greeting, then she immediately called in to the shop to have them bring my car into a bay. Lead tech came to the waiting area to let me know I would be out in 10 minutes about 10 minutes after my car was brought in. Tire price was also under competitors.

Best tire shop that I've been to! Had a screw stuck on one of my car's tires and they patched it for FREE without any issue. Very professional and nice staff! Fast service too!

I gotta give them 5 star!They patched my tire for free, after two rejections from other tire places-other places refused to it. The staff was friendly and quick. They acknowledged me right away when I walked in. Big thanks to Antonio who helped me. Esai gave status when it ll be done, so I m not left wondering. FYI: they have a lot of tires for Teslas in stock where other places have to back order. I m going to refer my friends and they definitely earned my future business for life.

My go to tire and wheel shop to get things done. Appointments are the best way to go. If you are lucky walking in is also doable.2/22/19: Came back again for new tires. This time I walked in. They took care of what I needed. Took about 2.5 hrs with waiting but that is fine.
