Amazing service on all level at this location. Staff is highly trained and very customer service oriented(which is rare these days) I had a sleeping baby in the car and they worked around it as best they could. Above and beyond. Everyone should use this location for oil changes. Thank you.

They did a great job at what they do...changing oil...but, they failed to let me know that BOTH of my inner fenderwells were sitting on top of and rubbing on my tires. I'd think they would notice since they checked and added air to all my tires. Regardless, the service I paid for was completed properly as usual!

This Valvoline location is the BEST! They have the definition of customer service! I always feel welcome when I go there! Also, the Assistant Manager Leonardo is the kindest!

EXCELLENT customer service! Thorough inspection, quick service and exceptionally convenient! Yes, prices are a bit higher, but it's worth it, and there are always multiple discounts and coupons available!

Came on a Saturday and it was INCREDIBLY busy! 12 cars before me but true to their promise, they were all done within 15 minutes each and had 3 lanes open so I only had to wait an hour.The customer service was unparalleled here and although it was SO hot outside, each person who helped me (person directing the line, person filling out the paperwork, and the actual servicer) were so kind and professional.Not worried about the job they did on my car and am a happy customer.

Today I went into this valvoline location and left very unhappy. I went in for just a tire rotation, They decided to jack up my vehicle with me in the vehicle? Very unsafe, they jacked up the front first, never chalked the back tires, Did not tell me to hold my foot on the brakes, There was no communication what so ever. Once they had my vehicle jacked up, The guy said "It should be fine we just have to be quick" They had 2 guys under my vehicle the whole time, when they finally finished they put my vehicle on the ground with a person under it and told me to start it? What if my drive train catches something on their employee and seriously injures them? This whole scenario they pulled was very unsafe and very unprofessional, Never coming here again!!!

Absolutely grateful for this location. I was having trouble with our fleet account and Fernando really went the extra mile in trying to figure it out with me. JB has assisted me in the past and his attitude was just as great then as it is now. Leslie was on top of things. Very professional with great attitude all around. Big thank you to Fernando, JB, and Leslie. For all of their assistance. Ultimately, very happy with this location!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I typically handle all of my own maintenance (and all other work) on my Internal Combustion Engine. However, procrastination dictated I have the oil changed by others this time. Couldn't be more impressed with the staff and the processes they follow over at Valvoline. Great work.

JB and the rest of the crew were awesome! Just moved down here and never been to this business but I loved it. So quick, honest and to the point. They got me in and out in 15 mins when every other place I went to told me a few hours for oil change. Will definitely be back

Love the service and the team that worked on my car. My car is happily humming at a quieter level while working at peak efficiency!Alex greeted me with professionalism and helped me pulled into the bay.Grant gave detailed explanation and introduce to online coupons that valvoline offers for all oil change. I got $15 off of my oil change!JB took initiative to how me the dip stick for oil change without me asking.Faith helped all around, my car and some other people's cars. Amazing team, very friendly and approachable, will answer any and all questions as well as make recommendations.I will definitely come back to valvoline for my future oil changes, especially at this location!

I love coming here for an oil change and other services. For me time is money and they work so efficiently.JB is awesome and very thoughtful. He and the manager Jennifer, really show what good customer service is all about.

Super happy with the service, it's a shock from Chicago. Prices in Chicago. $25 for oil changes up to $40 but they took care of me today.

I called to ask if they would price match SynFast Oil Change in Temecula because SynFast does a full synthetic oil change plus a 25-point inspection for $62.99. But the manager here at this Valvoline franchise is incredibly stingy and refuses to price-match their competitors. I will just be a customer of their competitor since there is zero customer service skills here at this Valvoline location. I used to be a Valvoline customer until I moved here to Lake Elsinore and found that this franchise location is appalling with very bad management and top of it they employ price-gouging practices, they want over $130 for an oil change, that is a complete rip off, they trying to gaslight customers into paying twice what the fair price is on an oil change.Service: Oil change

This was great. I've not been this happy with a business transaction in a long time. It was quick and thorough. I got a break light I didn't even know was not working swapped out for 15 bucks, a few valve stems replaced for free. This is just such an efficient thing to do once in a while to make sure you're in tip-top shape, and it took very little time. I couldn't be more pleased.Service: Oil change

This guy JB had excellent customer service skills, actually explained the additional services in detail without feeling like they push the services on you, he did get a tire rotation out of me lol, but all and all solid experience today!

My car had a rattle under the hood after getting an oil change here and they were too busy to be bothered with resetting my oil change light. Took my car back to have them check out the rattle and I was told everything was fine... No rattle when I left though

I took my car here a few months ago to have an oil change. They told me they were seeing evidence of an oil leak and a transmission leak, but I had just moved into a brand new house and had seen no evidence of leakage on the garage floor. Fast forward a few months and I just had to take my car in for major oil leakage. The dealership that I took my car to said there was also a transmission leak, but only because whoever last topped off the fluid extremely overfilled it. Is it possible the oil was already leaking when I took it in for the oil change? Yes, but for it to go downhill so fast on parts that I actually had replaced just about 40,000 miles ago seems like a bit of a coincidence. And clearly the transmission fluid issue was caused here. $2500 later I've learned my lesson and won't be returning to Valvoline. It might be a little more inconvenient to take it someplace else, but it's worth saving myself the cost of repairs from mechanics who clearly don't know what they're doing.Service: Oil change

Excellent service by Chris and the team of mechanic technicians. In n out in 15min, through inspection, great customer service in 100F heat performed at 110%. Thx so much y'all,keep up the great work!!! Went on Sunday to get an oil change and they also showed me my cars filters. Payed and didn t think much of it. Went to work and home and noticed it was not running normally. So the next day I popped my hood and noticed they unplugged the valve close to the filter. So I called the manager to let him know the poor service I had received. I also let him know I had this happen to me and because of this incident I had to get a whole new catalytic converter. Which he responded to if this has happened to you why didn t you let us know about this incident you had before . To which I responded to this did not happen here, and I shouldn t have to remind you guys how to do a simple oil change and check a filter, maybe if they weren t careless and double checked this type of work would ve not happened . it s stated these mechanics get close to 300 hours of training, obviously they need more. If I did not know about my car it would ve cost me my brand new catalytic converter. DONT GO HERE. CARELESS SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Manager tried to blame me over the phone saying I should have warned them. How is that my fault.
