3 years ago, I was referred to this mechanic by a relative and was extremely relieved when they charged me less half the cost of what the other mechanics I'd spoke with had quoted me for the same service. The scheduling was easy and the work was done quickly and effectively. My fiance and I have been back multiple times since then for our vehicles. The pricing and service are always awesome. I have, and will continue to, refer my friends and family here.

Jamie and his crew are excellent at their job! I'm so thankful that I met him like 10 years ago so extremely happy with every results I've had with my 28-year-old SUV! He is an excellent excellent mechanic! Kudos to Jamie every single day!

What truly set National Automotive apart from other shops is that they informed me of how my vehicle was coming along and the patience they had with me. I'm a single parent with one income, and the shop's prices were reasonable. Thank you for providing exceptional service.

I had a valve job done on my truck and they did not perform the job to my satisfaction. I am on a fixed income and I have a hard time getting used to how everything is so expensive. They charge $150 an hour for labor. My entire bill was $4520. Maybe that's a fair price nowadays, but it's a lot for me to pay. I can't see how anyone can afford to pay $150 an hour for a mechanic. I do not recommend National Automotive. They did not perform the job I paid for. I paid $4520 for nothing. I'm going to report them to the bureau of automotive repair.

The worst shop I've ever dealt with. A bunch of crooks that will rip you off and blatantly lie to your face. I spent nearly $4,000 to get an "engine overhaul" as they call it and what the owner Jamie said would be a week is now 2 months later and my car is worse than when I brought it in. I brought it in wanting a new or used engine because of fast oil consumption, but Jamie talked me into an overhaul. In the process of them working on my car they messed with some wires that they claimed they checked and caused the check engine light to come on and then broke 2 of my engine mounts which now causes a vibration which Jamie claims the vibration and check engine light were caused by an ecm! I waited 3 weeks for this ecm that ended up having nothing to do with the check engine light or vibration! They damaged things they weren't even supposed to touch and refuse to fix them. On top of everything, they didn't even care to change my air filter that's in my engine! Unless you want to have to get a lawyer and sue this place like I'm in the process of doing, don't go here!!

I had a engine replaced in a SUV in 2012 it was like new! It still runs great! I have come in for a few other maintenance issues as well but do not live in town. I recently had a water pump replaced in my truck and they did it quickly and at a reasonable price. It is a family owned business and most of the employees work hard to to do a good job. So far I am a happy customer!

Went for a quick inspection but couldn t afford the repairs at the moment. Once I got my vehicle back same day later had a random oil leak. Someone Loosened up my oil filter. I don t like to point fingers, but if you get work done somewhere make sure they don t mess with your stuff.

Do Not use this mechanic!!! So dishonest! Takes advantage of older women!! Stole parts from our car after $1200.00 in alleged repairs. We called several times to ask about the missing parts and he,The owner (Jimmy), kept saying he would look for them and call us back but we never heard anything. Finally went to the shop to discuss and after an hour he started yelling in front of everyone and told a 58 year old woman to F-OFF!!! He is super rude and unprofessional!Service: Engine repair

Can t say enough good things about Jimmy and his mechanics. I ve been taking my cars to National for about 10 years now. Before their services I had been from shop to shop looking for an honest reliable mechanic.Their honesty and professionalism will continue to have my trust in my cars needs. There is a reason why I only take my car here now. I always call ahead and they are nothing but kind reasonable and professional. They have worked on all the cars I have owned and I will always go to them no matter what. The owner is amazing and is very understanding. And the technicians do fabulous work. The tall lanky man is very very respectful and only touches what he needs to. And treated all my cars with the respect I would give them. I can honestly say all the bad reviews are garbage.

I've been a customer for years. Jamie the owner takes great care of me and my vehicles. They get busy so once in a while a repair may take a little longer but the mechanics are good and honest so it's worth the wait. As a small business owner i support small businesses.

The manager and auto mechanic their are great! I have a concern in my car and they just check right away. Their very really helpful. I recommend this place good service.

Moses & his team at National are honest, friendly & go out of their way to help you! I am new to the area but have used them several times. They will take a look at your car right away & let you know the REAL problem!! There is NO shady stuff going on there, you will get a TRUE answer of what is wrong & they work quickly to fix it! Its a family business that makes you feel like family too! They take great care of you.

These guys had me fooled I took my car to another shop my the cemetery, those guys charged me $90.00 to just look at 2 out of my car issues. I went to National and they looked at my 3 car issues and I thought that they had fixed my 2 separate problems alot cheaper and faster than the other guy. I have had to take my car back 3 times. I broke down in the Ortegas because they did not replace the old clamps on my new radiator and when I told them I had to have it towed and fixed in Orange county they did not even apolize. NEVER GO THERE! I spent $950.00 there for 3 things to be repaired and 2 of them have had to be repaired AGAIN with someone else

These guys are terrific. Had an overheating problem with an 04 Jaguar. They narrowed it down right away, but I got in the way and tried to order parts from an aftermarket distributor.. Had to send them all back. These guys know what works and what doesn't. Listen to them and learn. I apologize for my behavior.

TIP TOP SHOPTHESE GUYS HAVE BEEN SERVICING MY CARS AND TRUCK FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS EXCELLENT SERVICE IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH WORK THEY DID THEY CORRECTED ISSUE RIGHT AWAY NO QUESTIONS ASK I RECOMMEND FOR ALL OF YOUR AUTO TRUCK AND MACHINE WORK !! DONT BE FOOLED BY OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS IN 20 YEARS THEY HAVE NEVER DONE ME OR MY FAMILY WRONG GREAT PRICES GREAT SERVICE

This place is a joke, motor was done two weeks after the orginal finish date, there was over spray paint from another motor on it and there was still rust inside my cylinders and on the heads. The owner's are very unprofessional. If I could give a half star I would. BEWARE people they do SHADY work.

Dropped a set of rotors off to be turned, established a schedule with the owner, ended up getting the rotors back two days after the scheduled completion date which leaves me with a set of rotors, pads, and hardware sitting on a shelf and no time to do a brake job.
