My experience with Napa has not been the greatest. I had an online purchase, which went fine, but when it came to returning the core part, the store was not as except the core without the shipping box. It came in the box when I opened, it was torn so they would not refund me my $85 for the alternator that I bought Store manager was a complete Dickens. Thankfully online customer service is way better than their in-store service. I didn t ask for the managers name here at the Collier store, but he was no help. Just wanted to reiterate that. Two thumbs down.

NAPA beats all other auto parts store around. Their prices are so much more affordable than O Reilly who would ve charged me $70 for wiper blades but I was able to buy them from NAPA for less than $40! They offer discounts and if you ask, they may be able to install your new wiper blades for you. In this case, I asked, and they did it very quickly and efficiently, so I tipped him (Joshua). Thank you NAPA, Naomi and Joshua for being so great! Will always shop at your store from now on for my auto parts needs.

Big place, huge selection in house, fast warehouse orders, great staff! My first and usually last stop for auto parts. Great crew, professional and friendly enough to throw in a wisecrack occasionally. Ive always felt like a valued customer there. These guys always show they care, even if it can get a bit busy sometimes. Customers are always first.

4 registers and only 1 debit/credit machine. Cheap manager if 4 registers are sharing 1 card machine. Lots of parts though, took 4 days for an online order! About 25 minutes for a transaction. Love being patient and things going wrong my way

Very nice make you feel like your the only person there, they are practicing covid safety wearing masks and social distance. Not sure bout curbside pick up. Very friendly people though

Visited a few days ago. Had two children with me. There were three customer service reps at the counter. One greeted me and the other two (African American Male and A girl with long red hair) were just on their phones and talking to each other and talking inappropriately. A lot of cursing and talk about getting drunk and partinging and getting a DUI. I gave the girl a look of disapproval and they both went to the back of the store and continued their conversation. I could hear them just as loud. Among other inappropriate words the "N" word was heard several times. I could tell the guy helping me was uncomfortable. He did the best anyone could considering he was alone helping me and answering incoming phone calls at the same time because they left him alone to continue their chit-chat in the back. He did take care of all my needs that day and even helped me take my purchase to my truck. I have to say he took good care of me but I would be hesitate to return in the future. If I do, I'll call ahead of time to make sure he's there and will wait for him to help me,,,,,,and leave my kids at home. 4 stars for the guy who helped me and zero stars for the other two rockstars partying in the back.

Their ads are deceptive, discounts only apply to corporate owned stores, this one is independent. No AAA discounts and such like their ads suggest. Stuff like this is why more people shop at Amazon, the days of these split stores are numbered and rightfully so.

Love this place because you can find other parts the ones you can't find in other autoparts store like bolts . A little bit more expensive or sometimes if they don't have it in stock make the order and depending on time or day or week you can get it the same day plus customer service are great all people working there are really nice and professional, I will back again when I needed.

I looked for some fasteners all over town. Most places wouldn't even look. They knew they didn't have them. A Napa clerk at this Lake Elsinore store searched the computer, inventory shelves and online and found they had just what I needed in stock. They also showed some other options online to consider. I always get just the part I need at Napa and have never gotten junk parts or bad attitude from their staff. They're on the opposite side of the street from the outlet center near Riverside drive.

Has plenty of quality parts you can't go wrong here at Napa. They had my exact sideskirt clips for my car after i had looked all over for them at many other auto parts stores. Thanks Napa!

Talk about customer service. I walked into NAPA Auto parts with not enough money to pay for the items I needed the sales rep helped me out got me a discount and I was able to leave the store with all the parts I needed two thumbs up

Terrible customer service!! Yesterday I went to exchange some rotors I had warranty left on, so I thought. I had no issues when I returned the parts and was told by the owner that the parts would be ordered and would be there after 12:30pm. I called later that day bc they told me the parts would be there after 12:30pm. I called later that evening and was told by Pedro that the parts were not ordered and that I could pick them up tomorrow morning. I went this morning to pick up my parts and the wrong brand was ordered. Upon my saying something Pedro was called out to discuss the difference. This is what he said, your warranty expired a month ago, which I was told at time of purchase that it was 2 years, it's now been 380 days since purchase, take what you get or get the cheaper ones. His coworkers looked at him like he was crazy for saying that. Well I took the wrong rotors home and now the $150 rotors will now sit in my garage unused. He couldn't tell me if they were similar rotors or not other than they'll fit your BMW. If my warranty was expired you should have just told me so in the first place. It's simple. Instead Pedro strong armed me on a warranty product. Now I had to go to Autozone to get the correct part pay more money just to be satisfied. Guess what, I got a 2 year warranty on the same rotors. What a sad shame Napa Lake Elsinore. A warranty part and they make the rotor company look bad with terrible customer service. I'll never use you again and I bought all my parts for my car from you. Merry Christmas!!

They are nice but I would check online for better pricing. Sometimes there way out of wack on there prices and sometimes not I check amazon first before buying anywhere

Napa used to be a good auto parts store where people wanted to help you. This store is worse than autozone. The young girl helping me today was unhepful and seamed bothered to even look up a part for me. If you cant tell them the exact part so they can type it into a computer they are useless. If you need a REAL parts store please go to LONGTINS.
