Best customer service ever. Also, significantly better pricing than their pseudo-competition, and willing to discuss options for parts needed. I left there feeling like I had just visited an old friend.Update, 1 year later: I drive oldish vehicles, early 2000, and I have a somewhat accident prone teenager (kmn), so as expected, I need parts from time to time. These guys KNOW me and my vehicles. They make me feel like it was when I was a kid, going to the parts store with my dad. My dad grew up with the owners of our parts store, and his father before him. It is the best feeling ever.

No matter what I need, I always come here for anything auto related. Not only do they have the absolute best customer service of any auto parts store in the valley but they may have the best customer service of any retail establishment in Lake Elsinore.If you value local, family owned small businesses than Longtins is the place to support.

Very knowledgeable and come with good prices, good parts, and truly fantastic services. My battery died in a nearby parking lot, and I went to them for help. Not only did they help me get the right battery, but they also were kind enough to help me put it in! This is the best auto parts store I've ever been to.

Best parts store in miles. These people have years of experience, some with 20 or more. They can find you anything. They care about the customer and are always in a good mood.I stopped going to other auto parts stores because this one is the best one. Heck these guys can help you. From re threading a screw to finding you a carburetor for your uncommon brand truck thats fifty years old. Simple, this store is good.

Lontins auto supply is awesome. If you e er need any kind if part they are the ones to go too. Especially if the other auto parts store dont carry it they ate the ones to go too. I would highly recommend this place to any one. Me and .y mom go to this place all the time for parts. They are family owned and wonderful people. There workers are awesome too.

Scott your awesome!! We love this place! For all the other idiots out there that didnt want to go the extra mile and couldn't find what I needed.. this place ALWAYS does!!! You guys are awesome and cant thank you enough for all the hard work and all the times you saved our butts when no one else could! DO NOT bother going anywhere else. They wont find it and cant help you! Longtins always does the best and they never give up! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!

Longitons was a life saver. I was going round n round(ratt) lol,with napa all Sunday/ Monday trying to get the correct brake rotors for my vw Tiguan and they were wrong twice. Longitons looked them up ordered them and they were correct the first time. Thank guys.

Great, friendly staff that actually KNOW what they're talking about. Unlike most chain stores that have counter people that have little to no experience in automotive. Very competitive pricing and quality parts. One of the last "hometown" parts stores around.

Longtin's always gotten me the part, sometimes going out of their way. Once the part was a little late so they put a rush on the part and had it delivered to my driveway. Don't expect that. But it shows they strive for top notch service. Good parts at lowest prices around.

I will never go to O'Relleys or Chiefs again. I bought a part from Longtins and saved 50% from these brick and motor stores. In the future I will only shop at Longtin's and will tell all my friends about their prices and quality.

I came in Xmas Eve in a whirlwind trying to find a battery, to go spend x mas with the family. Im a single woman with kids and it was a pleasure to be felt with like a normal human being. They were all stars

Longtins "RULES" there is nothing better than an this family owned hometown auto parts store ,they all go out of their way to help you and get what you need,there is two other parts stores close by ,but i will always go to LONGTINS,because they really do care and are Awesome.

I love going here to "Longtins Auto Supply" very friendly, knowledgeable, walking in and just watching the guys shout part numbers without looking at a book is great I love it,tells me they know exactly what they are doing without all the run around...think you ......Longtime auto supply ....sincerely.....Ronnie Tucker
