I spent months searching for a good car from a good dealership and Lake Elsinore Honda really outdid themselves! Mario and Gus were so welcoming and helpful! They knew what I wanted and did their absolute best to give it to me. They are not just salesman here, not at all. They truly care about their customers, who eventually become their friends. They blew me away with how well they were able to work with me. They are so dedicated to their customers so dedicated that the manager is willing to give the shirt off his back (LITERALLY)! As a first time car buyer, the process went so smoothly with the help of Gus and Mario. God bless everyone that works at this dealership. Arturo, Gus, Robbie, Danny were great to meet and a pleasure to work with. The staff were friendly and provided a great experience when buying my 2024 Honda Civic Type R. They made traveling the distance worth it from down south! If you are looking a dealership that wants to sell you a car vs a loan Lake Elsinore Honda provides just that.

Bought my Honda Civic here and have been very pleased with it so far. I've had my car for close to a year, and the times I brought my car for service have been very positive. All the staff members are friendly and helpful, and making appointments for recalls or services is easy. Shout out to Alec Stephenson in the service department for showing that he cares for the customers.

Worked with Omar and Steven, they were extremely professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Steven was with us for 2-3 hours viewing, no rushing at all. Omar was flexible and lowered the price of the vehicle for us to stick to a previously agreed upon monthly payment despite our credit being good instead of excellent. definitely recommend!

I walked in just to see IF I could trade in my car and after a couple hours later, I walked out with the biggest upgrade! Arturo was very helpful, his manager not so much. The finance guy really sold me and gave me the best deal. I am ultimately happy with my purchase!

I absolutely loathe the car buying process, however, this dealership gave me the best car buying experience I ve ever had.I worked with Eduardo and he was incredible. I told him I was interested in a specific vehicle but I lived two over two hours away. He made the process so convenient that all I had to do was show up and sign the paperwork.The car was ready to go when I arrived. I worked with Danny in the finance department and he gave me the best and most transparent experience. No hiccups. No surprises. I will absolutely refer all of my friends and family to this dealership. 10/10!

My car was ready in about 30 minutes after getting an oil change, inspection, and filter replacements. Staff was really friendly, didn t mind that I had my dog with me. It was nice to get an appointment same day as we are moving across the country on Monday and my car needed some maintenance asap. Tyler followed up with texts to make sure everything went well, I appreciate that!

I went to the dealership to browse and bought an accord the next day. I m usually indecisive when it comes to big purchases but Mario Perez made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. He showed us a variety of vehicles and test drove two of them, I didn t feel pressured to buy anything that day but after thinking it over and setting up an appointment with Mario I decided to purchase the vehicle I ll be using to drive my baby home from the hospital . The whole experience was great and I m so thankful to Mario for his patience and kindness. If you re around the lake Elsinore area please don t hesitate to schedule an appointment with Mario, he ll go above and beyond to make sure you get what you re looking for.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership. I have been a long time Honda owner and have gone to several other dealerships. I recently needed to trade my accord in since it was at the end of the lease. The place I had dealt with for years simply said sorry can t help you . My credit is challenged. So I had given up. Until I tried one last time at Lake Elsinore Honda. My salesman Corey assured me he could help. I was very skeptical. But we went ahead and went down to talk to Corey. That team down there at this dealership was AMAZING. Within half hour I was approved. No questions asked. Easy peezy! The sales manager was amazing and so was the finance manager. This dealership will be our new go to place. If you want to have a wonderful car buying experience with no hassle no pressure then go to this place and ask for Corey!!!! I went in on Saturday morning in desperate need to find a new car after mine gave out on me. I was taken care of by Corey Kemp and I couldn t be anymore satisfied with my experience with him. From the moment I walked in to the second I walked out I was pleased with how he treated me. He listened to all my needs and did everything in his hands to find me just what I needed ! Service Dept:Over priced quote for basic clutch maintenance. Honda did not have competitive pricing at all, quoted double the cost compared to market pricing in same county. My car was left outside and unprotected. I had no choice but to tow my car to another another mechanic 1 mile away as Honda was unwilling to provide fair/reasonable quote. After all of the back and forth, I was still charged $185 for the diagnostic fee.Sales Dept:Ghosted repeatedly by sales reps, passed off to different reps repeatedly, no counter-offers presented. Constant cat and mouse games. Poor communication and unprofessional. Bullying and intimidation tactics to try and force me to come in when we already had a date scheduled. I had to protectively keep reaching out as no one returned messages nor emails. Wasted 5 days trying to make a deal. Ended up walking away and will work with another Honda dealer.I've had 7+ Hondas with many dealers and I've never had such a poor experience.

I had an amazing experience when I went in to purchase a vehicle at the Lake Elsinore Honda dealership. Ferris is the person who helped me from start to finish. He helped me find something in my budget range and answered all my questions, plus questions I didn't even know I had to ask. I highly recommend giving this place a look if you're looking for a great deal on used or new cars. I was walked through the whole process and informed about everything they were doing or going to do. Their was no information withheld or hidden agreements. The whole process, at least for me, only took about 3 hours which might sound like a long time but that's from me walking in and having a ton of questions and only a general idea of what car I wanted. I will say this was my first time going to dealership and having a good experience and not having to worry if I'm being swindled into some insane contracts.I want thank you so much again Ferries for helping me find my car.!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Sales advisor Ferris Lau is kind, fast and trustworthy. He is the best! The finance guy Greg is very pleasant and wonderful to work with! We really enjoyed the whole sales experience! A shout out to the Sales Manager Jarvis who took excellent care of us and our needs. He gave us an amazing deal. We can't thank him enough. we had a oil change recently completed by Walmart. we were not aware that the splash guard underneath our civic needs to be removed when having an oil change. Apparently, the service guy did not attach the splash guard back properly and it came down while driving on the freeway.i called the dealership and brought our vehicle in, reluctant to have them do the work cause it's the DEALERSHIP doing the work. i'm expecting to pay a steep price. Franco was my service attendant and from the start was empathetic to my situation. i was charged for the clips to re-attach the guard and a nominal fee, they even threw in a car wash. I could not be any happier and this experience totally changed my perception of taking my vehicle to this dealership. Thanks again Franco! I truly appreciate you!

Thank you Ferris!!!! I inquired about a new 2023 accord hybrid Sport -L. Ferris got back to me online and he made the process very straightforward and simple. I called and set up an appointment with him within the half hour. He had the vehicle ready for me out front to test drive before I even got there. Ferris was very honest and upfront with pricing and did not try to pull any tricks with me like the 4 other dealerships I tried. Shout out to the manager who worked with me and Ferris as well with pricing and shout out to Jose in finance as well. Finance did not try to push me into getting anything I didn't want and didn't add any extra fees behind my back. If anyone is interested in buying here, I recommend Lake Elsinore Honda and ask for Ferris.

In 2021 I purchased a new Honda Had a great experience. The salesman was Javier had a great experience.. Well 2024 came around and I m interested in a new Honda. I went to the dealership the new sales guy his name is Corey had a great experience with him he answered all my questions. The manger really couldn t match the numbers what I wanted so as we all would do, we would go to another dealership where I could get the best deal. Corey calls me on Thursday and said we could not Match those numbers, I said, OK I m going to another dealer we hung up. Saturday morning he called me . Again he told me he can t get me the deal I wanted. Again I said if you can t get me the deal I m gonna go to another dealership we hung up the phone. Corey Kemp THOUGHT HE HUNG UP the phone . HE DID NOT HANG UP Corey Kempwas cussing up a storm telling me I m crazy So I text him and said the next time you want to talk bad on a customer that he needed to be sure that he hung up the phone and he proceeded to tell me that he was frustrated with me but again I m the customer and I m going to pay what I wanna pay literally I had the worst experience with Corey and I will never purchase a Honda from Lake Elsinore Honda AGAIN.

Raena is amazing...... She's very personable and straight forward. Buying a new car is stressful and she makes it as smooth as possible. Raena is not pushy and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, she makes the experience fun. She was super sweet and even brought my little one snacks when he was getting antsy. Initially Tyler had given me solid customer service. There was a lot more wrong with my car than what the techs here alluded to. Not sure if they just didn t want to work on a 2007 Accord (maybe it wasn t lucrative enough for them?) but I voiced my concerns once the work had been done and heard nothing. Had a belt snap a week later. There were dash pieces not put back together. Random screws laying around. Now my sunroof won t work.Most work on this car has been done at a dealership. Will NEVER take it back here. Have been ghosted and was given a broken car back. Wish I could give zero stars as once they had their money they couldn t care less about what they broke. If you ve made it this far, please find an independent shop.

Recently bought a 24 Civic from Lake Elsinore Honda and they were amazing. I worked with Javier and the process was extremely fast and they were all really kind.The Finance Manager(Danny) was also extremely kind and helpful.Overall great experience, no complaints :)
