I recently had an outstanding experience at this auto shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my car received top-notch service. The mechanics were skilled, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, and they communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend this auto shop for their excellent service, friendly staff, and overall exceptional experience. Five stars!

I told Luke I was coming in because of a noise my van is making on a cold start and I even spent the night in the van just so that his mechanics could hear what I'm talking about. Once they opened i reminded him of the noise and that I might need a tune up as well. My van is at his shop for about 3 hours and ends up charging me over $600 for a tune-up but completely ignores my main concern, which is the noise coming from the engine compartment on a cold start! He even told me his guys heard something but they couldn't figure it out. I guess it was easier for him to just do the tuneup done and not bother with anything more complicated. I thought I found a good mechanic shop, but , as I hope most of you would agree, I don't think so.

Felt good about this place after speaking with Luke. When I arrived he respectful, professional, and had my car in and out runs great. I have other vehicles and I would have no worries taking them to Luke's shop. I would recommend his place from my experience .

Can t say enough good things about Johnson s Auto Repair. They had excellent communication with me while my car was in the shop. They were fast, honest, reliable, and friendly. I plan on bringing my other cars to Johnson because of the great experience. Would highly recommend!

I finally found my go to mechanic shop! It has been a struggle trusting others until I got the recommendation to try out Johnson s Auto Repair. Will never go to another mechanic. Excellent and fast service. The team was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Staff was friendly, and my car was repaired in the same day while I was at work around the block. Conveniently located across the street from a Honda Center, which really helped to fix my Accord. Honest and fair price points as well.

Love this shop. We bring our fleet vehicles here to be serviced. We have two old cars, a Chevy Uplander, and a Toyota Highlander. The team here has always beat the price of the competition, and taken good care of us. Any time I have a check-engine light, I call them, they walk me through what the problems might be, and when I take the vehicles to them, they fix the issue, advise on what the car needs or doesn't need, and they're never pushy. I've recommended them to family and friends, and I bring my personal cars here too. Ask them about their BG product too, because I've used it in all my cars and they've warrantied my transmission and engine even though my manufacturer warranty is expired.

I reffered my roommates son Wolfe that took his car there. I have used Erik's auto shop in the past for my truck. I received and new engine transmission and rear axle. Wolfe and I agreed that Erik and his team provides outstanding service and customer service for there clients.

Had an appointment on a weekday for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Prices were reasonable also. I would recommend this business to others.

I used a Groupon, so the price was right. It took a reasonable amount of time and they even gave me an inspection report. So now I know that I need to get new brake pads before my next oil change.

Great and friendly staff and the work they do is very good. Was able to bring my car in for front and back brake replacement at 9am and get it back by 12pm.

Very good repair shop, My car was shaking, They recommended me to get a tuneup, And I didn't have Tuneup ever since I Had the car, I was worried that a tuneup was not the problem, Well I got the Tuneup . The shaking is gone, My car is running great, They have lot of knowledge about cars, They could of charge me more, But they were honest and helpful. I do recommend this auto shop.

Best auto shop in Lake Elsinore. These guys are quick and unbelievably helpful and they always take the time to talk me through whatever the issue is with my car. Can t recommend them enough.

I have a 2005 Honda civic with 245000 miles on it. Was having some problems with it and was deciding on whether to buy a new car. They fixed my car and it drives like brand new. I bought my own parts hoping that it would be cheaper and only pay for labor and everything fit except for one part. That is how knowledgeable the owner and the mechanics are. If you have anything done your car, truck, or any other vehicle then I say good luck to you. Not going anywhere elseServices: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

Amazing customer service. I actually didn t know they did tires here. They pretty much do everything, which is awesome for me to finally trust one place to handle all my car repairs. They were extremely fast and took care of everything. Definitely will come back here again!

What took another company 6 months took this company 7 days. They truly care about giving you your best bang for your buck and get you your car back in the best possible condition in the best amount of time. They actually convinced my insurance to approve alternate repairs so I could get my car back sooner! Who does that? Honestly! They won't overcharge you. The price is always fair. They are such wonderful men. The conversations are great and the service as well. I'm not going anywhere else for my car needs.

Eric's guys took great care of me. I took my 2000 expedition earlier this year to figure out why it was barely running and they got it figured out and repaired in less than a week. Today took my 2003 eddie bauer expedition in for oil change and alternator swap. They did a full inspection afterwards and found a small issue that was quick to repair but saved me hours of my time and money. I thought my truck was making a grinding noise from the wheel bearing turns out it was a vacuum hose hitting my 4wd actuator and was kinked. After fixing the issue my ac started working again as well, fixed 2 problems I didn't even take it in for and my bill was more than reasonable. Great job guys, keep it up, I'll be back! Another great service from Eric at Johnson's Auto. They found some service items which when itemized, each item made sense and the cost was superbly fair. William is straight up honest and tells it like it is and the attention to detail is what consumers should hear. Eric and the techs are awesome and they take care of family's cars. God bless...

BEWARE! They tried charging me $2,600 for an air pump. Will, Said they need to remove the intake 10 hours? I bought the parts for $112 and fixed it myself in 20 minuets without removing my intake! When a business lies and takes advantage of people who are trusting their professional opinion, then they not only lose my business but complete respect...Service: Auto engine diagnostic
