It was a completely amazing experience from start to finish. Jessica at the front desk was incredibly nice, helpful, and did everything she could to make the experience wonderful. Which she did, including taking care of my rental return. Very delightful to deal with.Daniel G. the writer on my claim was awesome. He made sure I knew everything that was going on with my car, the status, the next step, etc... He went above expectations in helping me with my car and getting it back to better than it was before bringing it in.The Tech Team that worked on my car did an impeccable job in repairing, painting, reassembling, and tweaking my car back to perfect condition. It truly looks better than when I bought it 2 years ago. They also went beyond what I expected all the way down to they fully washed, cleaned, and detailing the outside AND inside of my car before I picked it up. Who does that? These Guys!!! Incredible!!!

Went to them via my USAA insurance and they were amazing! They finished my car quickly and efficiently . Didn t have to return my car rental either. Left it with Gerber and picked up my car . Great experience

This place is the best. I just got hit in my brand new car and I have to say that they ve done the best job ever. Paint matches exactly you can t even tell it ever got hit. I am very amazed with the work. I ve added the before and after pictures and if you say well I can t really tell with these pictures then let me tell you that it s just that good here.

I am an x employee while i worked there i witness an employee purposly breaking headlights on a lexus to inflate the cost of the car getting fixed and making profit on the side by fixing the headlight and resale it!!!

Terrible service. My car has been there since November 2021. I ve had it returned to me 4 times and it is still not working properly. After all the promises that this time it would work.That s what they said the second, third and fourth time. It s an overheating issue that they simply check the coolant line and said it was air bubbles. Only to find a new issue the 3rd time which they fixed. Now upon receiving it my car still over heating.

SELF-PAY CUSTOMERS BEWARE.I had scheduled and received an estimate of $1200 for a bumper refinish. This body shop cancelled my appointment for drop off, and then prompted me to call them. Upon calling, a woman told me that the original estimate was no longer in-standing.The explanation was, that the mechanics, supposedly, figured the job would be more expensive. This reasoning was based on the assumption that the brackets within the bumper were broken. They certainly were not, due to the damage being extremely minor paint abrasion. Upon explaining to the woman that such was not possible, she then deviated to saying that the technicians might break the brackets during removal. In this instance, how would the customer be liable for sub-standard body work?This is merely a tactic to force you to pay for the additional costs of a replacement bumper, storage fees and any additional labor somehow involved.They will assume your ignorance and attempt to take advantage. Do not let them.Absolutely appalling business' practices, avoid this company at all costs.

Will definitely recommend this business. It is hard to find a reliable shop our Nissan looked great. Advisor (David) kept me updated was right on with the estimate. Progress text messages were great especially for a business man. Gerber Collision and Glass did an excellent job repairing and painting the damage to my car due to a minor accident. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful and displayed a very positive attitude throughout theprocess from scheduling my car estimate through the completion of repairs. Kaz was exceptional in explaining what work needed to be done and assured me that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant, professional, very knowlegeable, and provided the highest level of customer service.The finished product is beautiful and the paint matches perfectly. My car looks fantastic and the work has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results and with my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I had my Toyota Tacoma repaired from an accident that was the other drivers fault. From start to finish i worked with Kaz Tateiwa (estimator). He was helpful and professional . replaced bumper and some tailgate bodywork was done. looks brand new like when i bought it. took it in on Wed morning, got it back Thurs at 4:30. great work, professional and will recommend this business to others. the front office staff was also friendly and very helpful, making sure i was scheduled for pickup from car rental-thank you. loriService: General repairs & maintenance

My USAA auto insurance recommended this shop after a hit-and-run accident on Easter Sunday that damaged my 2007 Ford Escape. The repair took several days longer than expected, but they worked directly with my insurance and made the process much easier on me, and gave me regular updates by phone and text message. Someone always answered when I called for information, and I appreciated the above-and-beyond communication and service they provided. They genuinely care about their clients at this shop. I will be coming back if I have any need for similar services in the future.

Thanks Gerber Collision and Glass. I have nothing but great reviews. Jessica is very courteous and friendly. Thanks too to the repair team. My car looks brand new. Price is cheap but service is best in terms of quality. I highly recommend it.

I couldn t be happier with the service and the quality of work that was provided by this facility. Jessica and Hugo were absolutely amazing and took such good care of us. They even worked with us and moved timelines around to better assist us. Literally, the best costumer service I have received from any business!!!

Great place to get your car worked on. I would recommend it to another person!I worked with Michael Castillo and he did whatever he could to get me my car back as soon as possible. He called me with updates every couple of days. I really liked knowing what was going on each step of the way and he provided that.Great company!

Never use this place. My daughter was in an accident and the insurance sent us here for an estimate - after they choose not to do the repairs, they wouldn't release the car so the insurance could take it to another shop for the repairs. It took DAYS and multiple calls to get them to release the car to be towed to another shop...remember they didn't want to do the repairs but wouldn't let it be towed to different shop! The insurance said they were holding the car hostage for STORAGE FEES. I spoke to Jessica today so let's see if they finally release the vehicle so the insurance can tow it to another shop. What a waste of time.

So grateful to International auto crafters, the assistant manager came out and fixed my problem fast and professionally! The customer service was great and I will be taking my other messed up vehicle (that I can t fix on my own) in ASAP. Reasonable prices and excellent service! Ric is so happy!

I took my 2018 Corrolla in to get the bumper replaced after I had an altercation with a brick wall. I was impressed with everything, from their quote, to the repair, to their communication, especially their communication. The repair was reasonably priced, cheaper than Caliber Collision, and the workmanship was great. But best of all, they were in constant communication with me via text and following up with a phone call to let me know the status of my car. They even had it finished a day earlier than their estimate. And you get a lifetime warranty on their work. I hope I don't need body repair work again, but if I do, I would go here again.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend International Auto Crafters for your auto repairs. They worked directly with our insurance company which was very helpful. The only time I had to contact/work with the insurance company was when I made the claim, IAC did the rest.

Greg is one of the hardest working guys out there and he has such a great team working alongside him! Thankful for him and Larry both for taking such good care of my fianc� and I. You guys are the best in the biz and we are blown away. They didn't have to clean and detail my car when all was said and done but they did! Bless you guys, you go above and beyond and we are thankful.

Outstanding work and customer service!IAC was one of the recommended shops through my insurance company. I researched a handful of the preferred shops and after seeing their excellent reviews and how nice their facility was, I ultimately decided on IAC. Man, am I glad I did!This is the most professional auto operation I ve ever seen. From the first call you will know you re in great hands. The customer service and communication was outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way.They completed the repairs nearly a week ahead of schedule, and their work was impressive. My car looked as good as the day I bought it new.Big thank you to everyone at IAC! Shoutout to Chris for being so helpful. You guys are awesome!

Excellent job on some minor repairs from a sideswipe fender bender. They even shined up the wheels and tires real nice to make it look as new as possible. 4 instead of 5 because I needed someone on call on Saturday to release my vehicle (so my wife could have access to her car) since I had to leave out of town for work.later that day. Unfortunately they are closed on the weekends and I had to change my plans as a result.

Very friendly spot here and professionalism is great! I recently had my truck fixed here with all lifetime warranty and I couldn't have been happier! I definitely recommend it here! You wont regret it

Super efficient service, barely even needed the rental car. Work was flawless. Couldn t even tell there was a fender bender. Don t know what kind of black magic they did but the car was good as new.

Yelp review on international auto craftersAs I haven t heard of this place (International Auto Crafters) before, I went with a little bit of trepidation, relying mostly on referral suggestion from State Farm. I had an early morning appointment & when I get there, Leticia Verduzco, the customer service rep met me with a smile & was 100% attentive to all my questions & requests. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction & all my reasonable requests were granted. She filled out all the necessary forms & we agreed on the work to be done & the delivery date. IAC sent out periodic automated texts on the progress of the work-this is a cool feature that made me feel I m part of the process. And this was supplemented by my follow up phone conversations with Leticia. She never failed to immediately return all my phone calls. My car was ready for pick up ahead of the promised date. The checkout process was smoothly handled by Leticia & Karina at the front desk. I will definitely recommend IAC to all my friends & relatives without any reservation. Just don t forget to ask for Leticia Verduzco!!!

Going to Gerber Collision & Glass was my first choice for the repair of the bumper (from a rear ender) and added paint work I paid for. Great service and quality work!!
