After having an accident it's always stressful but Collision Pro made it easier. Anna was amazing she was patient with me and answered all my questions. The day I called them within an hour she had already tow truck at my house towing my car to there shop. There puntual and reliable. Especially they are awesome in repairing my car. They left my car like if it was never in an accident Thank you Collision Pro for an amazing job.

Walked in for an estimate was out 15 mins later with an appointment to bring my car back. Dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. Nicole kept me informed every step of the way. Car looks good as new! Thanks for making this experience quick and easy. Will recommend to those I know!

I hit a guard rail at full speed completely tearing up one corner of my car. Collision Pros mediated with my insurance company and fought to get all of the damage covered. My car is a 2023 so they had to order all of the parts new and rebuild the front of my car. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Its perfect.

My car was towed to Collision Pros in Lake Elsinore after an accident and days later I get a call from them where they inform me my car has been stolen off their lot and they never took responsibility or gave me back the keys upon request. Following the long and expensive process of trying to get my car back the staff were rude, and remorseless in documenting the stolen vehicle, the steps to resolve the issue were taken light heartedly by Colision Pro staff and I received no reassurance that actions would be taken and I could not get ahold of them during most of the time. I do not recommend them.

Best thing bout this business is they keep you updated and actually call you for more information bout your vehicle. Unlike my insurance that doesn t. I also love the estimate page that tells you what they are working on and the total cost of the damages.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

i was absolutely stunned at how beautiful my car looked after having it repaired by this company, if you could give 6 stars on a rating of 5, they would deserve it, i will from now on, always recommend collision pros to anyone that i know that needs body and fender repair.thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my car.i am almost in tears from being that happy !! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Pros was so easy to work with. They did everything they said they would do in the time frames they promised! I even had them do some additional paint and body work aside from the accident repairs. They did a stellar job. They are definitely a high quality shop and their customer service was amazing!

I got into a car accident and the insurance told me to go to a shop of my choosing. I saw about 12 different shops. Collision Pros was the only so to take the time to explain the process. During the repair they kept me informed of the progress. They had my vehicle repaired so quickly. It looks like new again. I would 100% recommend this shop for body repair.Service: Body & Trim

They are amazing!! I was in a horrible accident and the insurance wanted to total my Jeep. Angle worked with us & the insurance to repair it & not total it out. They are absolutely amazing. Went to get my rear bumper fixed on my red Honda Civic. Took some time to get it back and then had to bring it back again to get a scratch fixed but was definitely worth the wait. Car came out looking brand new like straight out the dealer. Customer service was top notch. Very nice and understandable people. Would definitely come get my bumper fixed again

Had the hood replaced. They bought a used hood which was great as it saved money. They painted the hood and it's many shades off. They didn't paint the hood scoop so that is also many shades off. The final bill was 20% higher than the estimate.

My car was hit by someone and the insurance company I went through referred me to Collision Pros. Throughout the process of getting the damage on my car fixed, this company made me feel at peace. They were always on top of everything. Very cordial. Really professional. And the finished product was like new. I would highly recommend them. They were honestly one of the highlights of getting my car fixed.

Imagine walking into a business where it appears to be fast pace, and a highly stressful environment due to the sheer volume of customers where you would anticipate being treated like a number. This is not the case when walking into Collision Pros Auto Body and Paint. They were patient, professional and very inviting for someone who is usually nervous from the get go. On top of my needs, they went the extra mile and listened to my story and genuinely wanted to help. This is exactly the kind of place any person should try to work or even do business. You could feel the positive energy the workers have, granted I came at them last minute on a weekend the whole team contributed to making my life easier in a timely manner, not to mention the quality of work, a very clean job I gatta say..thank you for you kindness and don t ever lose that quality. I had an amazing experience and I hope the most success to Collision Pros Auto Body and Paint.

I would like to say thank you so much to Marie and the Collision Pro family! I see why the word pro is in the title. I would like to say my husband got into an accident and it was not covered by our insurance and it was an expensive repair but Marie worked within my budget and the car looks great it was ready earlier than expected, plus they kept me informed throughout out the process through text and phone. They were kind and your not a number they treat you like a friend. I recommend everyone to give them a try you will love them too. Thanks again Marie!

Collision pros did a fantastic job with my car! It came back detailed and looked brand new! In addition I was given credit from my deductible to pay for my rental. Communication was fantastic and they were very considerate of the stress entailed with being in a car accident!Thanks Collision Pros!!

First of all Great Service.The people behind the counter are fast and friendly. My repairs got approved quickly and they got me a rental immediately. Car came back looking brand new in 3 days and to my surprise was detailed. Couldn t ask for more. Will definitely send friends and family here.

I drove 1 1/2 to use this business, they are very professional get you in on time and extremely accommodating. They fixed my Chevy volt and my husbands truck. Another Mom and I had backed into each other in a school parking lot and law is we're both responsible for our part, so instead of going through my insurance I wanted to pay out of pocket. Went to Collision Pros and talked to Kevin. He was really nice and gave me a good price. He also offered to get a rental car delivered to his shop, as he could see my hands were full with little ones.It was there in less than 30 minutes. Got my car back 2 days later and it looks like new. I'm a really happy customer and it's nice when someone takes the time to make a Mom's life easier! So thank you Collision Pros.

I would have given Collision Pros 5 stars if they had stayed true to their statement and kept me informed of my vehicle's timeline, after the initial date was missed there app was never updated and I had to call back after each date was missed. I would recommend this company to others because I think they did an outstanding job on my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
