Waited a long time to save up for my dream truck 7.3 2022 f250. Finally got it and dang the ride quality was sooo bad. Waited a couple years to pull the trigger on the Carli Commuter kit- and OMG WOW! This kit made my truck ride literally %100 better than stock. All the stuff you read and watch about Carli suspension, is true. Totally worth every single penny. Wish i had done this day one. Pay a professional to install it while your at work, go pick it up and enjoy.Its the biggest 2.5"- 3" you have ever seen:)Game changer. Thank you Carli for making such great products. I'm your customer forever.

High maintenance junk! You need to know before you buy this overpriced garbage the maintenance you are signing yourself up for.Purchased a leveling kit for my 2019 ram 3500 along with their trac bar, steering stabilizer & sway bar. Granted, it's not a "full system" but for the thousands spent it rode no better than stock and absolutely no better than my past trucks with beilstein setups for a fraction on the cost. Is what it is, truck looked great, lesson learned.After less than 10k miles my frame side trac bar bushing started to clunk & fail. Shocks started getting sloppy and the front springs started noticeably sagging giving the truck a nose down rake... not good.Fast forward now to 35k miles. All my shocks have failed, steering stabilizer is blown. Springs sagged and of course the trac bar bushing is F'd. This truck is trated very kindly. It's not my daily driver. It's never taken off road.I had a decent experience with customer service but it's just selling you more parts...I was told that the steering stabilizer needs to be charged regularly... well good luck with that unless you have the tools to do it yourself. It took me weeks to find someone in my area to do it they charged me $153 to charge it only to tell me the seals are blown.Because Beilstein's are on national backorder for my truck I foolishly decided to buy a set of Carlie Fox closeout shocks. Big mistake. One is dead out of the box. Emailed Carli and they said if I think it's flat I should have it charged by a local shop...Maybe you think it's cool, but you just need to know this stuff has a very short life span.

Literally the absolute worst customer service possible. Don t believe me? Try and call their customer service department. You will 100% get a voice mailbox. Have called 4 different days, left 4 different messages and had absolutely 0 responses back. I am not one to ever leave a business a bad review but this is completely unacceptable. Don t take my word for it, try it yourself before you purchase anything. When you spend good money on a product and they get it wrong, but you as the consumer have no way to even give them the chance to make it right. That deserves 0 stars in my book.

I have bought a few of there kits and when I get another new truck I will keep buying there stuff. Radio is my go to guy for questions as he is very knowledgeable and has the patience for all my questions.

I've had the Carli Starter system with optional rear leaf add-a-pack and Bilstein 5100 shocks on my truck for 8 years now ('06 Ram 2500 diesel). Also have the track bar and torsion sway bar. Top notch stuff, zero issues, great ride. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a spring that I bought YEARS ago. I called Carli to get a replacement and they informed me that they are lifetime warranty! Who does that? It was amazing that I could get the spring for free. Their customer service is really second to none!

By far the best built suspension parts for any Ram pickups. Ride quality and overall function of everything is amazing. I m on my 3rd Ram with their setup and will put nothing else on any other trucks I buy.

Hands down best suspension systems available. Turned my f250 into a Cadillac on road and a RZR offroad. My job requires over a hundred miles of nasty 2 track/unpaved/non-existent West Texas lease roads daily, usually on time constraints aka truck gets thrashed. If that's not enough, every couple months truck gets backed under a 20k 5th wheel. The pintop 4.5" with Carli bags has never failed to impress. I've had BDS, procomp, rough country, fabtech, and icon lifts on previous work trucks. Not even close to being in Carli's league. Watched a coworker remove his brand new Pro Comp he was happy with - until riding in my truck, to install Carli after 1 test ride. Had the kit for awhile, nothings maintenance free and after 60k miles of abuse it was time to freshen up shocks. Happy to report their customer service is at least as good as their products. Dealt mostly with Casey, who was exceptional, although everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this company enough, every work truck I buy will get their treatment. Thanks!

Flat out make your full size Ford or Dodge truck a comfortable hiway driver and a high speed desert cruiser. Nothing out there even compares. Most important their customer service is amazing.

Great deal on my billet control arms, service is excellent . Much better than the other guys, don't waste your time or money on the chaotic or notech parts that others offer Carli is the real deal
