Overall great experience. I went in to get a wheel alignment and the price was extremely reasonable. Customer service was and waiting room is spacious and comfortable with a working restroom The lobby was decorated nicely and had Christmas music on. I wouldn't have minded waiting more than the 40 minutes it took to get my service done.As I was waiting a man approached the counter to boast about their services and offered to buy everyone there lunch the next day. I took that as a good sign My car feels great. I'll be going back for sure.

Everyone was helpful and managed to get alignment and front brakes replaced with no notice on a Saturday afternoon. Car is driving great and prices were more than reasonable. Thanks and will be back.

Had to replace my front breaks/rotors. They did an amazing job and my car is breaking exactly how it should be now. Also, there seemed to be some miscommunication on the total cost of the job between myself and the tech who called me on the phone to confirm the work to be done on my car. The front desk manager (I believe he was the manager) was very helpful and took care of me. I ll be coming back again because of that. Thank you sir!

Excellent customer service: from Billy ( supervisor)and tony all the way to the technician; I m very happy with the brakes replacement service ; plus also they when above and beyond making sure the necessary adjustments were made all around.In the process a hub cap was damage by the passenger side Billy supervisor took care of it right away . I would definitely recommend anyone who s looking for a professional costumer service establishment to do their brakes or any other service . Prices are reasonable .Keep up the outstanding customer service and professionalism .This is rare etiquette in business nowadays .Thank you.

I had appointment with shop next door and went here by mistake and said I have appointment and they didn t say there is no appointment with them in my name and took the car for repair. Car issue was that it was heating up and service person said they work on smart cars . Later called me that it cost $1000 to change the fan! After doing that , said that also an electronic module needs to be replaced and programmed or car will still heat up and this time costs additional $2100. Note that the 2014 car is only valued at about $6000. I then checked with Mercedes Benz dealer and realized that prices charged and quoted are higher than what Mercedes would have charged . The service person at BrakeMasters then said they don t even have specialist to program if SAM module is changed and this is despite taking the car for repair to begin with . After all that was not their specialty.I even asked them to take the fan out and they wanted to charge me additional 4 hours of labor !Car is still heating up and I am out of $1000 and still have to take to dealer

I have been going to Brake Masters for about 5 years now. I take all 3 of my cars for servicing there. They constantly exceed all expectations, offer friendly, & a high quality of customer service.They provide the best value at about half of the dealerships with cool online discounts.I recommend all of my friends & family to join in on my great service experience at Brake Masters.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

EFFICIENCY at it's best!! Nobody looks forward to having to take their car in for repairs even minor repairs like mine was can be costly but Brake Masters, Lake Elsinore definitely eases the pain with competitive pricing, friendly service and timely repairs! I have a German car so of course the parts for German cars are always so expensive but I brought my car in twice for two different issues w/out an appointment and each time the staff was friendly, the wait and repair time was minimal and the pricing was affordable. Thank you of course to the mechanic who completed the repairs (don't know your name, I'm sorry) and Thank you to Stephanie your efficiency and friendly service were definitely on point and very much appreciated!!

I gave this place five star before but now is one. Sorry to say but they lost two customers and who knows how many more. A good business treats everybody with respect if you're a girl bring a guy with you. Don't get their suspected.

Not goodNO RATING, (-100) that's how bad it was!!! I had a front end alignment done and was told that when I got my new tire, that they would re-align it for free. That was a week ago. I bought tires today and went straight to there to get my free alignment Per the manager. Per mechanic #18 "He said we shouldn't even work on his vehicle" and a lady behind the counter was laughing, worrying about what to "EAT" for lunch, and both we're very hateful and very rude. They refused to do the alignment per the manager even though they had my truck keys in hand. No customers and they were all standing around. We want our money back as we had to take it to another place and pay extra. Do Not Take your vehicle to Lake Elsinore!!! Very rude and !! Never Again!!!

These people lie and take advantage of you if you don't know about cars. They wanted to charge me $2,500.00 for an "ISSUE" that didn't exist with my car, and also while my car was under warranty from their shop. Owners have Bible names? HAHA

I called in for a brake bleed told me it would be 49.99 to bleed them. Great I thought. I came in today to get the just bleed done. They went ahead and did an entire flush and charged around 105 dollars. I was expecting just a bleed and maybe pay a lil extra for adding some brake fluid but not an entire flush. Wat makes it worse is the lady wrote it down. Brake bleed. You live and learn. Highly doubt I'll be going back.Service: Brakes

This was the first time using their services. From the first call to picking up my car they were friendly and professional. It was like a family owned business. Treated me like an old family friend. I recently used this location to get my breaks done. Very friendly staff didn't wait any longer than necessary. Then once I started driving around didn't notice an immediate change with my breaks and as I started to drive a few more miles my breaks where screaming and squeak very loudly every time I applied the breaks. I returned to shop to have them address the issue which they did after receiving conflicting information from bot the technician and the gentleman working behind the counter. One individual stated that it was due to faulty break pads that was a manufacturer error and the other stated at a later time that its because I didn't have my rear breaks done also which made the least sense. After replacing the pads the squeaking had gone away and I was on my way, there was no squeaking until I pulled up to my drive way and sure enough the same squeaking had come back I pulled right back out and drove around a bit to very that the breaks were indeed squeaking again. I have not returned to the shop since I feel that after a rotar resurfacing and a swap out with new pads should have resolved the problem. 5 s all the way for this shop! I went out of my way to go to these guys based on the reviews and they lived up to them. Two brothers with excellent customer service and a genuine attitude and concern to take care of their customers. I don't write many reviews, but they deserve the recognition. You need brakes, come to these guys.

Excellent service as always!! I have been coming to this location since I moved here about 10 years ago. It's such a relief to know that they take pride in providing excellent customer service! I can always count on their honesty and integrity. They never try to upsell and they always have fair prices. Adam and Angel always ensure a seamless transaction from start to finish.

Brakemasters in Lake Elsinore is the only place my Husband and I take our vehicles for many years now. Angel, Adam and Jordan are a shining example of excellent customer service! Every time we call or come by they offer us fair, honest and reliable service with a heart! We are so impressed with their business model. We refer everyone there and as long as they are open we will happily give them our business! Thank you all for all you do!

Brake Masters is the BEST hands down! I always leave there with utmost confidence that the work was done right. And the best part is that they never try to oversell you on anything! I loved the place. I was going to be charged higher at another place for the lud nuts on a Ford Fiest 12 per however, here my price was only 7per. The cost of both breaks were less also. I will be with Brake Masters from now on... in addition, they made sure my new breaks were just perfect. Thank You.

Brought my truck in for an alignment , said they charge extra because it was lifted. Me being a mechanic having done plenty of alignments myself , I know personally it is easier to do a runout and make all adjustments because it is lifted. When I told them this and asked why they didn't have an explanation. I was headed out to Vegas and at their mercy because they were the only ones agreeing to do it on short notice so I paid it.

I've been taking all my cars to Brake Masters for everything except tires for over 10 years. Adam & Angel are always friendly unlike some other Lake Elsinore shops. When they are super busy they charge what everyone else charges. When they are super slow they will always cut a deal on their labor costs. They don't give their parts away but if you know in advance what piece you need to replace and know what that part costs on the internet you can get them to match that price if they are slow. Highly recommended. I've never had a bad experience in over 10 years!

The quote was $44.95 not $44.95 plus tax.I was charge $51.95. There is not sales tax on labor so I know they are scammers. They were very slow. I won't go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was taking my truck there to get serviced when Pete owned the place. The honesty and integrity carried over to the new owners Adam and Angel. That was a long time ago .The repeat buisness they cultivate those brothers put the customers first and it shows.

I had taken my two cars to Adam and Angel for the last 8 years. They always do a great job! They are quality experts, honest, truthful, and always provide a great customer experience. I recomend all my family and friends, because they are the most honest mechanic shop that I ever known and that's hard to find now any where you go. If you want the best, go to Breake Masters in Lake Elsinore, Ca.

I went in because my front brakes were screeching. They told me I needed a bearing in the back. So I spend $400 on a $100 part and sit there for 1 hour while they charge me $300 for labor. They then inform me that my front brake pads are at 20%, thus the screeching. I didn't believe them since I changed the pads a few months prior. I then took my vehicle to an honest shop who looked at my pads and told me they were at 80%, but my calliper pins were bent and causing the noise. It cost me $110 labor, rather than the $300 "Brake Masters" was trying to squeeze out of me for new pads they wanted to sell. Do not trust this business with your hard earned money.
