I have had multiple great experiences with autocross. J.R. is amazing. Very knowledgeable about all cars. I wanted to beef up the sound of my 335i BMW. I was on a budget so we first did a sound cut. I came back later when I had more money and added a Carven R muffler. Not only does it sound great it gives me more power it had improved my gas mileage. I also added two new 4 blue flame tips. One of my next trips I did the Hydro tune up that cleans the engine and catalytic converter. I love that JR will work with your budget and piece everything together. Do take your car here! This place is a fraud.. they don't honor they're warranty this shop is fake and the owner doesn't take responsibility for his own mistakes or help at all. My experience here is terrible no accountability at all. My catalytic converter was replaced a year ago and it went out again a day before the year was up and they didn't honor my warranty. Never do business with this place again!

I took my truck in to have my muffler replaced. The one on my truck was loud and poorly installed. The guys at Autocross provided excellent service. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. Upon completing the installation I started my truck and was amazed at now quiet my engine was. The new muffler helped my engine to run smoother and with added power.I would highly recommend this shop to anybody in need of a muffler replacement or to upgrade your current exhaust system.FIVE STARS ALL DAY

Professional and quick service. Need help with our Jeep's Catalytic Converter. JR was great, he explained what he could do for me. Very helpful with his knowledge of the exhaust system and adding protection from the Catalytic Converter theft. JR went out of his way to arrange a Saturday install that was super quick. The owner is a knowledgeable, friendly, and an awesome guy. He did a muffler and resonator delete on my 05 g35 with a turn down pipe right past the resonator. It sounds amazing and the turndown has saved me many tickets. Would recommend to anyone who needs exhaust work!

If I didn t get such good service I would have given them 1 star. Was radically overcharged for 4 simple pieces of 3 exhaust tube that needed 1 end expanded. 16 of pipe charged $100. But they took care of me quickly. Had to go back today because 2 of the 4 were wrong and they were too busy to fix the issue owner just scrambled to give me a refund. Ended up going to Canyon Lake muffler had all 4 remade and was charged $20... owner here was nice but just seemed to be out of control. Won t be back.

I brought a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and wanted to hear the engine more from my muffler. I had never been here before and called and spoke directly to the owner. He was welcoming and spoke to me like I had already been coming there for years. The location is something of a treasure hunt. But trust me it's worth it. The mechanic who worked on truck was so amazing. He was so through with my truck making sure I knew all my options. All together the entire process was fast and exactly the sound I was looking for from my engine. I am already planning on coming back to get a new set of tips and whatever else they want to sell me because it's quality work at a great price.

Hello. I would recommend this place to anybody who has a catalytic converter or needing mufflers installed JR is very knowledgeable very friendly and polite he will take the time to answer your questions and give you suggestions and if a call comes in he will politely put on hold for a second and come back to you. Our Lexus ES350 2008 was fixed, we had a catalytic converter issue.

Called JR to help make the exhaust on my 2011 Camaro sound better. He was amazing! He walked me through all my options while giving me the pros and cons. I went with his suggestion and my car sounds absolutely perfect. Better yet, his suggestion was the least expensive. Another shop would have sold me a much more expensive exhaust system. I probably saved $600. THANKS JR!

Went in to just get a spring bolt replaced, He had to drill out what was left of the bolt that broke and ended up stripping the threads. So we went to plan B which was to weld the header to the cat. 12 hours doesn t even go by and ends up breaking the weld.... Went back this morning to get a refund and was accepted. Very good customer service but in my opionon, lack of experience:/ Went to another shop and was fixed very quickly and now have no issues with the exhaust.

Best place to get any exhaust work done in the Inland Empire. The owner treats every job as though it was his car. We had two chrome tips put on. He was meticulous about how they looked. I highly recommend this shop. I will bring my other cars here as well.

These guys get you in and handle the job, customer service is great you can easily wait for your vehicle comfortably with no worries, the employees are well fitted for whatever you throw At them leaving you with clean honest work. I have a 05 Chrysler crossfire limited. Has a little over 150k on it. I noticed when I would step on the gas getting on the freeway or just out for a spirited drive with the top down, it just wouldn't pick up very well. Pretty disappointing since it has a v6 and dual intakes. I heard about hydro tuneup and what it could possibly do for the car. So I took it in and not only did I get the power back in that little roadster but I also noticed I got better mpg. It's running the smoothest it ever ran since I got it. Will be going back for another round soon.

I was recently in the market for an exhaust system upgrade for my car. I called just about everybody in Temecula and everybody in the city must have been upgrading their system on the same day because nobody could touch my car for anywhere from 2 days to as much as 2 weeks out. Thankfully I found Autocross Performance on google and gave them a call. Not only were they happy to make time to fit me in that day but their price was much lower than anywhere else that I called. Hands down best experience that I have ever had with an exhaust upgrade and a real pleasure for me to meet JR and his staff. HIGHLY recommend them to anybody that is in the market.

Came here last week needed a exhaust leak fixed. As soon as I get there guy comes out and says they can t fix it because some guy that went there the day before had the same wheels as me and they couldn t load it on the lift. Doesn t make sense don t think they care about business another person in front of me also got denied service for similar reason. Lazy shop 0 stars if could

Wanted more umph from my 5.3 chevy Tahoe but not too much drone noise. I have been researching mufflers on the internet...way too many options and sounds...Could not figure which product I wanted and was not given much help from shops (was not offered to hear different mufflers) until I contacted AutoCross Performance & Muffler. Spoke to JR and he told me to come down and he will let me listen to a few mufflers. KOOL!! Just what I needed. JR had me listen to a few, and of course I choose the last one which of course I liked the best. JR had his guy install the new Borla Pro Xs muffler that I had chosen. Could not be happier with the product, sound and job. I have to tell you, if it was not for JR allowing me to listen to different options, which no other shop offered me to do the same, I would have not chosen the right muffler for me. AutoCross Performance & Muffler definitely aim to please. Thank you very much to JR, Jennifer and the nice man that installed the Borla...sorry I forgot your name. Go to AutoCross Performance & Muffler....Great Job, Great Products.....just Great People!! Praise God!Service: Exhaust

My muffler was corroded and I called Autocross Muffler. Eddie told me the price and how long it would take to replace over the phone. I had called some national chains and they quoted around $360, and the price here was less than half that.He explained how they sometimes use used parts and asked if that was ok. I went over, he showed me the part beforehand. The replacement muffler had come from a new car that the owner wanted to replace its muffler with a performance muffler, so it was a like-new part. Everything went as described and it was fixed in no time! Thank you Eddie and Autocross!

I went to autocross today and had a flowmaster put on my honda accord and my flex pike replaced. The job was done right the price was right and my honda was tight. My brother in law drop me off so I can pick up my car and he decided to have them put one on his mustang and we both left there with a smile on our face. These guys know what they doing and fast. I highly recommend this shop.

The owner is very nice and easy to talk to and is very detailed and helpful. Not like other mechanics, is honest and and helpful, tells you what the problem is and explains what is wrong. Amazing work!! Got us right in when no one else would !! Not only helped with the muffler but gave my son tips on other ways he could work on the car himself if needed! Definitely 5 star service!

This morning, I took my husband's Toyota 4runner for service...So far I'm really pleased with the way I was helped. I think it was the owner who helped me. He gave me 3 options to choose from and explained everything to me step by step.
