They were extremely busy but were still able to find the time to install a new battery into my car. Went above and beyond with their installation and were finished within the hour. Extremely friendly as well. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

Excellent Service, always pretty honest and straight up about what's going on with your vehicle. Also provides ride service to your destination if you are local, I haven't seen an auto shop that provides that, pretty cool

Absolutely the best repair shop in Lake Elsinore. They are honest and really know what they are doing. They are also extremely polite. They always provide the best services. They just go that extra mile on their customer service to assure you a good experience.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a nail in my tire, but thankfully I found Advanced Auto Care. Steve was so kind and helpful when I came in. I can t express my gratitude more. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto work! I ll definitely be going back when I need something done on my car :)

I cannot express my gratitude finding this place and the two owners, Steve and Ryan whom work with such integrity and care! For the first time I do not have to worry for bad or incomplete work on my car. I wish there were two people like them for every other business that I needed care and attention for!

Be careful, I took my car in for a bad vibration in the front end. My check engine light was on and that s all they focused on for quick money to replace a simple fuel sensor and charged $650. They didn t even look for the vibration problem and sent me on my way. I took it elsewhere and they found broken motor mounts which was causing the bad vibration and fixed it.

I visited this authorized dealer repair shop because my AC was not blowing cool air, an oil change and tire rotation. They provided a shuttle to/from my destination so that I did not have to wait for the vehicle, because they were backlogged. The AC issue was operator error. They were very honest regarding this and could have easily charged me for servicing the AC and I would not have known any better. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service. It has been a very long time since I have experienced really good customer service. Also, I prefer to support small businesses, when possible. I will definitely return to Advanced Auto Care for future servicing because it is much more convenient than going to the dealer and I appreciate today's experience. We've been getting all our vehicles smog tested here for 10 years. Service and price is good. I've never been there longer than 30 minutes with an appointment. Kind staff

The guys at this shop are amazing! I have been taking my cars there for years and will continue to do so. They are reliable, dependable, trustworthy and honest. The mechanics do an excellent job in their repairs and they are very knowledgeable. I am so appreciative that I met Steve and Ryan and their team. Thanks so much for all of the great work you do! Advanced auto care is a great place to take your vehicle to get repairs done. I took my Kia there to get major engine repairs and they were able to get it done despite having to deal with my warranty company dragging their feet and trying to find a way out of being responsible for the repairs. Steve and Ryan fought tooth and nail with the warranty company to get the repairs approved. They were able to get everything approved and now my car is running like a champ. This is the first time I ve ever had to take a car to a mechanic shop and Im very happy with the service I got with Advanced auto careService: Engine repair

Took my "Baby", 2004 Chevy Tahoe Lt. for front suspension repairs. I.have used Advanced Auto many times before for multiple vehicles and what can I say...Professional, courteous, great guys doing an honest and great Job. Will continue to use them. Heck, they gave me a ride home and then picked me up to retrieve my "Baby".Thanks Marco for the ride. I came in last minute and they were busy. I was expecting the car to be done by Thursday, but they got it done by Monday and I picked it up the next day. They were very awesome when I got there. Told me what was wrong briely and gave me my keys after identifying. Great cost for all the work they did! Thank you!

As a female I always worry that I may be taken advantaged of. Luckily from day one they have been very honest with me and my family. We have been returning for over 10 years for all our automotive repairs, oil changes, and smog tests.They even offer a ride back to your house and a pick up to get your vehicle.I love the friendly people here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for automotive repairs.

Advanced Auto Care is the best! I have always found Steve (the owner) and Ryan (the office manager) to be professional and honest. Let's be real, having car troubles are never fun, but when something does go wrong it's nice to have a place that I trust to take my car. Their waiting room is one of the cleanest I've seen, and the service is fantastic! I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

I've had a number of repairs here and couldn't be happier with the service. They explain what the repair is in easy to understand language and my wife loves that. These guys have bent over backwards to get my truck fixed in a timely manner because they know I work nights. For me that's outstanding customer service.

My family has been coming here for years. They take care of my grandmother. Extremely will knowledgeable. Do excellent maintenance repair's and repairs. we've taken our cars to other mechanics who never did a good job specially having our alignment done nor found other problems associated with our car. Unlike Advanced Auto Care has done for us. A++

Steve and his guys did an excellent job replacing the starter in my Nissan Armada. Communication was superb and customer service was outstanding. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

A little pricey but they do a good job although my GRANDFATHER been using them for years he past away my grandma is 82 yrs old on social security and just spent 860 on fuel pump and they couldn't do a complimentary oil change i don't expect them too but. Would've been nice and much appreciated specially because when it breaks down again will be going bake to them

Thanks so much to Steve, Ryan and his group of great mechanics for bring my 1998 Ford F-150. I thought my Ford s life was over and was picking out a junk yard . Personnel were knowledgeable and professional and appreciate the CPR on my truck. If I m in need of auto service, only one place I ll go!! Thanks again

The owner Mike was rude condescending to me as a customer. I had been standing there in the lobby 5 minutes without being greeted. The wonderful Mike that everybody talks about walk past me without saying the word or greeting me or even acknowledging my existence to go get water. Seriously not an issue at this time because I thought maybe he was thirsty and maybe somebody from the back. I quickly learned that he was the owner and an arrogant condescending person.... at least that was my feeling until that feeling was substantiate because the following persuaded:while I was talking to him about the recent history of the car and he said wait a minute because he forgot to get my license plate when he originally went out to get my reading in on my odometer on my car. That would be the second strike. Then as he told me on the phone he said it would be $130 they would try to check as to why the check engine light was on and it would probably take about an hour which by the way I understand that that there is a standard that is set by the state and they have to follow that according to what type of job they are doing so the $130 is not for an hour's worth of Labor because nobody charges $130 per hour for labor so again I think this is not really honest. But you know what I'm not going to dispute it because I thought it was a good job and I've already taken my car they're already traveled all the way to Marietta I just didn't want to try and find another mechanic out here in California. Song willing to pay a little extra just to make sure the job gets done. Then when I called to check up on the car a couple hours later he was rude to me over the phone he basically told me he may keep it until tomorrow. As if that was okay. I was told that when they were looking at the car it would take up to about an hour to figure out what the codes were and to diagnose it that's what I was paying for and when he talked to me on the phone he said they may keep it until tomorrow which means they're going to push it to the back burner until whenever or he just does not want to be held accountable either one's not okay with me. I have the car worked on recently in Las Vegas and the person working on it was trying to diagnose the problem as well he was accommodating every single time I called he was professional every single time I called he never resorted to the tactics that this person did and by the way not one of the people who were there were wearing masks which are mandated by the state so believe me he doesn't want to follow the rules and he's rude so I took my car back. I will never use this man again and there's a reason he's in the Inland Empire rather than being in a good major city.

Way over priced. Charged us $477 to replace actuator for front AC. Labor hours did match what we saw on internet. Service was great. May give them another shot, but with more caution concerning price.
