First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to the whole crew and to Matt for such an awesome customer service! Something that a lot of businesses lack now a days. Anyways, my truck feels and runs like a champ. My F250 is my baby and they took care of all the issues. I am very grateful to find them and had them do the work on my truck. They replaced the 2 serpentine belts, fixed one major oil leak and replaced glow plugs on my 2008 f250 diesel truck. Also installed new batteries that definitely needed attention. God bless this business. Support small local biz. Lake elsinore resident and will definitely be taking all my vehicles to them. Highly recommend

A&M has taken care of my vehicles and has always done a great job! It s so nice to be able to trust that they are not trying to up-sell me and find things that are not necessary to repair. Adam the owner is an awesome guy with a great reputation and reliable network. If you need ANYTHING ask him!

I am a new car owner and don't really know Jack about cars. My new/used foreign car came with almost 200k miles so obviously it's going to come with some issues. Matt and his crew took care of my rotor and breaks and sent me pictures so someone like me could understand! He took his time explaining to me the problem. I trust this company and would fully recommend.

These guys are all about taking care of the customer! I appreciate their honesty and help. They swapped a bad axel for me and recently had to have it warranty and they took me in with an appointment and got me in and out in just a few hours. They will take care of you. Thanks to Matt for being awesome and giving the best customer service.

They did an amazing job on my 2002 Camaro ss, and completed the job extremely quick so I could get my car back on the road. They took care of a oil leak I was having at the rear main seal and the transmission gasket was leaking as well so glad to have found this shop again Thank You So Much

2012 Hyundai sonata Engine issuesHad the staff of A&M auto complete a diagnostic on my 2012 Hyundai sonata. They gave Me an honest breakdown of the issue with engine. The engine has to be completely replaced and gave me an estimate of 8000 if they were going to do the repairs but they also informed Me that there was a recall on engine and that the Hyundai dealer may be able to replace the motor at no charge. They were upfront and honest and that's why I will continue to use A&M Automotive for my car service . Ats this time Idid not get the service completed by by A&M Automotive and will pursue dealing with Hyundai company. Honest upfront and have my full trust. Thank you Brittany and Adam for the great service!A&M Automotive's excellent job servicing my 2015 C300 Mercedes BenzI took my car to the Mercedes Benz dealer in Riverside and they informed Me that the differential and the drive shaft were broken and needed to be replaced. The amount that they wanted to charge was outrageous and they were looking to gauge Me. I called A&M Automotive and spoke to Brittany and informed Her of the what the Mercedes dealer informed Me. She asked Me to bring the car in the following day so they could perform a diagnostic on the car (They did not even charge Me for the Diagnostic). I took the car the next day to be checked, Brittany called Me that afternoon and informed Me that the only problem was the drive shaft was broken and needed to be replaced. She quoted Me a very reasonable price for the repair and even saved Me more money because some of the bolts were still usable. The car is working great and I couldn't be happier. The staff at A&M Auto have integrity and do excellent work. I will be taking my vehicles to A&M Automotive from now on. Highly recommended if you are looking for Honesty and integrity when getting your car repaired. Thank you Brittany and staff for everything. All around great experience!Service: Transmission

Boy do I have a review for A&M Automotive. I was driving on the freeway when a pigeon dropped out of flight and hit my grille. The poor thing broke through part of the grille and was pinned between the pieces. Needless to say, it died on impact (or in midair, who knows?). After 20 minutes of trying to remove it myself (gross) it became apparent I needed help. Desperately, I googled "auto shops near me" and A&M was first on the list. I gave them a call 30 minutes before closing explaining my situation. While they don't necessarily specialize in removing dead birds from cars, they welcomed me into the store. The looks on their faces were hilarious as I pulled in. We had a good laugh and within about 15 minutes, they had it removed from the grille free of charge. A&M, thank you for your service, despite how random it was. Should my vehicle need actual automotive care, I'm coming to you guys! Hope you're hungry, I'm bringing in cookies for you guys tomorrow! Thanks again :)

I wish i can give this shop more than a 5 star rating. We have been taking our cars to this dhop for a long time. And since then, our cars have been working great. I don't think I'll ever take our cars anywhere else. Brittany and her entire staff are very knowledgeable of their work. They will even send a picture through text showing you what the problem is before working on your car. I also like the fact that they have surveillance video feed in the lobby area. It shows that they are honest workers and will not do anything to your car. I would highly recommend this shop. This shop does oil change, maintenance, and any other car issue this shop will definitely do an excellent job.

Chris, Brittany, the sweet lady who works in the back and sometimes give me a ride and the staff are professional and very good. They will suggest what really needs fixing and what can wait and what is a safety concern. I like that cause I can't pay for all of it at once sometimes. They take good care of my car. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Took my sons car there yesterday for oil change and tire rotation. Chris and Brittany were very friendly and provided great service. Technician did a great job and in a timely manner. I accidentally hit an object on the freeway. I pulled into their shop. The customer service is excellent. Staff was friendly and professional.They took care of my vehicle.I definitely will be bringing my other vehicles to them for future work.

After researching auto shops for my C300, I found A&M. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to give me a rough estimate on what the potential cost could be for my service via phone. I loved that they provided detailed documentation of the condition of my car; text me photos and shared what needed to be done with my car immediately and what needed to be done soon, but, could wait. Being new to the area, I have found my go to automotive shop for my car. They were honest and provided good service at a good price. Brittany was also very nice and provided great customer service!

I love the service here. The staff was polite and kept me informed on all the service that had to be done. Brittany was amazing and so friendly Chris was very kind and they did an amazing job on my car I would recommend this place anytime. I will be back to get more service done thank you all.

I was in a few days ago for a brake job and to find the source of oil underneath my car. A&M did the brakes, found the leak and cleaned up where the oil was.I have had my car serviced by A&M for several years and have been satisfied with the service, especially the fact you are made aware of potential issues before they can become major, which is important when you own an older vehicle. I love this place. My whole family always uses A&M for any car issues we have (brakes, water pump, windows, etc). The entire staff is friendly, especially Brittany and Victoria, and they always do their best to minimize costs any way they can. Saved me an unnecessary $2800 repair.My car was making a rotional sound from the left side of the vehicle. Went to another shop in the same area that I go to that s always been nice and friendly to me. I suspected the noise was one of my brakes, and they told me that they didn t suspect it (cause they didn t even check) and that it was my transmission that was making the noise and I needed to have it replaced. $2,800 estimated.Came to A&M the next day for a second opinion, I even forgot to tell them that I suspected it to be the brakes. The mechanic found it on his own and told me the rotors and emergency brakes were loose. They lubed it up and tightened it. In & out in less than 40 minutes. It s been a week now and the noise is gone. They didn t even charge me for a diagnostic fee. Will be coming here first for my next repair.Service: Brakes
