Service has gotten to the point that I won't use them anymore. They can't deliver boat out of storage as promised, when you call to check on status, they promise a callback that never comes. Today after delivery of boat two weeks ago, the battery is now dead. After waiting an hour for support boat, we had to walk to center and they said he is just leaving for lunch! Absolute worst customer service. Won't be storing my boat here in the future.**UPDATE** bought a new boat from Inland Perris facility and loved the experience and customer service. It is a beautiful boat and got a good deal / treated with respect / didn't waste time! Just wish that same service level was available up at the lake.

James Hellman and this company are conmen. I was in escrow purchasing a house in Arrowhead. As we were negotiating the boat purchase from the homeowner, James showed up with cash and took the boat off the property. Then offered it to us at a premium. He kept saying it was a homerun deal for him. I hear this is a common thing they do up here on the lake. It should be illegal. These guys practice garbage business. No ethics, no morals. Negative stars if possible.

These guys were great!!! Quick service fixed all the issues that JP marine said they did and did not after a $900 annual service. These guys hauled by boat over and were done in one day, excellent customer service and there Mechanic Aaron did a great job. Thanks so much

The worst experience ever, I paid 2200.00++ to store our boat over the winter and somehow they claim to have a valid registration that they bought our boat trailer from Hardin Marine inventory. My neighbors trailer is being held by them as well.The manager James is amazingly rude and indignant that we own nothing. They bought itYet when they signed a contract with us to charge us to store our boat, sent their employees to pick up our trailer on our property (which we have video footage of). It was never at Hardin after they filed bankruptcy. The boat was ours and released to us and stored in our yard. Our boat is in our slip on the lake and we have had to hire an attorney to start proceedings. We will be filing in court after the first of the year.Stunned you can be a client of a company and somehow they claim to have bought your own property with no knowledge by us.We have talked to 6 other boat owners going through the same thing.

Absolutely recommend. All we have to do is say what day to pick up the boat and what day to deliver it. And they take care of it. Worth the money. And what's more amazing is they ALWAYS know who you are. They always take care of us and don't even charge us for small repairs.

MY experience was good. Aaron came right out, looked at the issues that I was having and thoroughly explained what was happening. There was no charge for this service nor pressure to spend money.

Great business, great staff both in Lake Arrowhead and in Perris. Always helpful and friendly. They cooridinate very well with their business in Perris. Easy to do business with. No pressure boat sales with big selection in Perris.

Love this place. Best place to have your boat during the season up in Lake Arrowhead. The staff is absolutely awesome. They definitely go out odd their way to make you happy.

They DO NOT stand behind their products they sell, horrible customer service, I'd rather have my boat sink before I buy another item from them.T bad I can't give them zero stars!Don't buy from them!!!!
