I had some dents, scrapes as well as some clear coat damage repaired on my Lexus last week & they did a fantastic job. Can't even tell now that it was previously damaged. Friendly staff as well. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off with no charge. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected. Dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready that following Friday which they originally said it would be ready the following week. My parents had a few of their vehicles repaired here which is how I found out about this place. This was my first visit here & will for sure return again in the future. Update March 2, 2024: Unfortunately another car hit my rear bumper last week while parked in a parking lot which left several bulges from the other cars license plate frame that hit it. I took my car back to Precision for the repair, but fortunately the repair was quick & simple as it was ready in just two days & they once again did an excellent job. They completely removed the bulges as well as resprayed the entire bumper which had several other imperfections in multiple areas, none that were very noticeable unless you looked very closely & never really bothered me as they were already there when I first bought the car four years ago, but nice to have those removed as well. The new paint on the bumper looks great & matches the rest of the car perfectly. They also gave my car a full detail both inside & out! Once again I'll for sure return here again for future repairs, but hopefully not too soon!

I have to admit from the moment I called on the phone and the female receptionist ***I wish I remembered her name*** answered the phone I knew this was the location I wanted to get my auto repair done at. She was so helpful with assisting me with insurance information to assisting me get an appointment for an estimate to book the day I got the repair done. It was incredible, then when I dropped off my car for them to get all of the parts ordered, painted and installed all within 3 days was incredible. The work and quality of the work was flawless. Then Scott, I can't say enough incredible things about him from how helpful he was and how responsive he was in regards to getting a quote to answer all of the questions I had about the repair. Finally he even called and told me he found some more damage to the vehicle and to not worry the price would not change but he would get it repaired for me. How many places do you find that have that kind of service from start to finish just outstanding.

Fernando made sure that my car was in tip-top shape. The color of my Kia Forte was a little challenging in the beginning but the team of Precision Auto Collision was able to figure out how to match it. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a body shop for their car.

Grate customer service experience. My wife found this location in Google after she was looking through several places that the insurance company gave her. we need bumper job after a car scratches our front bumper in a parking spot.

Sent here thru my insurance (mercury). They did an estimate and obviously recommended a new part (the valance panel) instead of just scuff and re-paint.I feel insurance want the estimate to be over $1000 so that they can put a hit on your license and then charge you more.Mercury confirmed that the hit does depend on the estimate.Went to a different place and my estimate/paid for was $835.I am not sure if this is why precision prefers all new parts to get it over $1000? But it all felt over estimated, compaired to the 3 shops I took it to before going thru my insurance.

Man where do I even begin! First off my car was damaged by an express car was that ripped off my roof rack. Took it in and withing minutes Jody had taken pictures and marked off every single area where the car was damaged. Dropping the car off was a breeze. After leaving my vehicle Jody called to keep me updated on the process and man am I ecstatic with the results. Jody and his crew know what they're doing hands down. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. The even detailed my vehicle for me which I never expected and I have to say I will never go to another body shop after this experience. I posted a couple of before and after shots. If you ever need a place to go and are second guessing this place, don't! They will do the job right the first time, and you'll be happy you went!

I could not be happier with the quality of repairs to my Mercedes. The staff made the whole process very simple for me from start to finish, which is very much appreciate in a stressful situation like having body work repaired due to an accident. I am also very picky when it comes to the look of my car, and was so surprised to see her in nearly perfect form after the damage done. I cannot recommend Precision Auto Collision more. Thanks again to all the staff!

I used this company several years ago and they did an excellent job, customer service was great. This time I went in to get an estimate, and they wanted to email me the estimate, and said it would take several days. I have yet to hear from them - three weeks later. So I went to Dentco in Laguna Hills and decided to have the Dent pulled out on my read bumper - for only $300!. They did an excellent job and in addition helped me with a battery problem. Always check a dent removal place FIRST.

I previously used Precision for a repair a few years ago. So when my car was damaged due to be rear ended by another car I wanted to use Precision for repair. However I was very disappointed by the customer service this time around. I had my car estimated a few weeks ago but have still not gotten the estimate with no explanation. I knew on the day the guy doing the estimate was not concentrating or paying much interest to my case. I was told that day he would email me the estimate within 15 mins. 2 weeks later and I still did not receive the estimate. I called 4 different times and was told each time someone would get back to me. However no one ever did. No apology and no explanation. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Bad news good news. The bad news is that with a household full of drivers we have needed lots of auto body, bumper, and trim repair and painting over the past several years. The good news is that Precision has delivered beautiful results and on-time service on every occasion. And beyond that, Graham and his team are just plain nice people. I hope you won't need an auto collision service, but if you do, Precision is in a class by itself. Our family wouldn't go anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just had damage repaired (paid out of pocket) on front on my BMW and Precision Auto Collision indeed exceeded my expectations. Graham managed that process from the time I stepped into their office by offering multiple approaches to this issue, helping me to choose the best repair vs cost option, explained each option in great details, kept me informed during repair and delivered car like new on promised time.Highly recommended.Graham is a very approachable, knowledgeable, straight forward, professional and honest manager who really cares about customer's satisfaction.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can no longer recommend Precision Auto Collision for any work needed on your vehicle. I was sitting at a red light and got rear ended by someone going approximately 45 MPH. My vehicle's frame, bumper, and other miscellaneous parts needed to be replaced. When I first checked in with Precision Auto Collision, they were incredibly helpful. Graham told me the frame was going to take approximately 6 weeks to arrive. Over the next 6 weeks, Graham checked in multiple times and told me they were still waiting.When the frame arrived, I dropped off my vehicle. I was told the fix could be as little as two weeks, but most likely three weeks. For three weeks, nobody from the shop ever called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. I finally called and asked. I was told it'd be ready by the end of the week. Fast forward two more weeks, I had still not heard from them. So I called again. The receptionist answered and told me they were hoping to get the vehicle done today but that Graham would call me in a few minutes to give me all the details. I waited 9 hours for a phone call from Graham until I finally decided to call. When I asked Graham what happened about getting the truck within that first estimated time period, he sighed and said time flies. When asked why the vehicle wasn't done today (like his receptionist hoped it would), he said that the vehicle lift was outside and the techs did not want to get wet due to it raining. So again I am told it will be another week.Fast forward a week and I am finally told my vehicle is ready. I arrive and pick it up. While driving home, the brakes felt different, as if it were a sponge. I had to press all the way on the brakes in order for the vehicle to stop. (A quick google search revealed this could indicate air is getting into the brake lines and could result in brake failure over time). Anyways, I got home and discovered the power steering fluid was leaking, a plastic cover piece was missing from my truck bed, and there were new scratches on my tailgate. I called Graham and explained the issues. Graham had me drive back down to Precision Auto Collision and provided me with a rental car, which was much appreciated. Regardless, these issues should have never happened.I am still incredibly frustrated with the lack of care for my vehicle and my safety. As someone who works full time as a first responder, I rely heavily on my vehicle to get to work throughout the week. Precision Auto Collision seems to truly not care. If they had just updated me periodically on all of the delays and stopped giving me false ETAs, I'd be a much happier customer. I understand that this job was going to be time consuming, but they were not professional at all.

WOW. I never write reviews but I had to here. I took my car in for a dent...they were SO professional, kind and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they fix the dent, they cleaned the entire car (spotless) and even buffered out a few scratches on the back of the car that weren't anywhere near the dent I took it in for. All the guys in the office are so kind and helpful and they worked with my insurance to make sure I didn't pay a thing. Highly recommend if you want a "no headache" experience and great customer service. :)

Honestly I m so grateful I randomly found Precision in google search after my accident. Not only did they communicate me & reassure me while my car was in their shop the whole time (Scott is very kind & funny), but they showed they cared about a pregnant mom getting a safe car back for her family. On top of that, when I got my car back it felt like it was brand new all over again with no damages in sight! They detail cleaned it better than the dealership I purchased it from a few months ago! I highly recommend them for any collision or car repairs! And I ll continue to any time someone around me is in need!

This is the first negative review I've ever written. I am always the person who goes out of my way to let managers know when I've had good service and often go to company websites to give praise. We were referred to Precision Auto Collision by our insurance company. This was my daughters first accident and I was having her handle the details with some guidance. She was telling me that the shop said to not bring the car in for an estimate unless she already had the money for her deductible and only if we were going to have them fix it right away. We took it in a month later, expecting to leave the vehicle with them but Todd told us that it wasn't "worth" it for him to tear the car down to do a full estimate because there was a possibility of the car being totalled... so we took the car home after he took some photos. When we called our insurance company they told us that they needed the car to be torn down to get a good estimate. When I called Todd he told me that I had said that I didn't want the car torn down. When I disagreed with him and let him know that the other 2 people who were with me also heard him say it wasn't worth it he became condescending and began interrupting me mid sentence. When I told him the car wasn't running (the battery had died) he told me he would contact my adjuster because they couldn't have a vehicle that wasn't running at their shop. My insurance adjuster told me that even if the vehicle was totalled that the shop would be paid for the work they had done so I'm not sure why he had such an aversion to working on it. I've never had someone in the service industry speak so rudely to me.

Not only did they take my breath away with their Excellent customer service! But my car looks brand new! Honestly AMAZING AMAZING!! Today I experienced a hit and run, slight damage... The representative Sheryl heard my story and put me at ease and invited me in during their last hour of business. I was greeted by Graham Saunders who had me in and out in 15 minutes AMAZING TEAM!!!

My car had badly damage from a crazy driver. My insurance provided me with a few places I could take it to for repairs. I m so happy I chose this company. From the get-go they were professional, excellent service and communication throughout the process but the results were incredible, my car looks brand new!! My mom had the front of her Prelude backed into while it was parked. I had used Precision for some work on one of my cars before with great results, so I went down there and got an estimate. We called AAA ins and they said that was one of their most recommended body shops in that area.The car is a 1999 with original red paint in excellent condition, Todd and the guy's that work with him did a fantastic job making my mom's car look PERFECT again. To be able to get this good of a result is hard to do but much appreciated .Great work done here thanks guys!

gave us the Best estimate out of five shops we went to and I repair was done the day they told me it would be done. And just by coincidence our friend works there and we didn't know it till we walked through the front door. We'll definitely be back next time any of our cars get any bumps or bruises

We had our vehicle fixed here are getting rear-ended. They worked with the insurance company and we paid nothing. We had two issues though. They were not as thorough as the first place (the first place wasn't partnered with the at fault car insurance place sorry couldn't use them) we took our vehicle and they left a new part in the car for me to install myself. First they didn't see/repaint an area that had chipped paint and there was a damaged plastic trim that had gouges in that should have been replaced and instead was only buffed to a shine (the rest of that trim had a matte finish though). When we brought it back they had to verify that the insurance company would cover it first, but they repainted the chipped tailgate. The plastic trim though, it was sitting in the seat brand new, but not installed. Rather than give them the car back and waste anymore of my time, I just installed it myself later.

I almost never write a review but I am compelled to do so for Precision Auto Collision and I want to specifically recognize my service representative Graham Saunders. I shopped my repair with a few facilities and Graham was easily the deciding factor in choosing Precision Auto for my repair. He is patient in answering questions and walking you through the process and quite simply they delivered on what we discussed. Thank you Precision Auto and Graham for the excellent service!

WOW. Beyond impressive. We dropped of a dented vehicle and when they returned my car to me it looked brand new! And it was returned back to us 1 day early! In addition it was detailed...not only outside, which I did not expect, but inside as well!! On top of that, they took the time and liberty to fix my front license plate! It was bendt in half by a car wash....and they literally took the time to take it off, meld it it and replace it!!! We are beyond impressed.

The team at Precision is just incredible. Every experience we have had has been outstanding. They are super friendly, and go out of their way to provide excellent service and quality work. I will continue to come to them for any/every auto repair issue. They are affordable and trustworthy. They even just buffed out a scratch for free. They are very deserving of my highest recommendation!

It's difficult to deal with any accident and fixing cars. There are so many auto body options out there. I've used these guys for the second time in last 6 years- and will go back to them if there is another accident-(hoping to avoid another accident).Work is great, they keep you well informed on progress, well ahead of schedule, extremely helpful, awesome package all together. It's worry free and its backed with a great warranty. Hope you won't need a auto body work, but if you do, you can't go wrong fixing your car here. You'll be happy you chose this place.

I had problems with my Alstate Insurance connecting with Pression and the worked with me to get it solved. They do excellent work and match the paint perfectly, you cannot tell the difference from old paint to new paint. Everyone there in the office is very helpful and friendly.

The staff here did an amazing job on my vehicle after the accident. Jody, was timely and professional with every detail regarding any extra work that needed to be done and filled me in throughout the process. These guys are the best. They really do what they say they're gonna do and give you realistic timeframe. Great communication. They go the extra mile to try to help you do things good and on a budget. Scott is great!! The receptionist is great as well

Insurance company recommended them. Although had an appointment, had to wait for ever to get an estimate. The guy seemed like he was doing us a favor by even coming out, had no clipboard, or anything on him to write things down, then he pulls a number out of the air and says it is between $1,500 and $2,000 and over a week. A real attitude. With $750 deductible, I felt like they were trying to stick it to the insurance company. Drove down a block to Laguna Niguel Collision Center, they took several pictures, looked up all the parts cost, gave me a written estimate, awesome attitude, told me it will be 2.5 days and the cost was less than my deductible at $650, so no insurance claim. Precision is just out there to rip off insurance companies, which effects all of our rates. Be smart and stay away.
