OC Auto Collision did an awesome job repairing my Toyota Tacoma. The quality of work, value and service was fantastic. The insurance company planned to total my vehicle but they made sure that wasn t going to happen.The staff; Tag, Troy, Andres, and woman in the office were a pleasure to work with from getting the estimate to sourcing the parts, completing the repair, and communicating with the insurance company. They even touched up areas of paint on my vehicle that were not involved in the accident. The service is unparalleled. I highly recommend this shop.

Had rust spots on roof of truck repaired. First time I picked it up the truck it was a few days late, the body work was lumpy and some rust spots were missed. I've never have done body work before and I'm 100% sure I could do it better. I complained and they offer to redo the body work and fix the rust spots that were missed before. Second time I picked the truck up it was a few days late again, the body work was less lumpy and the paint had debris in it.Service: Body & Trim

The day after repairs noticed that bumper is not perfectly inserted. Twice went to the shop and the person who was in charge was not there. I requested another person to inspect she said we have not repaired your car . I can not find your record. When I was able to talk to the main guy he bluntly accused me that I had another accident and obviously refused any remedy.If you go there make sure to use your credit card to be able pursue the matter through your cc.I misplaced my trust.Service: Body & Trim

They were more affordable than the competition but this was a bad case of "you get what you pay for". They quoted me at $1.2K for a small job and did not do one of the parts we had agreed. They wanted another $1.2K for that scratch alone, after having quoted the whole job.The worst part: in order to fix a very small dent, they drilled a hole in the quarter panel of the car without even consulting me. Where on Earth does that make sense?Do *not* go there.

Be aware !! Took my Toyota Prius to replace a small body part , they quoted me first $250.00 but I went to pick it up owner of the shop told me I need to pay $420.00. I got sone quotes from different shops and knew the price. They are very unprofessional and dishonest The part they replaced was very easy to do because they didn t have to do any bodywork or paint. I have been using this body shop for past ten years, my car has been in a few accident and needed body repaired work , they always did a great work fixing my car , I m very happy with their customer service , they are very honest and they always finished repairing my car on time they promised, I highly recommend this shop to everyone.Services: Painting, WeldingServices: Painting, Welding

Habib is a very generous and kind owner, and the folks that work for him follow his example. The exact response from one of the employees (when I described a small problem I had with a service they provided before) was a genuine and upbeat "Hook him up!". Excellent customer service- fixed the problem for free even though it ended up likely not being their fault. Both times I've been here I have been well taken care of, and the service has been quick.

OC Auto collision did a great job repairing the aluminum hood of my 07 Mustang, dented in a fender bender. Despite being hard to work the hood came back looking good as new. I also had them fix a dent in the rear driver's side quarter panel. The paint was matched to perfection all around; they even touched up a few small scratches at no extra charge and gave me the extra paint. I'd like to thank Tag and Troy for the excellent service - I'd recommend OC Auto collision to anyone.

Totally unprofessional. They caused damage for the car. They didnot keep their word of what they will be doing for the car. The people seems to be on drugs and they are unorganized. Lots of delay. This is the place to go when your car needs some love. The owner Habib is a great man. Chris at the front desk is incredibly helpful. These guys rock. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff here. Owner is an honest man. Managers are looking to help the customers the best they can. Free estimations. Bathroom is available. Seating area indoors with airconditioning/water.
