They are honest. Never pushed unnecessary repairs. I have had many unethical mechanics, especially the dealer. Once when one of the headlights went off, the Lexus dealer said they must change both and it will be $2k because it'll take many hours. My son bought the bulb at $60 and fixed only one in 30 minutes . That was10 years ago and it is still working. Another mechanic said that my car is too old to fix so he'll buy it from me for $300. That was 5 years ago.

I brought my car in the other day and for service and was so happy with the service I received. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Plus, they found a way to fit me in even though they were pretty slammed and my car repair required some substantial work; and all for a very reasonable price. I am always a little skeptical going to a new repair shop, but I will definitely be coming back to Niguel Auto Service.

The new management is awesome! I honestly believe that they want to do right by the customer. I had a peculiar problem with my daughter's car and they worked with me repair-wise and cost-wise until the job was perfectly completed. I was very impressed with the parts and labor that were thrown in at no cost due to my situation. They've replaced the Throttle position body and sensor, Accelerator pedal position sensor, Rear axle and Battery.I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer with my family's four cars. Thanks for working with me and my difficult situation. I brought my Honda CRV in for an oil change and they were very easy to work with. Service was fast and they took great care of me and my car. They even offered me a loaner car to use while they were working on my car. The owner of the garage ( Daniel )was so honest and professional and very very friendly so made us extremely comfortable. And he charged very resonable and gave us even senior discount .
