I have used LNC three times and always I have been happy with their good work and solid professionalism. On this visit, I had a Stage 3 Front Lip installed on my Grand Sport, (happily I was not there because of an accident); anyways, Ben and the rest of the crew did a great job, again. Car gets parked inside if overnight, and detailed before delivery. I highly reccomend Laguna Niguel Collision.

LNC Came to save the day, during a very stressful time with my exotic. They sent up a tow truck, were courteous, navigated me through the process, and dealt with some tricky insurance issues to ensure that my job was done correctly. I was initially nervous having someone work on my car, but they earned a life long customer. I am glad that I found them and will recommend them for years to come

I first found LNC randomly looking for a quote to fix a ding in the rear quarter panel of my car. Not only were they one of the lower prices, the service I received was extraordinary! So much so that we only bring our cars to LNC when a repair is needed. Fast forward a few years, we were involved in a collision, messing up the tail end of our car. Ben and crew got right to work and handled the insurance companies like a champ. They got everything taken care of and were even ahead of the scheduled time for repairs. After being in a stressful accident where I was not a fault. I was looking for a repair shop I could trust. I m so happy to have found LNC. Ben took amazing care of my situation. He was very understanding and I couldn t be more pleased with my whole experience. They made me feel very comfortable and assured. I m super happy with the detailed work they did on my car. This place really cares for their customers.

These guys truly perform miracles, after a fun day of sliding my car in November during the rains, I experienced lift-off oversteer and spun 360 into a curb resulting in near complete destruction of my firewall and A pillar. After rebuilding and aligning the suspension myself, I contacted Ben at LNC. I want to applaud Dmitry, Vlad, Ben, and the rest of the highly experienced LNC team who worked on my car and kept in constant contact about my vehicle. They were absolutely incredible when it came to straightening the body lines, bondo work, and overall getting the car back to normal. Despite the car being somewhat older, they were about to match the paint near PERFECTLY. I couldn t have picked a better bodyshop. 10/10 Would bring my vehicle to them again.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

This shop was great to work with. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle and explained that there were other things broken after they had dismantled my bumper. The workmanship and the service was top-notch, as well as the communication. Wouldn't hesitate to bring my other cars here

I brought my car here to have the front end fixed after my first accident ever. Dimitri and Ben and everyone was awesome. The work was excellent. My car is back to looking like new again. I highly recommend Laguna Niguel Collision!

I purchased my Porsche from Vladimir from Hawaii without ever actually seeing the car but I was totally impressed with the detailed photos and description. I talked with Ben. They are not willing to work with you if you don t have a top-notch insurance and will ask you to pay money out of pocket in order to work with you. Not professional at all. I even offered to bring my own parts but they said we charge starting $1500 to just paint and install a front bumper on my BMW 340i.

Went in with a frown and came out beaming with a smile. I highly recommend Laguna Niguel Collision. After reading the reviews here on Google, I contacted Ben and he immediately said "I'll take care of everything." And he did. Within a few days, I am driving away with my car. They fixed everything and even washed it. My car seriously has never looked better. Ben is very friendly, professional, and genuinely cares. He also responds quickly to any question, and he understands how going to them after an accident can be a stressful moment, but he and LN Collision truly took care of everything. If there were ten stars, I would give them that! Thanks so much. Bravo!

Great shop, Ben made the process very easy. Just dropped my car off, gave him my claim number, and then left the country. While I was gone he gave me updates on my car and sent me photos. When I got back my car was ready and paint was perfect. I have worked at a collision and auto service places and have had paint done by other shops and this was the first time I couldn't find any imperfections, no paint running, no fish eyes, and a perfect paint match. I highly recommend Ben and his crew and will be using them in the future!

No need to look anywhere else. I took my damaged Jetta to 4 other shops for estimates and LNC was by far the best price. Not only that, they were extremely friendly, professional and provided outstanding customer service. To top it off, they made my car look brand new! Ben was awesome to work with and he kept me posted on my car every step of the way. A family run business with a staff who truly cares about their customers and quality of work. A+!!

Just picked up my LEXUS IS from Laguna Niguel Collision Center.*** BEST Experience Ever !!!These people are a great team and operation. Car came out nicer then it was ever before. They are very professional and performed high quality work. Great customer service ! I was dropped off at work and they dealt directly with my insurance agent. The car came out flawless and fully detailed several days earlier then promised. The location is super clean and gives you a warm welcoming. They're techs are very knowledgeable I give them (6) Stars all around !!!

I just rolled in to meet with Ben so he could take some pictures of a little front end damage to my car. He's going to make some calls and get me a quote. In the 15 minutes I was there Ben was informative and very helpful. I hope the quote is decent because he came highly recommended, and I'd like to give him my business.

Super helpful and good service, Ben was really kind and helped me fix my bumper with no issues at all. I'm moving to Thousand Oaks now, but I will definitely be bringing my car back down here if I ever need any body work done. That's how happy I am with the service.

Took my Fiat 500 E to LNC, to get the front bumper repaired and painted. I arrived and they were super friendly and communicated well. I was a little nervous since the Pearl White paint is hard to match but they did an amazing job, it looks brand new. They also drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car when I dropped off my car and had it completed in 3 days. I would recommend Laguna Niguel Collision to anyone that needs bodywork.

Amazing work, very satisfied and had a very positive experience. Ben is very personable and responds to queries right away.Go for the headlight restoration if needed. My 14 yr old dull cloudy one looked absolutely brand new and will last.

Brilliant job rebuilding my poor old hatchback after someone rear-ended it. They handled everything; I didn't have to deal with insurance at all. No worries, no drama, just my car back. They matched the paint perfectly, and it drives like it was never hit (maybe even better than before). Thank you!

LNC is exceptional. This review is long overdue, but here is my experience with LNC. I had two MINIs get hit within a month. The first one (2016 Type S) was crushed against a wall by a vendor truck while being serviced at Irvine MINI. The second (2015 Type S) was hit and run by a workman s truck in my condo s parking lot.The 2016 - I definitely thought it was totaled. Ben fixed it up and it was PRISTINE. I couldn t believe my eyes when I saw it next. It s probably better than the original, to be honest. What happened at the dealership was pretty upsetting - it was my first time dealing with insurance, car damage, and a freak event. Ben made it really easy for me. It s nice to be in good hands when you re unsure of how to navigate the process.2015 - when I was notified by my HOA about the hit, I didn t even hesitate. My boyfriend called Ben right away. Again, Ben fixed it and made it perfect. He also helped me out with some cosmetic issues resulting from the wear and tear of being in 3 states with harsh weather. I am so happy with the result.These cars mean a lot to me, and LNC took care of them like they meant a lot to them too.What really distinguishes LNC (besides stellar quality of work and value) is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They truly go above and beyond and treat you like they d treat a family member. They work on some pretty crazy cars and I felt self-conscious with my MINI sandwiched between exotics in their parking lot, but they treated me as if I owned a Ferrari. Ben was so easy to work with and when we were getting the insurance sorted out, he went above and beyond to make sure I didn t have any trouble. It s hard to find trustworthy people in the car industry. You can tell that these guys don t have anything to prove. LNC does quality work and lets the results speak for themselves. They treat people kindly because they are good people, period. If you need your car repaired, look no further because I can assure you that you are in the best hands possible with LNC. 10/10 would recommend.

Did a good job with my repair after my friend opened the passenger door which then caught a huge gust of wind out in the desert and smashed into a metal gas pump handle. Can't even tell that it was ever damaged.I had a rental with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car just down the street, that was super convenient.You deal with the owner directly, he is there all the time, Dmitiry, super nice guy. He will take care of you! It's a family business, they are very honest and fair with their prices.Shop is very clean!Hopefully my car will not need any work any time soon, but I will definatley be coming back here!
