You really should read this entire review. I purchased a vehicle from Laguna Motors in June of 2023. I paid for the vehicle in full on the spot. Darshan, the owner, failed to disclose that he had a lien on the vehicle, which as a dealer is a violation. For months he kept promising to complete the registration and get me plates and my title. 6 months later, after multiple promises to pay off the lien and complete the transfer, I filed a complaint with the California DMV. My patience was at an end. He is currently under investigation by the California DMV. He kept sending me new temporary plates, and the last plate he sent expires on March 21, 2024. The ROS (Report of Sale) numbers on the current temporary plate and the temporary registration in the front window do NOT match, which is also a violation, and makes the vehicle illegal to operate. I own a car dealership, so I know these things. The DMV investigator said she may need to move forward with criminal charges if he doesn t complete the transaction. Bottom line: Darshan will lie to you repeatedly. If he tries to refute any of this and place the blame on anyone but himself, I have every email we exchanged, and have no problem sharing them with anyone who asks. Apparently, I m not the only one this has happened to, and I m posting this so that it doesn t happen to anyone else. The vehicle was also in an accident in 2016, which I found out through the computer in the car, and the fact that the bumper was being held on with 3 screws. I ve repaired everything, and am happy with the car, just not the dealer. He will lie to you, just as he did when I asked if he had an inspection report only to find out he did not just a CarFax. He is the epitome of a wash-and-flip dealer. I thought I could trust him since we re both car dealers. I was terribly wrong.

This dealership is a scam. Check out the complaints in Better Business Bureau. Dashan the owner seems like a nice guy but very untrustworthy. I am still waiting for my money back after 7 months. Sold me aa car without title.Check out the sheriff report and look him up, he is a regular at the local courthouse.DM me and I will send you screenshots of his bounce checks and text messages.Go get your car somewhere else.

! Important! I want everyone to realize that this is a scam company and it will cheat you out of your money. I am now in the process of contacting lawyers and the police to resolve this matter. I personally purchased a used ford from laguna motors on 10/11/2023, however the dealer Darshan here never transferred the car to me until December 2023 the dealer Darshan cheated me out of my car under the pretext of transferring the car and refused to return my car, now it shows on carfax that my car is available for sale. I am now contacting lawyers and police to resolve this matter

Same as everyone who's wrote a review. Buy a vehicle from them and never received an title or registration. Contacted Darshan multiple times. So if you have received the same run around, file a complaint to the CA DMV, and hopefully they'll get criminal charges against them for all the fraud that they have done to people. They have filed bankruptcy.

Do not trust Darshan, he is not a man of his word. We bought the 2020 Mustang on Oct 11th, but the title was never been transferred. He took the car for some reasons two months ago and never send it back as he promised and refused to refund us which is also be promised. Do not make purchase at this site unless if you want to have a risk on losing the vehicle after you pay for it.

The very best pre-owned car buying experience EVER!.In 2017 my wife and I began to look for a surprise birthday gift for our son's 17th birthday. We did a lot of research and decided to look for a pre-owned Mercedes C-class 4 door sedan. We visited 4 or 5 pre-owned lots. The more we looked, the more discouraged we became. Many of the sellers lied about their cars. We would get to the lot and the cars never looked as good as the photos online. We met some shady "used car" dealers.Much time wasted, about to give up, we came across LAGUNA MotorsWe were skeptical at first. It was 60 miles away......There was not a direct office number, only the option to call for an APPOINTMENT ONLY. We called and left a message asking for an appointment. The car listed was exactly what we wanted for our son. Within a few hours, we received a call from Darshan, we made an appointment to see the car the next day and make the drive. Long story short, we got there, the car was perfect!Darshan was great. His no-pressure sales style was exactly what we needed. He gave us the keys to the car without any sales pitch. No sales talk. He told us to take our time to test drive the car, and let him know what we wanted to do. After test driving the car, we decided to buy it, and we did.A few weeks after having the car my son saw the check engine light came on. This was past the warranty, I was worried. We called Darshan, and without any hassle, Darshan sent a flatbed tow truck and picked up the car. He had the car serviced, and then he had an employee deliver the car back to our home.I told Darshan I would write a great review and I should have done this a long time ago. It has been on my mind and on my to-do list... Truth is the motivation now,... we are looking for a car for our daughter, and I plan to buy her car from Darshan again.My son's car is still looking and driving fantastic! When he goes to college, we may keep the car for ourselves. The car has been an excellent investment. Thank you Darshan, we are looking forward to getting the next car from you soon! It is a drive well worth it!Kaz

Showed up today to purchase my first car, successful purchase. Sebastian was very open about car details & made the process go by very smoothly. Amazing customer service, amazing car. 100% will be recommending to friends & family.

Laguna Motors is the absolute BEST!!This is my 3rd (very successful) purchase. Every time has been smooth. I have recommended friends and family. All have always gotten the very best in customer service. No other place I would consider for quality, pre-owned vehicles.

Purchased my 2nd car from Laguna Motors in 2 yrs. Very happy with both of my purchases. Crazy good prices and fantastic customer service! Darshan has always been quick to remedy any issues I have, even after driving off the lot. This time he gave me a great deal on my trade in.Laguna Motors is the first dealership I've been to where I didn't walk away feeling like I'd been swindled in price or value. No shady business here!I highly recommend Darshan, Magan, and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a used car. In fact, I say forget the larger dealerships and wait on Laguna to find you a great deal on a newer vehicle. Why over pay if you don't have to?

Can't speak for Darshan (the business owner) but Terry (salesman) was extremely rude and condescending when I went to their previous dealership, now defunct "PCH Auto Sports." The specific car I went to inspect had scratches, cracked bumpers, and dents, but suspiciously had a clean carfax. That's fine, many people fix their cars through small parties, but Terry didn't have to lie to my face. I was contacted through Yelp from the unfortunate lady that purchased that same car a year later saying it had tons of mechanical problems. Just be wary when purchasing a vehicle through an unofficial, non-branded dealership like here. I personally feel safer buying private party and just paying for a professional and thorough pre-purchase inspection. In the end, I bought a better car elsewhere.

I have been trying to get into my dream car for a long time, I didn't think it was possible because my credit wasn't the best.. But Laguna Motor's helped me finance my car and get me into my dream car for very low monthly payments! I am blown away by the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere of the establishment! I ve had an exceptionally great experience working with Sebastian at Laguna Motors. He was so attentive, answered all my questions and I never felt like I was getting manipulated into anything which from previous experiences unfortunately has been the case at other dealers. I appreciate the transparency, efficiency and the effort to go above and beyond expectations. I would totally recommend checking out their inventory if you are in the market for a new car.

I had a good experience at Laguna Motors, the staff are friendly and helpful even though the online scheduling system was having issues. I would have given 5 stars but my salesman said I would get the premium vehicle warranty for 6 months and the lady assisting him with the paperwork put it in as the basic warranty for 12 months. It was a simple mistake and not a huge issue for me since it was offered free of charge and I was already planning on getting the mfg's extended warranty.

This is a five star dealership. No doubt I ve always got all my car is from this dealership. Absolutely amazing the whole team how they treat you the customer service is unbelievable can t be more happy with my new car I m in love thank you so much Laguna Motors hands down the best

Would DEFINITELY make sure there is a physical title present when buying a vehical from here. Had bought a vehical almost a year ago and still haven't received a title due to a huge lein on it from previous owner. Have been led on for the entire year with " I'm working on it , it's out of my hands ". Point is , before you confirm the good deal on the awesome car your getting make sure all the facts are there and right and not falsified.

What can I say about Laguna Motors, they have helped me and my family out so many times. Darshan has gone above and beyond to make sure any issues are taken care of accordingly. Laguna has been able to get my wife, sister, brother, daughter and family friends financed. Thank you Laguna Motors for taking care of me, my family & friends. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I could not be more ecstatic to write this review! After trying and wasting my time trying to buy a car with the big box dealers, I looked for a local used car company and found Laguna Motors. They were just a few miles from home. I submitted an application online for a car that I liked and even though it was Sunday they got back to me with my pre-approval terms right away. I was a little skeptical because of the terrible experience I had the day prior with a dealership that wasted my entire day; but Darshan and his team eased my anxiety completely and told me exactly what to bring down to the office to get things completed. I even ended up purchasing a different car than I originally requested online and the process to initiate the contract and drive away took me less than an hour. Darshan and Sabastian were so easy to work with and extremely efficient! I am definitely recommending them to my friends and neighbors who are looking to get into a new vehicle.

LET ME FIRSTLY START OFF WITH THIS , Darshan the owner of Laguna Motors has been nothing but an absolute PLEASURE to work with ! Never have I been to a more accommodating dealership than this one !!! I recently purchased a BMW through this dealer and let me tell you , they are THE BEST! they made the impossible, POSSIBLE and the entire experience was filled with ease. I noticed a few things on the car that needed a bit of work and with absolutely no hesitation Darshan was willing to get it fixed and reimburse me for the costs . He is a man of his word and truly an honor to deal with !I couldn t be happier with my new car !!! Thank you so much for everything!!!! I can t wait to refer you to all of my friends and family who need a new car!!! I ll be sending them all your way!!! You truly deserve it !

I can t say enough about our fantastic experience with Laguna Motors! Such a fast, easy and pleasant process. This is the new way of buying cars, I 100% recommend! Anyone who has bought a car in their lifetime knows it can be a grueling process that takes forever...not here, Darshan the owner has a great inventory and cares about his customers. If you see a car you like do not hesitate they go fast! We will recommend to everyone we know and will now only do business with Laguna Motors.

I purchase car from Laguna Motors in December of 2021. Happy about it after 2 months car engine broke and try to claim it on Warranty that part of the contract which is a third party (not them) and it was denied and cant do anything about it to fixed it with my own expense. Try to report on Department of Insurance and they told me to do small claims on it which is not guaranteed and it will take forever. Be aware of your contract and warranty you gonna sign in, didn't realized that i purchase on as-is basis since warranty is part of the contract, it will not guarantee to covered the car breakdown, Also wrong spelling on my registration name and i have to fix it on my own again and haven't received my Title (pink slip) as of today.

Laguna Motors is the best place to buy a car. I highly, highly recommend. I tell all my friends about this place.When I was looking to buy a used car I wanted to buy privately because I didn t want to deal with car salesmen, dealerships, or the possibility of getting a lemon. Buying from Laguna Motors took all those fears away. It was super easy. I didn t feel pressured AT ALL. The experience blew me away. Buying was fast and painless. My car is great! Darshan kept in contact with me to make sure I didn t have any problems, plus my car came with a warranty.I recommend buying from Laguna Motors to all my friends. And if I ever need another used car, I will buy from Laguna Motors again.

Megan and Darshan were outstanding. Easy to work and accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free an easy. They had a few things done to the car light an oil change, tires and alignment when I asked, in order to get the deal done. I would definitely buy from them again!

I had the best experience buying my car at Laguna Motors. I had been checking their website for a while, I love their inventory and every week the add different cars.My fiance bought a car there and he couldn't stop talking about it and how friendly they all were. So a few months later I bought my car there too. The best thing is that they were honest and didn't pushed me to make a decision right away, in fact, they told me to drive other cars to compare so I could be sure what I wanted. At the end they helped me make a decision, I knew I could trust them, plus they know what they are talking about.Once in a while a still check their inventory just for fun to see what cars they have. I'm really happy with my Lexus SUV, all my family are jealous of me having that car.

I came to Laguna Motors in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for an arrival of a new baby. I wanted something I could afford and could pay out of pocket. I ended up getting a Mercedes C class for 6 grand, I loved it so much and I was happy. But then obviously, Mercedes are very expensive maintenance wise.. and Darshan was so very helpful and understanding when I let him know I wouldn t be able to maintain the vehicle (And he did offer to repair all issues!) and allowed me to exchange it. I then got a 2013 Honda Civic that I absolutely love. It had miles to suit my needs and easy, affordable maintenance! He was very kind in to let me finance a couple grand to pay off the vehicle! I really recommend Laguna Motors. If you re looking for a private lot with few variety of vehicles with good prices.. Laguna Motors all the way. Another plus about buying a vehicle from Laguna Motors, you get warranty on the vehicle if you ever experience maintenance issues or even flats! Which other used dealerships I went to did NOT have this!! And the salesman was Darshan s father-in-law, excuse me for forgetting his name, but he was very helpful with getting me to test drive the first time I came. And then Darshan s father who helped me to test drive the Honda Civic and was way too friendly to me, I appreciate it!

Laguna Motors is the BEST pre-owned dealership I've ever worked with. They make car buying easy!We first went to Laguna Motors to test drive and see a certain car we were looking for. Upon test drivIng that vehicle, we decided that it wasn't what we were looking for. Instead of pressuring us and trying to convince us to buy it, they suggested another vehicle, an Audi A4, which we ended up purchasing.About a week into driving the vehicle, we encountered a problem with the vehicle that needed major work to repair...at first we were stressed out, felt taken advantage of, and very frustrated. Most dealerships would have just put that responsibility on us to repair, but not Laguna Motors!! They told us to bring our vehicle to their mechanic and it would be taken care of. WHAT?!?! Totally unheard of!! But YES...you read correctly! They covered the cost of our repair, offered to pay for a rental, and even covered our first payment! A week later...I got my A4 back and it drives like a brand new vehicle!!If you're looking for a vehicle...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Laguna Motors. They stand by their vehicles and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Our son will be driving soon...and you know I will be going back to Laguna Motors for his first car!!

Wasted my time telling me that I m able to take the bmw for a pre purchase inspection, said he would let me know if the car sells before then. Got to the dealership at 11 (11 is when they open) then he tells me they open at 12, we go all the way to Irvine and go back. Then tells me his boss says I m able to take the car at 1:00. We get there at 1:00 and they said the car was sold. The receptionist seemed amused on how I got there when the car was sold. Horrible customer service, would recommend not buying from here and saving yourself a headache.
