Great experience! My service advisor, James Gonzalez took care of me upon my arrival. He acted friendly and very professional. My car was ready sooner than expected, including a nice car wash.Thank you !

I could go on for hours about the excellent service that I received at Genesis Laguna Niguel. I drove down from Los Angeles to get a new vehicle (which I highly recommend) and I was blown away by the level of top-notch service that this team provided.I had the pleasure of working with the most amazing trio made up of Aaron Vegas (sales) , Juan (management) and Steve (finance).Aaron was my first point of contact and not only was he extremely responsive to my emails but he was direct and completely eased my car buying stress. Juan reached out almost immediately, just to check in and see what he could do to help me. Last but not least was my meeting with Steve in finance. I have to admit I was extremely apprehensive about the finance process after previous dealers wowed me with their sales team and let me down last minute with financing shenanigans.BUT MY experience with Steve at Genesis, Laguna was the complete opposite. I was floored by how simple and upfront he was during the last steps of the financing paperwork. When he was done talking, he explained everything so well I kept saying that was way too easy. There has to be some of their catch or something I m missing, and the team was happy to hand me the keys and say that was it and congratulations on your new car.After I did a happy dance, the detailed walk-through we did on understanding my new car that I received from Aaron V. was just beyond attentive. I felt like the only customer there but trust me it was busy. I can just go on and on about how Aaron on the sales team really held my hand through every step of the way and truly made me feel like the most important client. I have to mention his dedication is beyond spectacular and I heard he is like that with every client. Special mention: I spoke to Aaron the day before I drove down to Laguna and just to make sure that I had continuity in the process he came in on his day off to greet me the next morning - I mean where else can you find this level of dedicated service!! As I took my time asking questions and going over every line in the paperwork he sat there patiently and was so happy to explain things. I just could seriously go on and on about this team and how wonderful they were in helping me. I am so happy with my new vehicle and would not recommend everyone drive down to meet with this team!! I highly recommend that anyone that is in the car marketgo down and spend time with this team because will make your vehicle buying process a dream! You will not regret it!! Thank you to the Laguna Niguel team for being the absolute best! I hope everyone comes to you and leaves as happy as I did! I cannot thank you enough I would send every friend I have looking for a vehicle to you guys!! So I hope anyone that reads this review comes to you guys because they will receive absolutely supreme service and leave beyond satisfied!

I'm not one of those reviewers who leaves reviews about every business I visit. For better or worse, I tend to only share my truly exceptional experiences, both good and bad. The fact that I'm giving a car dealership five starts is a genuine testament to how satisfied and happy I am with my experience.I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Genesis from Genesis of Laguna Niguel over the weekend. In the two weeks or so leading up to the purchase I exchanged emails with Arash and Carl. They were extremely responsive and helpful. We found the car I wanted with the right options and in the right color. The got the car delivered from the port and we worked out the pricing. Again, all this was done over email. They kept me updated on the process of getting the car from the port to their lot and as soon as they had it we confirmed an appointment. I arrived the day of my appointment and it took mere minutes to sign the paperwork, all of which matched everything we'd agreed to via email.The entire process was so easy. I can't express just how happy I am and how thrilled I am to have a new Genesis in the garage. I will definitely be back when my wife is ready for her next vehicle.Bottom line: Genesis of Laguna Niguel earned all five stars ... probably more and I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the market for a car!

I have never had an easier or more pleasant experience buying a car! Chris and Carl were so easy to work with. They heard what I was looking for and found a perfect fit on their lot for me. It was hassle free and I m so happy with my new car! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going back!

Excellent experience again at Genesis of Laguna Niguel! Second vehicle purchased here. Vince Fiero really knows his product, was no pressure and listened to what I was saying. Came to terms on both purchase and trade-in quickly. Steve in Finance was straightforward and very informative. Lots of paperwork which can t be helped but the process was efficient. Highly recommend!

My only issue is the inconsistent information I get as to the appropriate schedule for maintenance. The app says it s 5000 miles. Notification appeared on my screen indicating 6000 miles, Scott Davis whom I trust sets it 8000 miles, a sticker was placed on my windshield saying that my next service was in late September.

I have owned Mercedes for the past several years. I ve been very pleased with the GV80 that I purchased and even more pleased by my first experience with the Service Department in Laguna Niguel. My Service Rep, James Gonzalez was particularly helpful and professional. he listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The rental car experience, while my GV 80 was in service, was smooth and with no waiting at the time of pick up and return. in summary, my first service experience with Genisis Laguna Niguel rates five stars!

Out of the way location but very low key shopping experience. Chris took great care of us. Showed us a good selection of cars and knew his product very well to point out the differences. No pressure experience. We ll be back when we are ready to buy.

Went there for service on my G70 and coming from another dealer in the area who I purchased the vehicle from, my experience was way better. I will stick with them for future services. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. My service concierge Danny was awesome and very polite. Great job guys, keep it up!

Daniel Martinez in the service department is outstanding, he s honest, very respectful, responsive and proactively keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle. Probably the best service representative I ve worked with in over 40 years of having all brands of cars.

Courteous and helpful service adviser. Their "protocol" for ordering a simple replacement part is quite onerous and time consuming. However, they did listen to reason and got me the part while I was there so I didn't have to make another visit. They also washed my car and provided the same model as a loaner. Very happy.

Had my Genesis G80 serviced for regular maintenance. Made an appointment beforehand (recommended). Received prompt service and waited in the lobby. Car was done quicker than expected, cleaned and waiting for me outside. My service advisor was great.

Genesis of Laguna Niguel made my first visit to the dealership service area a very pleasant experience. Jose the service advisor was professional and courteous including being very thorough with my vehicle s condition. He showed me around the waiting room and all the amenities available. Vehicle was done in less than an hour. Great service!

Service Advisor James Gonzalez was so professional over the phone explaining what services were done and what part was ordered. I visited two other dealerships and they weren t able to find what the problem is on my bluelink and navigation. James found this out so quickly and even ordered the part. Whole experience from getting loaner car to picking up my car, was so smooth. Reps at the pick up desk was very helpful and professional as well. I will visit here again and will choose this dealership for my next car for sure. Thank you for resolving long delayed problem I ve been agonizing to solve with other hyundai dealerships.

Wonderful experience! We re so grateful for coming to this dealership. We ended up getting a Genesis Gv80. Everyone was so accommodating and made the car buying process fun, exciting and easy. No pressure at all either, which we loved. We went to other dealerships and they weren t as warm and felt more corporate. So we will continue to buy from them in the future!

Have used Genesis of Laguna Niguel for service on my G80 since 2021. I know they changed the name and it s under new ownership. Experience has always been great, including a recent oil/filter change. Will continue to bring the car in for recommended/scheduled service.

I got my Genesis G70 from a nearby dealer but was having difficulty with customer service at that location so instead I started going to Genesis Laguna Niguel for my car. I ve always been treated with respect and they always give me all the time in the world. Thanks Danny in the service department for always taking care of car!

The service department is exceptional. I've never particularly cared for dealing with car service or repairs, but on the rare occasion that my car requires attention Danny and the crew at Laguna Niguel Genesis certainly make the experience more tolerable.

When I showed up at my appointment time there was a serviceman ready to help me out and assist with getting my car checked in and I was immediately shown my loaner car which was a beautiful brand new G80 with all the upgrades. When I returned I was very pleased to see a washed car that I had serviced for warranty work. The service man was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. Could have not asked for a better experience

This review is for the excellent experience I had with Chris Poole while investigating and test driving cars. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line of both Genesis and Hyundai cars and was able to provide a lot of background information, which was highly impressive to me. He took the time to ask questions such as my price range and why I was leaning more towards a SUV than a sedan, was I looking for electric versus hybrid, what type of driving I typically do, then he made some suggestions based on my responses that I might not have considered otherwise.I truly appreciate that he was not engaging in high-pressure sales tactics, was very engaging, and yet professional. I didn t actually get a car today because after driving the same car for 18 years, I want to be sure I absolutely love the next one I get. However, due to my overall experience with Chris and the impressive cars I drove, any other dealership now has a very high bar to meet!

I had a great experience purchasing a Genesis at Genesis of Laguna Niguel. I worked with Scott Scarletti; a very nice young man. Scott was a no pressure, respectful associate. He was very helpful and patient and while I did visit other Genesis and non Genesis dealerships, once I settled on what car I wanted I chose to come back to Laguna Niguel and work with Scott. He even came in on his day off to meet me and help me complete the process. He also went the extra mile and followed me to Carmax so I could trade in my current car. I wasn t looking forward to the whole car purchasing experience but Scott made it about as good as it could be. Thank you Scott and Genesis of Laguna Niguel!

I always look forward to taking my GV70 in for service. Danny and the rest of the guys there always have smiling faces and are always pleasant. The loaners are in great condition and my car is returned nice and clean.

I went to Genesis of Laguna Nigel to test drive a G70. Honestly, I was kind of dreading the experience because I've had some bad experiences at dealerships in the past. While looking around, a salesman walked up and introduced himself. I explained that I was only there to test drive the G70. He asked me some questions about why I had selected that car, then took me into the showroom so I could sit with him and review the car. Of course, being the curious person I am, I started looking at a couple of the cars in the showroom, so he asked more questions about what I liked about the ones I was looking at, what I didn't like, and made some suggestions based on my responses about other cars I hadn't even considered.I got my test drives, a lot of information, no high pressure sales tactics, and had a terrific experience, even though I didn't leave with a car, only because I need to decide which one to get. Because of my experience with Chris Poole, I am looking forward to working with him once I make my decision. Go see Chris for a terrific experience - you won't be disappointed!

I have very good experience with Genesis Laguna Niguel is the best place to have a service and to buy a car from them. They re very nice and helpful. I tried another Genesis but they re very rude and they don t care. I really happy to have my service at Laguna Niguel, thank you thank you Danyal because he s the one who served me every time he s so sweet boy thank you

James, my service advisor was terrific. My car was in for a 20k service following several poor service experiences at a nearby dealership. That dealership srtvice dept had excuse after excuse for why they couldn't or wouldn't perform basic service repairs, all covered by warranty. Further, their dealership management would not assist. A disappointing Genesis experience. At Laguna Niguel, James was patient and took care of everything on the lust and even corrected items I didn't realize were not functioning properly. James kept me up-to-date on the repairs and the timing fo completing the service. Thanks for exceeding what I hoped would be a quality Genesis experience.

I just wanted to thank Adam Partridge for his time today. I went in and let him know that I have another deal pending through Carvana. Adam was very pleasant and spent his time with me to discuss that this was going to be a back up plan. He didn t feel it necessary to take a test drive. However, I would ve really loved to have that option in a different vehicle other than a 2022 that I was already looking to purchase. There was a 2020 vehicle on his property that I really thought could be an option. I do understand that I don t want to waste anybody s time but if anything happens with my current plan, I would look forward to having a back up plan , Thank you Adam for your time today.

Great experience of buying new vehicles, staffs and GM(Q) was amazing. I had BMW,M-B and Lexus before.GV80 is Top Quality built vehicle, so much more for much less money.Breaking 200 miles now, Auto pilot works well on freeway.I made very good choice!
