Have to give shout out to Aaron the manager. Saved me about $1500 because the dealers wanted to replace the EGR valve on my 2016 Sprinter when all it needed was a simple servicing. My husband and I just bought a sprinter. I needed to find a good sprinter mechanic. We were referred to elite sprinter repair by a friend. So glad we found them. Please save your wallet and do not bring your sprinter In for repair. Aaron is a top class con artist and the sprinter tech is completely clueless.I had a bill of close to 6K which I found out should ve been less than $1000 when I took it to a certified Mercedes-Benz sprinter dealership and repair.

I have used this shop two times in the past. I called to set up a diagnostic service with Aaron and he basically said "if you don't let us do the repair where we can make some money off the job, we have no interest in having you as a customer. We have no time to diagnose a job if you take the money maker part of the job away." So much for have a return customer for many years. Your loss as a business. So I well Never go here again. Speaking like that was unacceptable.

Aaron, Mike and their mechanics are awesome! Aaron addressed all our Winnebago View (Mercedes Sprinter 3500 HD chassis) concerns and performed the Mercedes recommended Service A and transmission + torque converter flush for MUCH less than our Mercedes dealer charges.While doing their detailed inspection, they also found our Mercedes turbo diesel air seal was cracked (a well known issue) which saved us from a future unexpected Limp Mode (15 mph max.) trip or EXPEN$IVE tow to a Sprinter repair shop... not something we d want on our upcoming RV road trip. They also lubricated and retirees our Hellwig sway bar so it doesn t clunk & squeak too.Thanks Aaron! You re the best !!!

I have had them Perform pre-purchase inspections on 2 different Sprinters. They saved me from buying one that looked good, with a 60k motor and newly rebuilt transmission but would have needed additional repairs that would have exceeded $5K. Aaron is good representative for the company.

Mike and Aaron are great. Mike's the owner and Aaron really knows the sprinters. They are honest and not looking to rip you off on unnecessary fixes. I had to take my sprinter in for an unscheduled service and they were able to accommodate me and had me out of there in a reasonable time. I recommend this place for all sprinter owners. FYI, they don't just service sprinters. The one ding for me is that there was no wifi access in the waiting area.

This place is highly recommend, super clean and professional. I own a 2006 Sprinter for my business for many years and to find a team that really understand this vehicle is super hard. Well from having a front desk that clearly keep me update with my vehicle and having a tech guy that is highly skilled with this product I cant I ask for more.. Thank you Elite for keeping me going on the road..

I had such a wonderful experience with Elite Sprinter Repair. My sprinter had an issue in the middle of a delivery across country and Elite Sprinter Repair was able to get me back and running so quickly! Increadibaly fast service! Tom was so wonderful to work with! Would highly recommend!!!

They know sprinters. I took my van to other shops and they said they knew sprinter vans. Not. This place saved my transmission. They know there sprinters and have all parts in stock or can get them fast. Tasked them with a repair of 04 Sprinter, they charged me $980.00 for repairs they said fixed most of the problem, told me to take to Mercedes of Laguna Niguel for a new "control module" left it there for 10days. They installed $1700.00 in parts and more than 10 hours labor. Then I told them to take all the parts off, re install old ones and took it to German Auto of Escondido, who fixed it in 45 minutes and $170.00
