9/26 Ordered 4 new tires, were installed 9/28 including balance warranty. 10/10 one tire is flat, one foreign is found very similar to the weight they glue to the Rim, Same day I have found 4 lose weights on my garage floor. Costco accepts to replace the tire under warranty, it takes a week (13 days to receive a new tire). Cannot use my car, Costco ask $300 to put back previous wheels with old tires in mean time + argue when I drive a sport car I can pay for, I refused so I was on foot for 2 weeks. 10/23 they replace the flat tire. Went back three days later as 3 lose weights were again missing, to be added and glued back. Bad service, rude attitude, price might be low but i t is for low value.

After waiting a while to get my call answered, she tells me that I need to stop in. She can not give me any suggestions or price on the phone because prices can change daily! So I drove to Costco and talked to her in person.She was not helpful! Then I called the Costco on Crown Valley and they were able to me all the information I needed over the phone!

Costco always lies about tire warranty. I had 70k miles warranty but 30k miles 2 tires were already bad. They refused to give me warranty for replacement. I believe them but not anymore.

Went to buy a battery and brought in my old battery to get the $15 credit. I already knew the group number by checking online, so everything was quick and easy. $109 for a group 24 battery was a good price.

I purchased tires online and had them delivered to the Heather ridge location. Once the tires were delivered I set up an appointment time online. I arrived and Richard checked me in. My appointment time was for 1:00 and my car was pulled into the installation Bay at 1:01. Professional, friendly, efficient and definitely a bargain.

I love coming to this tire center Tim Blyleven and Adam absolutely First Class People I was over there today and Tim to help me he carried the battery in and carried the new battery out to my Jeep , because I'm on the injured list , what else can I say. he is A great employee give that man a raise and give Adam a raise to you guys are Costco should be proud to have these guys working for you they truly care about the customer they are great employees .

went here to install new tires. waited forever. came out with tire pressure sensor light. didnt think much of it and thought it would go away but it did not after 3 weeks. went to another tire center to have it check out and they charge me 200 dollars because the sensor was damaged and they have to replace it. Not happy!!!!!

I bought a new Costco membership today, and as my very first interaction, I was informed by the Tire Center that my 2002 Camry legally required expensive "class V" tires, and they could not put any other kind on my car. They also told me that I had badly messed up alignment that was going to void my warranty on the new tires if I didn't get it fixed immediately, but they would of course give me a business card of somewhere to go. Before making a purchase I called a mechanic friend of mine and quickly found out that I was being scammed, so I left and went to America's Tire Co, who immediately confirmed that I did not have an alignment problem and I did not require class V tires. I'm glad I didn't fall for it, but BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome nitrogen air compressor is much better than the regular air ones at typical gas stations. Just dial in the desired pressure, hook up the hose to a tire and wait a few seconds until the machine beeps. Unhook and hook up to next tire and wait for beep. Repeat until all tires are topped off.

I needed a car battery and knew which one, so didn't need assistance. Brought the battery to the counter and bought it. Employee let me know to bring my old battery back for my $15 recycling fee back.I waited for about 5 minutes on return for someone to come to the counter, but I didn't holler or anything because I wasn't in a rush.Old battery was in terrible shape, and I brought it back in in a cardboard box. They didn't seem surprised and gave me $15 cash for it (with original paperwork from the new battery purchase).

It may be the economic downturn, or it may be too busy due to Thanksgiving, the customer service person is not patient in answering my questions. I hope I won't have to deal with them again for a few years.

Tire department never answers phone. Ordered over $1,000 of tires from Costco Website that were delivered to tire dept in Laguna Niguel Heather Ridge Road four days ago. Tire department never called me (as website says will happen) to schedule appointment. Guess I have to drive over to schedule appointment, then will have to drive back for install. Should have gone to America's Tires.

Nice people, but I was told 1-2 hours. Almost 4 hours later I m still sitting on the red plastic bench. Severely understaffed here.

We have been buying tires for all our cars from Costco for years! Their prices are competitive. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable and their service is great!

Friendly and helpful.A bit of up-selling attempted when there was a suspected rim leak, they told me it was likely a problem with the wheels, not the tires. Not 5 minutes later did they tell me they were running a sale on wheels.

Great service and personnel. Only complaint is the long wait in line. But if they had extra people it would likely cost more. Overall it gets an A minus. I am happy.
