It was easy to purchase my tires online and make an appointment to get them installed quite quickly. The staff was very friendly, and the online purchase allowed me to get tires that they didn't have in stock delivered directly to the store. They practice covid safety measures, and kept my car clean on the inside. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They also have a tire inflation center in the parking lot, that does nitrogen inflation.Edit: losing a star. I made an appointment for tire rotation. I arrived almost 20 minutes early, but waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and my car still hasn't been touched.

Alwyn and the head of the department were fantastic, especially considering it was December 24 and they were slammed. They exchanged my tires which were still under warranty and installed them. All the while they were pleasant and upbeat. It was great service from friendly people. Good job

The only one who doesn t make mistakes is the one who doesn t work so did Costco tire center order a wrong tire for me. I m giving them 5 star because of manager s professionalism and attitude on resolving the problem. He took full responsibility and him and his team tried their best to resolve the problem. I will come back to this tire center next time.

This is the Costco close to my home so I got here a lot. The Tire Center people are very friendly and helpful. This week my car's battery died so I came here to buy a new one. But the old battery's connection was quite difficult to loose. Mike, at the Tire Center, not only provided great help to lend me the right toolbox, but also got his hands dirty to help me loose those rusted nuts and brushed the connections. The battery change got to be done very professionally with Mike's warm help! I couldn't express enough appreciation to it! From all my experience with this Tire Center and people here, I would strongly recommend it to my friends and neighbors!!

Unhelpful shop! Got a flat, and was barely able to get the car to Costco s Tire Center. They didn t have the tire I needed in shop and refused to help us put a spare tire on. We tried to do it ourselves but the Lug Nuts were on too tight for our tire iron. Was told to move the car from their shop and that the earliest they could help us out was days. We weren t in a good position to move, and was forced to drive the car into its rims due to the lack of their help. It s sad when the tire shop is so understaffed that we can t get assistance when needed. Had to call AAA and go to Tucker tire a block away. Costco has lost my tire business forever. I m surprised how poorly we were treated as we have to pay to be Costco members. Thanks for nothing Costco tire center.

In the past I had an ok experience with this tire center. They were always running behind but they always got it done in a friendly manner and did everything they could to speed it up.I purchased a set of Michelin Primacy MXV4's for my 97 328i around 4 years ago. Last summer the two rear tires dry rotted and one had a bulge so the Orem, UT tire center replaced them under warranty no problem. They were very concerned about the safety of the tires and wanted them replaced asap.This summer, my car came back to California and I noticed my two front tires started getting severe dry rot as well. I set up an appointment to get them inspected. The guy at the counter said his manager would have to look at them. Okay. His manager went out and looked and said that the dry rot wasn't enough to be a hazard and that my front left tire had irregular wear-something not covered under warranty. I explained to him that I get my alignment checked every 6 months and realigned every year. They refused to admit that the tire could be at fault and wouldn't honor their warranty on either tire.Took my car over to JFC express tire (great place to buy tires and great prices!) and Kevin inspected the tires free of charge and said the dry rot is severe enough that it should be covered and replaced as soon as possible, and that irregular wear isn't always because of alignment.I then had my father go and talk to the Costco tire center and explain to them that they were not honoring their warranty and that the tires we paid for were expensive and should be replaced because of how quickly they failed. They were extremely rude and total jerks to him, and refused to do anything about it.Needless to say, never again am I purchasing tires from these idiots. And definitely not buying Michelin tires again. Going to buy from JFC from now on.Don't buy your tires from here if you expect them to honor the "warranty".

Would not honor warranty claim for excessive wear. Tires were evenly worn and only had 15k miles. Will not return for our next set of tires.

I was so disappointed in the waiting time, 3 1/2 hours. I was told that I should have made an appointment; hard to do when there is a nail on the tire. Thank you to the gentleman that removed the nail and repaired the tire (older bilingual man).

Very helpful tire place that work to give me the best price and the best tires for my SUV. I just wish that they had tire alignment as well, but there is an excellent tire alignment place near this particular Costco. I highly recommend this tire place.

MISOGYNIST MECHANIC. Got a great deal on the tire after a sudden flat. Took the truck i drive and handed the mechanic the keys only for him to tell me that it s not a truck for girls . I corrected him and he insisted that this was not a truck for me, despite it being in my family for 25 years. Not to mention i am an adult woman not a girl hopefully this was an isolated incident but i deal with misogyny daily, i don t need it from my mechanic.

even with an appt, expect to wait about an hour for a tire rotation. they get backed up every day at every time.
