Great customer service! We brought our car in for repairs recently and we were very impressed with the way we were treated. The staff was professional and friendly. Danny did excellent work. Stephanie went above & beyond and kept us informed with updates. We were pleasantly surprised that our car was done earlier than promised, and it looks great! We couldn t be happier, definitely recommend this location

Extremely satisfied with my service at Caliber Collision and Alan. My car was completed well ahead of the estimated date, Alan kept me updated along the process and my car looks exactly as it had prior to my accident. I hope I don t need another collision repair anytime soon, but if I do, I know I will come back to Caliber Laguna Niguel and I will definitely recommend to others! Thank You!

I had my car repaired here earlier this year. But I kept getting a "low washer fluid" warning. Since they had worked on that part of my car I brought it back in. What they found was that something (rat?) had chewed on the small black tubing. They replaced the tubing at no cost and even washed my car. Great service, great people. Big thanks to Brian (Manager) and his crew for making this so easy.

Vehicle was towed here and held indoors multiple days during a rainstorm to prevent further leaking. Inspected and recommended to different mechanic they believed would better be able to serve us due to the nature of the damages. They moved the vehicle to the recommended mechanic and performed multiple other services (that many other mechanics might charge for) for free. We dealt primarily with Brian, and despite the car sitting in his shop several days, he was professional, kind and generous with us and applied no pressure while we figured out our issues with the insurance company. Highly recommended, great experience with Brian and his shop during a difficult experience.

Stephanie and everyone are amazing at what they do. Stephanie is so nice and sweet she helped me so much I really appreciate that! The body work at this shop is good, but if you are assigned to Stephanie as your point of contact switch or take your business elsewhere! Over the course of my 2+ week repair, she only called me once (at the end when my car was ready) & routinely (3x) failed to call me back when she told me she would. I had to call her each time I wanted an update on my vehicle, and twice she answered my phone call to tell me she was too busy to talk to me, asked if she could call me back in 15 minutes or in an hour , and never did. At one point, I considered driving down to the repair shop to get an update on my vehicle because I felt that would have been more productive than playing the phone call game with Stephanie. In short, I had an unprofessional and unacceptable customer service experience. The body work is high quality.

Caliber Collision Laguna Niguel is the best! They did a great job on fixing my vehicle, unfortunately my vehicle was sideswiped on the left side and caliber made it a super easy process and always kept me updated. Would definitely recommend coming to this shop to get repairs done!

Caliber Collision has always provided top notch Auto Body Repair, along with customer service, that always exceeds our expectations. Super friendly staff upbeat carrying. Very clean interior well organized offers coffee water and popcorn to the guest. And are very courteous if you have no ride home they will offer you a ride. I trust caliber collision overall due to my experiences going through with calibers repair shop! Always freshly cleaned the cars made it seem like it has a new wax never had a problem nor had to take my car back to the shop for potential mistakes. Would highly recommend caliber collision to anyone out there looking for a repair shop You won't regret it!

I took my car here to get fixed after an accident and I couldn t be more happy with the service they provided . Brian was the one that helped me out and I was very happy with the way he explained everything and how nice he was. I definitely recommend coming here for any repairs.

I recently had an unfortunate incident on the fwy resulting in a smashed windshield but thanks to Caliber Collision my car is brand new again! If you're ever in the need too I highly recommend you go there for repairs! LD

Danny and Stephanie at Caliber Collision in Laguna Niguel went above and beyond for me, they saved me enormous amounts of stress and time and went completely out of their way for me when they truly did not have to. They showed compassion and care in times it seems of short supply, I m deeply grateful for their care and service on my behalf. I cannot recommend their expertise enough.

Alan and Brian were exceptional. Not to mention the communication from the shop overall was exceptional daily updates, efficient and friendly, and delivered my car well in front of the estimate! Not to mention that when I receive my car, the detail to attention was exceptional it looked like a brand new car!Highly recommend the shop!!

I took my truck here today to get a quote for my insurance. The guy with dark long hair didn t even want to help me. Basically told me to go somewhere else as if he couldn t be bothered. Making me waste time. I suggest calling ahead to see if they will even want to help you.

In the past 30 years, unfortunately, I ve had to go to body shops for my cars. Caliber collision experience was 100%. They even took the keys to my rental and returned it to enterprise. I was upset initially that I was hit, however caliber collision actually made pain-free.

Provided detailed estimate of the work. Showed all the steps how the work progressed. Took care of additional work which were not covered in the original estimate or inspection. After being hit by another driver, our Insurance company put us in touch with Caliber Collison. They were fantastic to work with, and Stephanie was our point of contact. We had a tight turn around on the repairs due to leaving on a vacation soon after the accident. She made sure everything was completed on time, and was a pleasure to work it!
