Today I had a service appointment in Your 2023 XT6 is reserved for service on Nov 28, 2023 9:00:00 AM at Cadillac of Laguna Niguel/Laguna Niguel GMC.But when I arrived and started explaining the problem to Steve pacheco. He brazenly told me that go to where you previously serviced the car, we will not help you here in a rude tone. I have not yet met such a service that is not respectful. They refused me the service. Honestly, it was disgusting to look at him after that.
