I had a great experience with Tom and the guys here at Auto & Sprinter Repair. I brought my vehicle to three different places for estimates on getting my suspension replaced, water pump changed out and a number of other standard maintenance repairs. It was a big job and I wanted it done right. Tom took the time to personally walk me through each repair and each set of options in regards to parts and components. I went with Auto Sprinter Repair not only because they offered the fairest price but I also felt I could trust their work and integrity much more than the other shops I checked with in the area. The other Auto Sprinter places seemed a bit shady. They completed my big job in a very timely manner and Jackie in the front office stayed in close communication with me as soon as everything was complete. The waiting room in the front office is clean and comfortable. Its air conditioned, has a big TV, Wi-Fi and a computer with Internet access if you need to hang out for a bit. These guys are great, they get the job done right... fast... and affordably!!! Thanks Tom! I will be back for sure!

Brought in my BMW and cousins Mazda at the same time to get a better deal earlier today. Honest, reliable, and fair. My warranty from Irvine BMW had expired. This is my new go to spot. I did my service with Tom he had all my fluids changed to keep the f10s turbo healthy. New brakes and year rotors :) Went out of their way to clear all my codes, even the ones that were not related. Good pricing and quick turn around time. Highly recommend. Solid owner operated small business.

My boyfriend has a Sprinter Mercedes Van. He contacted another place and they weren't very friendly. He found Auto Sprinter and spoke to Tom. He was very nice and knowledgeable, so is his staff. We trust them, they know their business very well. We will continue doing business there and we HIGHLY recommend them.

I m so glad I found this shop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I took my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 in with a list of problems to address. Tom knew exactly what to do. He also showed me some other things that weren t quite right, but there was no pressure to have them repaired. I was given an itemized list with prices (parts and labor) for each item, so I could decide whether or not to fix them. They also gave me a military discount! If you re in OC, CA, I highly recommend this shop.

Sweet place! Got my Mazda in for a minor issue. First time coming here and they really took care of me. Made me feel important and valued as if I was their customer for years. Now that's what I call service. Pricing was very competitive and you get what you pay for which is awesome quality and presentation. Very thorough with high standards for quality and value to the customer. It's the small little things that add up and make it a great experience. Have nothing but good vibes from this visit. I took my 2004 Sprinter over to Tom at Auto and Sprinter Repair because I had a recall forced for a T21 that was mandated via registration. After the dealer basically told me they could not help me because the Cluster I needed now after the recall repair work was done is no longer available anywhere...Tom came to the rescue. He took care of the Cluster issue and a few other issues related to my Sprinter. I can not recommend Tom and Auto Sprinter Repair enough. I will not go anywhere else.

Tom is one of those hard to find honest mechanics that treats everyone like family. His prices are extremely fair and he will have you in and out and back on the road quickly. We use Tom for all our vehicles and he always makes us feel like his #1 priority. Brought my 2003 S430 in for issues with vibrations and clanking sounds from underneath. Mechanic diagnosed correctly one cat converter was going bad, motor mounts worn out and another issue with my gas pedal not working right. I had forgotten about it and they still caught it. So long story short, the car came out running smoother than ever. Seems they adjusted my suspension as well after installing new tires. Couldn't be more pleased with the work and courteous updates while the car was being worked. Highly recommended. Hard to find honest mechanics who don't BS you and look out for your interest.

Tom, Tommy, and Jackie. Are truly the best of the best. Did you fleet work on our vehicles. Give us a fast turnaround time and keep us on the road. Honest appraisals, and we have literally never ever had to bring anything back to them. Quality work the first time done right by pros. Thankful for them and all their hard work

Tom and Tommy are both excellent mechanics with a sense of humor and humanity. They've been servicing / repairing by BMW and Audi for two years now.I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

I have an 05 sprinter and am regularly dealing w/new issues these days. I ve tried other shops in the area and travel all over the country...this one is BY FAR my favorite. If a problem isn t urgent, I will always plan my return to see these honest, accommodating, skilled sprinter superheroes. If only I could take them on the road w/me! Thanks Tom, Jackie, and the rest of the crew...y all rock!!!

We contract with Auto and Sprinter repair to do their clients automotive wraps. This is the one place we can confidently refer a client to whether it is a honda or an exotic. Hard to find mechanics that won't sell you what you don't need nowadays.

Windshield washer pump had gone out on my Sprinter. People are very courteous. Repair was done quickly. Price was very reasonable. I plan on being back.

Great auto shop, love the waiting area really comfortable. Love seeing all the sprinters in the front it makes me want to get one. Looking forward to coming back for the next service on my 4runner thanks guys.
