JD was very quick to respond to my inquiry and I was able to set up a mobile windshield repair for my daughter's car that was convenient for me. He was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. He fixed the rock chip quickly and it looks great. The cost was very reasonable based on other estimates I'd seen. He arrived on time with his cute puppy Oreo .The dime size chip had been repaired by JD in jig time. Excellent service, JD came out within a half an hour on a Sunday and fixed an almost unfixable crack on my windshield. He went above and beyond to not only fix our windshield but he also did an excellent job on our headlight restoration.

Contacted JD through Yelp and got back to me within minutes. He dropped by my place and took care of two windshield cracks in no time. One was like 8 inches form the top and now it's almost not visible. Fast, reliable and affordable. Can't say anything negative about him. All love, thanks for your help JD!

Great experience, I had a small chip in my windshield after a truck kicked up a rock on the freeway. I called a few other places that wanted a lot of money, and soon found 911 on google. I gave them a call and got a great quote. Only a few hours later, JD showed up at my house and fixed the chip. It looks like it was never there. I very much recommend this company and will defintively use them in the future.

I had an appointment at 4pm to replace a windshield. When I arrived I was immediately attended and my car was pulled into the shop before I sat in the waiting room. The work was quick and so far satisfactory. We'll see when I wash it????

I called 911 Windshield Repair today at 2:04pm, hoping to stop in and get two chips/cracks on my driver side windshield fixed sometime this week. I quickly got a call back from Anthony with a good quote for same day mobile. It is now 3:39pm and my windshield is fixed! Anthony was super friendly and had my windshield repaired in no time (literally less than 10 minutes once he arrived). Very professional and lifetime guarantee on the job. I hope to never get hit by debris on the freeway again, but I know who to call should it inevitably happen. Thanks 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement!

911 Windshield Repair was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The mobile service was convenient and quick and the owner/technician was transparent about his process. The repair also carries a warranty for the lifetime of the windshield. It was a very positive repair experience.

Incredible repair on a gnarly smash that was the result of a flying piece of metal-something on the 405 that went straight to my windshield-- it honestly just looks like the window has a little smudge now. Could not be happier with the outcome, the service, and just knowing these guys exist. Thank you SO much.

Luke is the best, I had a crack I was really worried about but he handled it like a true professional and got it covered for free under my insurance and gave me a lifetime warranty. Check them out they re cheaper than any other shops around also .

I called for a quote and they were competitive. Unfortunately for me the quote was $300 approx for a 15 year old car so I passed. No fault of this company.
