Rigo and Chris did the impossible and restored my 2007 Chevy Impala to a beautiful car that I am proud to drive. They were meticulous and thorough on the inside and even took out the grease on my backseat from my bicycle chain from the times when I've transported my bike to the beach for riding. They also cleaned all the rust from my rims and made them shine! Their kindness and service extended beyond what was expected.

Sometimes you realize you have hidden gems nearby that you wish you d have known about before This is one of those. If you re lucky enough to be in the area and are looking for a professional level detailing, and you want your beloved car in the best hands possible, look no further. Rigo is a highly recommendable, passionate, customer satisfaction driven professional detailer. I shopped around prior before making a stop at Xtreme Xcellence detailing, but once I did, I knew I didn t have to continue my research. As soon as Rigo starts talking to you about his work, his expertise jumps at you and a trusting relationship establishes itself right away. He s simply next level professional detailing. This is not your regular detailer. He won t rush the job, but take all the time needed to achieve the best results possible based on your needs. Thank you for making me love my car even more.

Rigo was able to work me in on a tight schedule and did a fantastic job detailing my car. He even went beyond our original scope to remove a stain that we hadn't planned to tackle. I'll be going back to him for all of my detailing needs in the future.

I took my restored 1966 Mustang GT to Rigo. He explained everything to me including cost and time. He detailed my car to perfection. Also his shop is immaculate. Very happy!

I did some research and several price comparisons in the process. I would say Rigo and his 2-3 man team do a very involved and experienced job with the work. I am very satisfied with the car I got back. Some minor communication issues and higher pricing for an otherwise solid option. One case of you get what you pay for, perhaps.I went in looking for a ceramic coating and tinting for a new car. I had to come in for a quote (couldn't get one over the phone), and was quoted $1200 for a bronze package that covered one-step paint correction, and windows and tires as well. Tinting front two windows was another $250. Price-wise, this was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I ran into people who wanted $1000-1100 for just the body, and people who would quote me $600-800 without seeing the car (so probably with no correction). Rigo was a straightforward fellow who knew what he was working with and the ability to express it.Communication was alright, but the strain from Rigo running a small operation shows here. He typically would only text once a day and needed memory jogging to keep a job straight. No issues with his and his team's work, but a little worrisome as a customer. Originally was promised the car after 3 days, but it turned into 6 days stretching over the weekend. This was a rainy weekend, and I'm not entirely sure if the car was left outside right after coating or garaged/shaded the entire time over the weekend.I went with bronze because I figure consistent maintenance beats out some 5-layer product. Followup yearly maintenance was recommended to me at $300 each visit, which is much higher than I was expecting, but maybe that is the 2024 inflation speaking.

Probably the best detail I have gotten on my car. Great price, great customer service and great results! The detailed it after they did a marvelous job with the wrap they installed.

I just purchased a new Porsche and was looking for a professional detailer to do a full detail with protection on my new vehicle. I did an extent research and went to numerous detailing business before making my final decision and having my new vehicle detailed at Extreme Xcellence Detailing by Rigo. Rigo took the time to teach me, explain to me , and most importantly answer all my questions in full detail on all the services that I had questions on. After seeing my new vehicle I was amazed and very impressed. The cost for their services shows in the quality of their work and you get what you pay for.

I just found out about this place today. I was able to get my car detailed this morning and the owner - Rigo was extremely helpful and took me in right away. He did the best job. This is hands down the best place to go for car detailing and I have been to a number of them. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this place - they are the best.

I can t begin to thank Xtreme Xcellence enough for the detail and road paint removal work that they completed on my car. The entire passenger side of my SUV was coved with road marking paint and Xtreme was able to remove the road paint including in the wheel well and on the plastic side trim where the damage was the worst. They also completed a detail that left my car looking like new, both inside and out. Hi highly recommend Extreme as they are locally owned, provide the highest level of customer service and the owner operates with integrity and honesty.

I had a great experience with Xtreme Xcellence. Rigo erased 15 years worth of scratches and swirls on my BMW's paint, to the point where it looks like new! I also enjoyed the professionalism demonstrated in his attention to detail throughout the process, as well as the follow-up to make sure I was happy with the result.

I love my 2007 Ford F-150. She and I have been on many great adventures and before I brought her to Rigo at Xtreme Xcellence, it showed. Swirls, scratches, fading from eight years of parking outside, rub marks from a cover and high winds, "desert pinstripes" - she had them all. In celebration of reaching 100K miles, I decided to get her the best protection I could find in hopes of reaching 200K in great condition. I had an excellent experience with Xtreme Xcellence and my Tesla last May, so I didn't hesitate to bring my truck to Rigo for exterior and interior detail, paint correction, and ceramic paint protection. I chose the Ceramic Pro Silver exterior package with interior protection as well (plastic, fabric). Rigo and his team inspected the truck and offered a fair price, with no pressure to do more.It was like a dream when I picked up my truck! She looked better than she did new! Beautiful, metallic depth in the blue paint, bright and shiny chrome, and lustrous, dark gray doorframes and bed frame. All of the swirling was gone. The rub marks from the cover were gone. The long scratches on the sides from who knows how many bushes and trees were gone. I couldn't believe the transformation and found myself continuing to stare and take pictures later that day at home and the next weekend when I took her up into the mountains.Rigo and the Xtreme Xcellence detailers are magicians. Moreover, though, it's such a pleasure to find a local small business that is so trustworthy and delivers at such high quality. Most of the time when you deal with a local business, you worry about them taking the time and care that you would, and doing as good of a job as you would want them to do. Not so with Xtreme Xcellence - I trust them completely to do their utmost best in caring for my cars and I am amazed at the results. Rigo and his team are professionals. Not only did they do an excellent job at cleaning and detailing my car, they found a way to make it work. Their facility has all the lights and gadgets needed to do everything your car needs.My wife drives a Tesla Model 3. healthcare worker who works long shifts for most of the week. Without knowing who I was, Rigo and his team found a way to make it work for us. I am extremely grateful for their generosity and attention to detail. It has been 6 months and the ceramic coating on the Tesla 3 still holds as it did on day 1.Mind you, the Tesla never sees the inside of a garage, is driven every single day from OC to LA, sits outside all night, and is only covered while parked at work (in a structure).the only maintenance we have done is hand washing it. With the Ceramic Coating, the car looks so clean that we hardly even wash it. probably not the best for the Ceramic coating but definitely saves up on time, money, and the eye sore of a dirty car because it stays and looks clean for such a long period of time.highly recommended.Product: Ceramic Pro 9HXtremeXcellence Package - Silver

Hey so I just move to here and left my car behind to get shipped here well my family I thought I could trust smoked inside my car. I tried a few things in my car myself that obviously didn t work at all. I almost ruined my fabric in my car but xtreme xcellence detailing was such a great help. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Easy drop off, I was treat so well here, where I moved from that s not normal. But the customer see was great as well as the service. My car is now clear of smoke smell and it s all thanks too xtreme xcellence. Thank you so much

I got my truck detailed on Oct 25, 2023 and i intentionally wanted to wait a while before posting. I bought a truck from CARMAX in Irvine and it was entirely polluted with a cigarette smoke smell. The Xtreme Xcellence Team told me he d have to extremely deep clean it but they d be able to get the smell out. Here i am almost two months later telling you the smell is still gone! It only took them one day to have finished and had I been available the evening of the day I turned the truck in, I would ve got it back that evening. The team did an incredible job and I highly recommend them! No more smoke smell!

I highly recommend Xtreme Xcellence and Rigo. I have a car that is difficult to care for. It has both clear coat and matte paint. I brought my concerns to Rigo. He walked me through the process and gave me several different options. I was very happy with the results and I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to him.

I can t believe how much of a difference these guys made in my truck this thing was impeccable when I received it & in such a small time frame I was in a really bad pinch & needed the truck clean asap & these guy went above & beyond to get this truck smelling like new & looking like new night & day difference A+++ in my book the have received a client for life

I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I met Rigo (founder, owner) when I was doing a consulting project about the auto detailing industry and from the moment I met him, I knew that he would be in my rolodex for referrals (and my own use!). His work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail are invaluable and not easy to find when you're looking to service a prized possession such as your vehicle.He performed and interior and exterior detail on my CLS450. He uses high grade, quality products such as Sonax in his work and it shows in the end result. My car looked better than it had ever since I bought it.I strongly recommend you all go to him for all your auto detailing needs! You will not be disappointed. It is not easy to find a local small business that is so trustworthy and delivers at such high quality -- I am so glad to have found them and I wish Rigo & team nothing but the best in their future filled with success & growth!Fun fact: he is teaching the next generation of auto detailers in the US and Puerto Rico! Xtreme Xcellence Detailing did an amazing job restoring our Sanger back to new. It's red gelcoat had faded over the years, but it looks brand new again! And Xtreme Xcellence Detailing even removed all of the accidental dock marks that had accumulated over the years. And the interior! Can say enough on how great it looks! After having highway paint splatter all over my car and carbon fiber, I didn t think anything could have been done to remove it. Rigo is old school and takes pride in his work. It definitely shows in the final product. My vehicle was new and simply needed an exterior detail and protectant. For my girlfriend's ride, he did the exterior and a complete steam clean and condition of the interior. The materials looked fantastic when he was done. Nice and clean, not wet and slick. Cheap joints often drench everything in Armor All, but Rigo takes the time to do it right with good products.I'd strongly consider anyone to go to him. I have a new-to-me 2008 Boxster and since I will have to park it mostly outside in the Southern California sun and the last time it rained in the area, I did not see any water beading on the soft top. I know it is imperative that I need to correct this if I were to avoid replacing an expensive OEM top. I contacted Rigo at Xtreme Xcellence and explained my situation. Rigo was courteous and professional. He asked me to bring my car to his shop and he would take care the top for me. I brought my car in at the appointed schedule, and Rigo washed and cleaned the top. He then treated it for waterproofing and UV protection. Afterwards the top looks so much better and I feel less stressed to leave my car outside. Once I sorted out all the mechanical fixings that I need for my car, I will definitely go back to have Rigo detailed my car, like color correction, etc. Thanks, Rigo!

I highly recommend Rigo for his great detailed work on my 2006 Trailblazer Super Sport. He literally brought it back to life, and saved me tons of money avoiding repainting it. Amazing is the best word I could use to describe the difference Rigo made in my car. It looks even better than when I brought it home from the dealer.
