Just like the old mechanics by the side of the road on Route 66!! These guys do it all. No matter what car you have and what service you need, they can handle it. With a smile and an honest evaluation of your needs. AND a ride home if you need it And their coffee is good too. As long as Bob doesn't make it. I've been with these folks for 11 years, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I found them from my neighbor who recommended them. They were great, very helpful, and accommodating. Also worked with me as far as picking up my vehicle. The employees Dallon, Jackie, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions. They also picked me up to retrieve my vehicle from their shop. I've had 2 other mechanics flake on me before finding them. And I believe they will now be my auto-repair shop from now on. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for great customer service, and the mechanic worked really diligent on my car. She is an older car, and it sounds great. If anyone is looking for a good mechanic, it's a great place to go!

I ve taken my 75 Jimmy to Laguna Woods Auto Repair for about 5 years now. From the start, Bob has been my go to guy. His genuine care, and attention to detail is what keeps me going back every time. Walking in the entrance, you are taken back to a 60 s diner themed shop; complete with booth seats and tables, a juke box, and tons of old school memorabilia, that makes the wait, and pinch on your wallet a lot less painful. I ve had the privilege of being taken inside their shop, immediately greeted by a wide range of beautiful classics, newer domestics, and imports, further affirming my decision to leave my Jimmy in Bob s hands. Here s the thing, Bob is of the old school mentality of service, trapped in this new generation of liars and cheats. Like a specialist doctor you would pay top dollar for to ensure the treatment you receive has a positive outcome, Bob and his team will give you that positive outcome for anything with wheels. Thank you Bob and team for taking care of me and my Jimmy.

I m glad to have found this place. Attentive and good-hearted staff. Problems are addressed quickly and professionally. Convenient shuttle service. Quite decent prices, discount system available. Will be returning here for my auto needs. Recommend to all.

I had an issue with the low tire sensor and they said that I may need new sensors. They checked my tires, they were fine, the sensors were working, so they checked all of my tires and my spare. My spare was really low, filled it and let me know that I will need new tires eventually. They were at 50%. But I didn't need new sensors! These guys were honest with me and just did my 60,000 mi check up. They didn't charge me anything for taking a look at every tire sensor and tire. Thank you for being thorough and checking out my car, Laguna woods Auto repair! Trust these guys, they are amazingMy Honda needed an alternator replacement. They did a great job replacing that and my battery, taking care of my oil and getting my car back to me as soon as they could. As an older woman, I need a car guy who I can trust, and I don t have to second-guess what they say. Peter was kind and helpful answering my questions when I need it most. Highly recommend their service.

Laguna Woods Auto Repair has been taking care of my car and me for almost 10 years. I don't trust my car with anyone else. Bob and Peter are honest and tell me the truth about what us happening with my car. It's nice to have an auto repair I can trust.

Do you need a GREAT mechanic? Look no more! Through several recommendations I discovered this gem of an auto repair shop. I was greeted by their kind and accomodating staff. They were so very thorough in their analysis of my car's needs and Nick truly went above beyond to comfortably get me back on the road. You just can't go wrong making this repair shop your 1 stop auto repair destination.

I've had really good experiences with Laguna Woods Auto Repair. I've been a customer for more than 10 years and have brought in all of our household vehicles. It's never fun to have to pay for repairs, but they get the work done in a timely basis without the requirement to keep bringing the vehicle back.

Highley recommend!!! Professional ( entire staff and mechanics) . Made sure all my ? s answered so that I could understand. They even shuttled me home drop off and pick up . I just relocated from San Diego and was reluctant to try new mechanic that could fully trust . HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and VALUE was what I received today at Laguna Woods Auto Repair. I would stand up for this business at anytime because they are exactly what I think an American service should represent. Quality service in a timely manner and exceptional repair work. I actually felt great to have repairs done to my vehicle today and felt personally, that they enjoyed having me use their services and were happy that I came in. I'm sure the mechanics are all good there. Had one incident but was resolved. Customer service checking up on your car situation needs to be improved. Someone was a little bit bothered by me calling asking the status and update on my car being there for 5 days. And yes I would bring my vehicle back. Just because a bad situation happens doesn't mean it's going to happen again. I basically have trust with this automotive shop.

Save your self and and your family and your time by not going here. Tbh they had high reviews and seem busy, but very rude and they just treat you as if you are their employees and basically you are in deep need for their help. THEY DO NOT CARE about your concern on the vehicle, and it seems like they do it and they get paid. But people like me will expose the way we were treated and hopefully the will be eye opening for them, that it matters the way we customers are treated and our issue handled.

This place is amazing! I called to ask for a diagnosis for my car. Peter picked up and he's extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived and they checked my car immediately with no wait time. They even offered me a ride home. Peter is very professional and he helped me resolve the issue. This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. I would definitely visit again if I ever need service. Thank you Peter!I chose this place because I need to wait at least 2 weeks for my dealership but this place can check my car the same day afternoon. In addition, this shop has amazing decorations inside and I feel like I'm at a really cool car museum. All the staff there are extremely friendly. I even got to see a pink ice cream truck!

Bob and his crew are the best! I know my cars are in good hands. They are upfront about what is needed and what can wait. Their work is impeccable. And they genuinely care about me and my family. I always have a few of their business cards on hand to give out when asked if I have a good mechanic.

I have been coming to Laguna Woods Auto Repair for years and have never been disappointed with their service. They have worked on old cars (over 200,000 miles) and recently purchased cars under manufacturer warranty. They are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Their quotes are reasonable and honest and they get work done by their estimated timeline. I highly recommend this auto repair company to all my family and friends.

Honest workmanship, fair prices and great customer service. Courtesy rides to and from home in saddleback area. A few diagnostic services / repair are not offered like air bag deployment issues. Also appointments are recommended- even for routine oil changes. Vintage signage and 1950s retro feel make waiting for small jobs with appointment interesting as opposed to the wait area at say a Firestone service shop.

Laguna Woods Auto Is trustworthy. I ve been taking my Jeep to there for as long as I ve owned it. They are honest, give very reasonable pricing, do excellent work, and treat you with kindness and respect. There s no reason to take my Jeep anywhere else.A very satisfied customer,Tomas Anderson

Went for a oil change and they did not change my oil. What a waste paying for Uber transportation to get home, then to work, then to pick up my car and pay for an oil change that did not occur. So sad I don't have alot a spare time because I take care of my mom who has dementia hiring a caregiver to take care of her. Now I have to hassle with finding another place to change in my oil in hopes of not getting ripped off again. So evil to take advantage of people. :(

I have had a 5 star experience at Laguna Wood Auto Repair every time. Christmas Eve they were open half day. The crew, always friendly and knowledgable, got me in and fixed my problem quickly. I am beyond thankful to have their experience available to keep my cars in excellent operating condition. Thanks Bob, Tony, Peter, and the rest of the crew. You're the best!

I am so happy to have found this place. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, it is such a relief to find an auto repair place that I don't feel is trying to up sell me on everything. Honest guys who tell you the truth and aren't taking advantage of the fact that I have no idea what my car is doing. I will definitely be be back for my next oil change. This is my new place and I am very happy. I will recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks Bob!
