Came in for an oil change for a pretty reasonable price. They sent over inspection photos and observations, very helpful since I don't have access to a lift. They also did a brake fluid flush which I was overdue for (TIL apparently every 2 years on a Mini). Ken is great. Professional, friendly, and might be on the autism spectrum (not a bad thing at all, just be prepared for some strange answers, lol).They are the same business as OC European Auto Service. Threw me off for a second since their website branding doesn't mention that at all.

Manager Ken is SO helpful, thoughtful, patient, experienced, and thorough. I ve taken my 2019 Mini Countryman here a few times and have always been extremely pleased with both the conscientious service AND reasonable prices. Don t hesitate to take your vehicles here!

John at MiniWorx is not just the best Mini mechanic I ve ever worked with, but in the top 5 specialist mechanics I ve used with my collection of offbeat cars in the last 20 years.He s polite, really knowledgeable, charges fair rates and is always looking to give me best value for money. When I ve had to have my car towed to the shop in the middle of the night it was ready for me within a couple of hours the next morning.The previous owner of my mini recommended this shop to me, and I will (and have) recommended it to anyone who asks.

After 5 years of going to the MINI dealer for all my maintenance I stepped out to try something different by going to British Worx OC...and it couldn't of been a better choice.I came in because of an engine light issue and for an oil change and felt I got better care and attention than the dealer when I walked out.Christian was great to work with and be explained everything to me on the phone before starting the work. He was able to get all the work done in the time I needed my car back.Taking your car in anywhere for any repairs is always like shoppin' at Costco. You always end up spending more than what you expected but at BWOC the repairs suggested are well work itMy only complaint....the 'fragrance' in the waiting room was a bit too strong for me to sit and wait for my car. Turning back a notch or two would be okay by me

I needed help with my motorcycle while I was in the area. I pulled into this first mechanic for help to use some tools to take a body faring off and they where quick to help. Not only did they let me use tools, I think it was the owner came out and helped me take off the faring. Great guy to drop what he was doing and help me

MiniWorxOC, is the place to be if you own a Mini Cooper. Any sort of issue that pops up, John, as well as, the mechanics know and are fully capable of fixing the problem. They provide a great expertise in Mini Cooper's and know how to fully communicate with whomever. They also provide great prices and several days of fixing the certain issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who owns a mini coopet without taking it to a mini cooper dealership. Great auto shop.

1st visit here for an oil change and check up. I had the pleasure to chat with John for a bit while his Mini-certified-tech worked on my mini. I learned a ton about my car I didn't know before, and feel I've found an honest businessman and place I'll trust to service my car. Thanks yelpers for recommending this place!

I have had some not great experiences with mechanics, and so I was open to trying someplace new and am so glad I did.I called to see about getting our car checked out because we weren't sure what was up. I called and chatted with Christian, he was so kind and walked me through the steps and even got us in same-day. Will certainly be coming here in the future!

Just dropped my money mini off for a diagnosis of overheating issue, Spoke to John who was very kind and knowledgeable and even offered to diagnose the issue for no cost which another place was going to charge $2-300 for. I've had issue with other mechanics before but so far so good! hoping it's not a head gasket but I'm sure John will figure it out.

I took my mini in to have it fixed up with some driving issues. I drove very far and was promised some sort of help I arrived and not only did the man not drive my car around or even try to diagnose anything he was very quick to say I needed a new transmission it would cost 7000 (laughing as he told me) and that I need to get a loan and literally scooted me on out the door. I took my mini to ben in glendora at mini cooper experts and was taken care of to the max. Do not go here! Go to ben!

John is great at explaining what's wrong with our car as well as presenting solutions to accommodate our budget. Would definitely recommend any of my friends with Minnie's to bring theirs here

Great service! The technicians understand these vehicles. They were quick to diagnose the service requirements and completed the service in under an hour. Make an appointment and you are in and out.
