Amazing service! This was my first time going here (January 2024) and I got a simple smog check. It seemed like maybe it was under new management- they were making some renovations and running some specials. I don't know the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was SO NICE. fast, friendly, and affordable. I'll definitely be back.

The new owner is so friendly and honest. He did a great job on my smog check and the price was excellent. I will highly recommend to stop by, soon he will change the name to smog spot!

They stay open for 5 min past closing time to take care of me. Was in and out in 10 min and they charged me almost 1/3 less than my regular smog guy. I recommend them.

This place should get no stars. Their business hours are listed as 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. My husband had to work early this morning, so he showed up a little bit before 7:30. Nobody was there. At 7:30, he knocked on the door. It was locked and nobody answered. He waited. 7:45, still nobody there so he calls. No answer. He calls again and is told that they've decided not to open today until 8:30. Ridiculous. Your posted hours should be the hours you are open. He waits some more. Nobody shows up until 8:50. Really bad way to run a business. Lazy people who open up when they feel like it, rather than their posted hours. Terrible. Would not recommend at all.

They were easy, quick, and friendly. It only took 15 minutes and I was in and out. The woman behind the front desk was VERY sweet and I highly recommend this place!

Great experience!.... I was running late and arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They took me right in and explained the whole process. There was an error in my file which they promptly rectified. Would highly recommend A+A+A+Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Called for Intoxalock calibration. They got me in within 10 minutes of me calling and was only there for 5-10 minutes. Extremely friendly and great customer service! Would definitely use them again!

I stopped here on my way home from work to get my car smogged in order to renew my registration. The process was very quick and easy. The people working here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Top notch service from an incredible family business. Smog certification/re-certificantion is always a trudge in the mud: it's always an unglamorous "go through the motions" type of affair that is pretty uniform. However, at Alicia Smog the feel and approach is different. You're greeted by an up beat and cheerful couple that make the process a breeze. I faced some difficulty due to my Catalyst not being ready, but due to their guidance and knowledge of drive cycles I was able to overcome that and passed my recent. I was very surprised when I saw a lady technician doing the job on my car. first I thought that must be the secretary and then she started working on my car ASAP and then she return with a big smile and said DONE! Wasted my time and mony because of the part that was visually not right.They didi smog check first and then said that they can not to give me the certificate and I have to drive the vehicle more and come back without the additional fees. When we came back She tried to charge us again and refused to do the check again. I was able to to the other place and they didn't say a word about it. I'm not recommending this place at all.

I came to check, on Saturday, but since my catalyst was not warmed up, the owner told me to ride and come back, charged me 50 dollars. we agreed for 2 p.m but when I arrived at 1-50 the owner closed the workshop. I strongly do not recommend going here

I went in with Groupon and the car wasn t ready due to the work on car. Disconnected battery. So instead of being honest. They used my coupon to take for it not being ready and the following day charged me 43.00. Be careful when dealing with this place. I didn t like they couldn t be upfront. Now pleased about this. Not very honest or upfront.
