Been to different smog shops, so far I had the best experience here. Noah was very accommodating. Waited for less than 10 minutes from when I arrived and test was completed in about 25 minutes.I was there on a weekday so that helped, I guess. Noah said he does not open on Saturdays because of the traffic on the Canyon Road on weekends.Highly recommended for people living around Laguna Beach.

Noah and the guys were fantastic. They fixed my teenage son s car within a day. Will definitely go to them from now on. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

Been restoring old classics for years. Had to bring in a 1977 for smog, Noah is extremely helpful and honest, knows his engines old and new. Good to have a great local shop you can trust.

The employees here are awesome. I went in here for a minor problem and they were super nice and answered any questions I had and explained things in a super nice way and explanatory way. I would definitely come here again for any repairs because of the customer service. They seemed very ambitious to find the problem and didn't stop until they found it.

I just started using this shop, but so far I've been very pleased. Noah is always very friendly and straightforward in his communications. There was a confusion with my insurance and he handled everything with cheery equanimity.

I went on Friday just for a the fuel pump hose. He said probably tomorrow will be ready. He called me and said he fixed. I paid and then I tried it, the van hadn t power and he said now you have to wait until Monday !!! I spent the whole weekend waiting to Monday. And when I went he said now you have to wait tomorrow Tuesday and he want to charge me again . Not recommend.

Service was excellent they were fast efficient the only complaint I have is there about three times more than everybody else if you go in just a little bit El Toro and mission Viejo it's 38 bucks to $26 and for Laguna Beach it was $80 that's quite a jump I have no other complaints other than that the service was great they were friendly they got the job done quickly but you're paying a premium to be in Laguna Beach it's just the way it is I just didn't feel like driving to mission Viejo El Toro today and I guess that's the price you pay for convenience....

Technician Noah was a pleasure to work with. He explained the procedure well - since I only get to do this once every two years. I like their service, the location and its facilities - not only because I passed it, this time, a 20-minute satisfactory test t'was a breeze.Prior, I went to a competitor closer to my residence - that was a bad move and a not so good of an experience. I failed that test and the tech gave me a lame or no explanation other than I need to call DMV's BAR and talk to a "referee." And to make matters worse, if I retake the test I will have to pay in full if I go back. So much for customer service and "non" loyalty program.Maybe CA's smog test testing thresholds went higher or stricter now but the tech was non-communicative.I am elated to have found Laguna Canyon Smog and Repair.Service: Smog certification
