Owner took pictures of my car and said he would order the parts and let me know. That was a month ago we spoke several times and he keeps promising but not delivering. How does he even stay afloat with that level of flakiness?

Owner took pictures of my car and said I would have an estimate emailed to me. One week later after no email/estmate I've left several vmails for the General Manager who won't take or return my call. Owner has said they appreciate local business - but clearly not.

Absolutely recommend! The people who work here are so incredibly nice. They get the job done perfectly and fast! My car came back in perfect condition if not better than a new car. Michael Ross and his team are awesome!!! Great service and friendly staff also they are open till 6pm Mondays thru Fridays and 10 to 4 Saturday and Sunday makes it convenient for you to drop off and pickup. I was rear ended in a hit-and-run accident, and Laguna Beach Auto Body fixed my car in a week. Plus Mike, the owner, gave me a loaner car for free! Excellent service and quality work. I highly recommend them.

OMG ! These guys are Amazzzing ! What s great about this place is Michael is such a straight shooter. Michael and the boys did a fantastic job on my Baby, Audi S8! They repaired a ton of stuff and you can t tell anything has been done. Well Done Guys! Thanks Again!

My husband and I needed to repair our 2016 Toyota Rav4 after reversing into a snowbank. If you're reading this, no doubt you understand how difficult things like this may seem. We were in the middle of escrow and expecting a 2nd kid on the way. Laguna beach auto body made the entire process not only easy, but a blessing in disguise. When we got the car back it looked better than it ever has, and i'm the original owner! Because of this i was able to sell the car for signficantly more than i anticipated (our kids demand a larger suv) the guys at lbab walked me through everything, gave me a really cool free loaner, and most importantly fixed my rav for half of what i was quoted elsewhere. All i can say is, i recommend these guys highly... im tempted to keep them a best kept laguna beach secret. but i feel obligated to let others know that there are shops out there that can TRULY help you, and actualy care..

Repainted our 2006 Lexus GX470. It looks completely brand new. Stunning job, fair price, very up front about the estimate. Awesome!
