Eric helped me out a couple months back with an issue I was having with my Porsche 911. He didn t charge me because he couldn t resolve the issue, which involved a computer code problem, that a Porsche dealer had to resolve.I went back to him a few days ago to get a new battery installed. He was able to do the work while I waited, without an appointment, for about half of what the Porsche dealer wanted.I m happy with the quality of work, reasonable prices, and honesty. I highly recommend them!

As a long time Laguna Beach residents we have used Laguna Auto Service Center for so many of our auto needs ( from tires to body work) for many many years. Moe, Eric, Christian and the rest of the staff are professional ,honest and really care about each of their customers. Highly recommend them.

I had a strange air conditioner fan issue along with a brake light problem. I was told it would be $250 an hour, Laguna Beach is an expensive place for automotive repairs, so okay all in around $1,400 as the a/c fan was a little tricky to access. The repair was done quickly and I received some valuable advice on avoiding future issues and the total came to $850. A very pleasant surprise. I felt that Eric and Mo were straight shooters, did great work and most importantly they were honest and ethical. They will get all my future business.

These guys are great. We ve taken several different cars here over the years. Fast service, honest and they do great work. They are very friendly and will give you a ride back home in town when you drop off your car for service.

Laguna Auto Service Center recently took care of some body work on my car. The outcome exceeded my expectations. I had damage in three places, and it is not possible to see where the damage was. I had used another shop to repair some damage a few years ago. That work could clearly be seen. Mo even fixed that previous job to perfection. I highly recommend this shop!

AAA dropped my truck off late Friday night. They were closed for the weekend but Monday morning Christian called me right away and was very helpful. I m very thankful They were able to fix my truck

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. This is the one service center that doesn t hide the ball. Highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with higher-end exotics!

Staff is great when I had my AC Refridgerant recharged. There was (1) issue which cause them to have my car the full day when I was told it was going to be 2 hours. Not their fault, just machine acting up. All in all great experience, already have my 50K check done by Laguna Auto in a few weeks... I see them as our new local mechanic(s)..Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

As always, over many years, Laguna Auto treated both me and my car w utmost respect. Wouldn t go anywhere else, as they are efficient, reasonably priced, and technically excellent. We have been using Laguna Auto Service for more than 20 years and every time they are excellent. We have used them for body work repairs as well as general maintenance and detailing. We have taken 5-6 vehicles to them from a Hybrid Prius, 2 BMWs, to a Mercedes SUV, and a Toyota 4Runner. They are clearly honest and up front about what they are going to do. It is such a relief to have someone work on our vehicles that can be trusted to do what they say they are going to do and charge a fair price. The receipt is always clear and no hidden charges. They always call me if they find a problem and discuss options. I mean every time I show up Eric or Mo greats me as if they have been waiting all week for me to arrive. Personable, honest, friendly and best off all they tell the truth and do excellent work. A good mechanic is like a good dentist or doctor: an absolute necessity. We have driven our vehicles to the tip of Baja and through Central Mexico and 4-6 times a year to Colorado and back. After a hole in my tire, my SUV was towed to Laguna Auto Service Center at 9pm. I left my keys in the dropbox and left a message. The following morning at 8am I received a call that I was in good hands and they d take a look quickly. By noon, I received a call that the tire was patched. They picked me up from my home in Laguna and back on the road. I recommend completely and will will use for any service needs going forward. Fantastic service and speed.

Laguna Auto Service Center is always ready to get your car serviced. I ve been going there for many years with all my cars. Christian and Eric went out of their way to service my car early in the morning so that I could meet a car window repair technician appointment in the early afternoon. They do a professional job of noting what additional things need to be addressed on my cars without being pushy about doing those additional services. Thanks guys!Service: Auto maintenance

Best mechanic I ve been to! Without an apt I pulled in because my brakes went out. The guys here were incredibly helpful! They made me feel safe. Raven even gave me and the three dogs I had w me a ride back to my house! The car was fixed the next day and rad Raven Picked me back up to get my car. Above and beyond service.
