I went in hoping I could leave my Scout with them to dial in the tuning and get it ready for smog. Abel came out and in about 5 minutes he diagnosed the issues and about 10 minutes later my truck was running perfect. He said I can leave my truck, but after he checked everything, there was no need to. Top notch mechanic who knows these old machines - cheers to Abel!

These guys who I have never met, my son owns a Jeep and lives in California, I live in Ohio and call to see if they come help, they handled all the repairs even offering to pick him up at the rental office. Kept my son informed & also me in Ohio about the repairs needed. GREAT WORK!!!

This shop is amazing! Dave and Abel were so helpful with getting some items taken care of before I shipped my Jeep home and also honest on a couple of things that could wait. Dave followed up with me a couple of times via text just to check in and how I was enjoying my TJ. I would highly recommend this shop to work on your Jeep. If I lived here I would most def be a regular even if it s to drop in to say hi!

Customer service is trash. The customer service department should understand that emails often go directly into a Spam folder and the customer has ZERO knowledge that this happens. Customers provide phone numbers when the order is placed, it's not hard to pick up a phone and call the customer if the email does not get a response.I prefer to text people but if I don't get a response I call people.Shop somewhere else even if it's costs a few dollars more, I know I will.

Nightmare Auto Repair Experience 10+ weeks at the shop for minor work (Smog prep/test & install a few cosmetic things), I had the feeling they were bilking me, not getting anywhere with the repairs and hitting me up every update with another expense that wasn't originally planned. Completely frustrated with service, I went and pulled vehicle and paid invoice. Afterwards confirmed with mechanic that some of the invoiced charges were not completed, and parts they charged me for were not replaced. I asked for all parts they repaired/replaced and they were unable to provide. They also lost several parts I had brought in for them to replace. Fairly confident that they had purposely misled me, committed fraud and lost my property, all in an effort to bilk me for as much money as they thought they could. Compliant filed with CA BAR and BBB, consumers be warned, avoid this place like the plague.

I was in a bind the day after Christmas - I had a cabin in Big Bear and was in the process of picking up two of my kids from the airport - the plan was to take them to Big Bear to ski. The night before - a weld broke and lost one of my shocks. I called one jeep repair company and they basically laughed and said its not repairable unless you order new parts. When i got to Jeep R Us I talked with Abel...a very nice guy -- said i think I can help you out. We had to do a couple minor modifications --- but Abel fixed it! And the cost was almost close to free.. :) A great guy with a great smile....thanks for saving the day Abel! I totally recommend them!

Bought a brand new Jeep and went to take it to them on Saturday and they were closed even though the website says their open on Saturday's and the sign on the door says their open Saturday's but the yard guy said no one was there to help us and that their NEVER open on the weekends. We fought through 2 hours of traffic for nothing! Went to Rebel Off Road instead and got amazing service! Y'all lost 3 major sales that day! 2 other families were there too looking to buy. Fix your posted hours! We traveled a long way for nothing!

I found out Larry the owner sold it a year ago when I dropped my jeep off to have it looked at for running hot due to the radiator i bought from him 6yrs ago & rough. I been having Larry work on my cj since 1992 & felt the price was fair never felt ripped off & bent over like other shops I've been too. I was told the radiator is fine, but I needed a clutch fan & a new carb to make it run cooler & smooth as opposed to rough. Right about now I'm Not feeling to confident as I had in the past w/Larry It was never even an issue.. Since I had it there & it needed a smog test done they told me they would tune it to make it pass & tune it again to make it run right "NOT AN ACTUAL TUNE UP" , I made sure & made them aware that I drove it for 40mn so its running hot for the test which makes it pass & the guy stated that I didn't have anything to worry about & that the techs new what they where doing, Not giving it a second thought I had them due it. When I got a text to call for an update i had the feeling of getting Bent/worked from the place that I've trusted for over 24yrs!! Prior to the smog test i asked if I needed a tune up cuz of how rough it was driving & the guy stated NO that the plugs were fine due to my lack of driving only 4k ml in 6yrs. BTW that's when it was tuned last time by Larry, also Larry or his techs were the one's who rebuilt my carb between 7k to 10k ml. When I made the call i was told the test Failed & that his tech recommends a Tune up which is $300, another new part that I need for passing $80, new catalytic converter $500, & couple other small thing's, I'm close to $3000 nowI could have bought a brand new engine w/warranty installed for 5k & wouldn't of had to worry about smog for next 10yrs!! I havn't figured out what to do yet for my catalytic converter bc honestly I can't afford where I'm @with them. I will update after I get Bessy back & will be hoping to have the cat done & smog passed & running smooth & cool from new carb & fan clutch. I'm praying she runs a 100% better

I've gone here a bunch over the last couple years. I own an '89 YJ and the work they've done on it has been amazing. It doesn't even feel like the same Jeep. A+ I highly recommend them.

Will be backHad a great experience. They made booking easy, I appreciate that they sent an email reminder and a service record. They went above and beyond by shining up the bumpers and fenders. Thank youService: Oil changeService: Oil change
