I had really good experience in this location. I called in the morning to make an appointment for oil s change and the guy at the phone gave me one spot for the same day. Usually they are busy. They did tires rotation and full inspection without a request. affordable price for a mid size truck.I was 55 min. Not too bad. customer sit area confortable with TV and coffee to take.

I ve been bringing my car here for regular maintenance for the past two years. The service always seems fairly priced and I m never made to feel pressured to do anything unnecessary. The owners are super friendly and helpful. It can get busy so I d recommend setting an appointment if possible instead of just trying to drop in.

Cannot recommend this mechanic enough!!! They were so timely and helpful with checking on my 1971 bronco. Definitely know what they are doing and more important TRUSTWORTHY- didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need. Definitely my go to mechanic for now on :-)

We came at 16:35 on December 18th. The staff are very friendly and helped us quickly check the tires. I didn't know whether the tires needed to be changed. The staff told us honestly that there was no need to change the tires at all. Thank you for your service. God loves you

Brought in my truck carrying a 2klb camper for a flat tire. Thankfully I had a full size spare ready to go, so all I needed was a quick swap & fix the flat just incase it happens again.A few hundred miles later I realized the plug of the tire completely blew out of the tire. I was dumb founded. As a previous tire tech I questioned if it was just a plug & not a patch on top of it?When I was speaking to the young lady she made a comment after I mentioned plug & patch it , she said it s either a plug or patch. At the time I didn t think anything of it as i was flustered with the ordeal. Then it hit me when the plug blew out the tire, there probably wasn t even a patch on top!Ironically, I use to work at a Goodyear! Trusted how I learned how to PLUG & PATCH trucks to ensure a secure fix. Especially for someone on a 4,000 mile road trip carrying a full size camper on the truck bed. I m not sure if it s pure laziness, being conservative with inventory or lack of knowledge but there simply isn t an excuseI got my warranty replacement tire, go figure after the swap I look inside the plugged tire with absolutely no signs of scoring any rubber, no signs of adhesive, or literally anything to show that a flat tire had been dealt with.I tried calling the moment I noticed the plug completely shot out of the tire, with no response just a voicemail. I left a very respectful & detailed message to get back with me with my phone number, in the event I can get a refund or come back to the shop for a proper fix.Never got a call back.Wouldn t recommend.

I purchased a Goodyear lifetime wheel alignment from this shop a few years ago. I called to schedule an appointment to get an alignment and they tell me they will not honor my contract because ownership has changed. I have been buying tires and having service done for nearly 30 years at this shop. They lost a customer today.

I needed a broken lug stud replaced on my Subaru SUV. I called every auto repair shop in laguna beach and this Goodyear has the best pricing in town. What makes this shop even better is that man who helped me, Prem, is incredibly transparent and kind. He answered all my questions and concerns with care, and got the job done quick. Thank you so much Prem and team!

Janet was super helpful today. My boyfriend and I had some issues with our tires and even though they didn t have the tires we needed she still filled them all up with air and helped us get to the next destination that had them in stock. She was very caring. Definitely come here if needed!

Had two flats on my dads ND Miata. Ordered tires in morning (about9am) and had installed @4pm same day. VERY quick turnaround on install (I won t even say) and a great price, thank you guys. It was really appreciated.

Good local well priced. Danny the manager & Sergio, they are very friendly and helpful. The manager goes out of his way to make the experience excellent.I brought the car in for slow leaked tire, but they were overwhelmed with a lot of customers. They asked if I wanted to come back the next day instead of waiting around. Then Danny gave me an appointment for the following morning sharp @ 9am.The morning came, Sergio brought my car in right away & fixed the tireIt took only 20 minutes in/out.Definitely will come back for any servicesHighly recommend

My car was smoking so I brought it into Goodyear and they quickly checked the car to make sure everything was okay. Taught me a few things and were very nice and professional. A big thank you to Del and Prem for your kindness and awesome service!

I spoke with Denny the manager about a nail in my tire. He said no problem, $30 to patch. I took my car right over. Denny inspected my tire and asked me if my tire light had come on. No I replied. He said it was a possibility the nail didn't penetrate all the way into the tire. Denny pulled out what turned out to be a short screw, tested the area with water where no bubbling occurred. I was good to go. No charge. I loved his honesty and over the top customer service. Highly appreciated and recommended. Thank you so much!

Went here 3 times, had a good experience. As far as i know they got a new owner recently so they have been improving things. Convenient location right in downtown. Pricing is average and they have a good waiting area in the lobby. Work usually done in timely manner and they communicate pretty well. 5 stars from me!

We were driving through and got a flat a few miles away from the store. We were able to make it into the shop, got this taken care of, and very fast. Drove on, talked to the staff, they took the car, found the issue, trouble shot it, put a new tire on, paid and out the door in about 35Minutes!They staff was nice, let me know what was going on and my options. They let me choose how to proceed but gave me an honest assessment and option!

The guys are the best. I had a transmission go out on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to order and install a new one by the following Monday.I take our fleet of 4 vehicles there for service and they get everything done quickly and efficiently. 5 Stars!

My tires on my Subaru were low after getting it service. I stopped by and asked Del and Oscar for help because I was panicking. They helped me and for that I'm forever thankful. Stop by if you need anything done. Del and Oscar will be the best help!

Our rental car experienced issues with tire pressure when we were visiting from Palm Springs. They were able to deal with the issue immediately so that we could continue with our vacation. Staff was friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend this business!

If I could leave a review without a star I would. They keep telling me the car is fine but I'm going through a gallon of coolant a day. They outright refused to change the water pump or hoses but agreed to change my thermostat. They're lazy and dont want to work. What work they do seem to do is overpriced and poorly done. Never going back and highly reccomend you find another mechanic.

Got a flat driving down the Laguna canyon road. I called here and spoke with Patel. He was able to help me at the shop out just 10 minutes after I called him. He was very friendly and got me back on the road in no time. Larry is a great help too! These guys are awesome. I will certainly be coming back for all of my automotive needs.

Great local well priced shop to get your tires, suspension and oil + changed. They are all very friendly and the manager Danny goes out of his way to make the experience excellent , he even drove to Covina to pick up my tires. Highly recommend.

Brought in a golf cart tire that had a slow leak. Store manager, Danny Vega, helped me immediately, placed a seal between the rim and tire while I waited and all work was completed in less than 10 minutes. Helpful, straightforward and most importantly - trustworthy!

AMAZING Service! I come here and only here for any car repairs or touch ups. The staff is always straightforward and never charges extra. I highly recommend talking to the manager Hitesh, he is super friendly and will walk you through what repairs are needed in an easy way.

I was an out-of-tower with a low tire indicator and they quickly checked out my tires and aired me up without a charge. I left my car with them for the afternoon rather than pay for parking and they were very accommodating. GREAT friendly service even though they didn t make a dime off me. I probably won t do business with them as I don t live nearby but I recommend the locals to make this place their first stop for service.
