We bought a Subaru Outback from Farouk. They were very responsive to FB messages. The price was very reasonable. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We had an unfortunate incident where someone keyed our car on the driveway immediately after we drove the car home. Upon just sharing it with him, Farouk immediately offered to order touch paint and shipped it home to us. While not necessary, this was a nice gesture.We would definitely consider Prime autos again and recommend them to others.

Wow! what a gem to have in Lafayette. I can't believe I've just found out about Farouk + Prime Autos. I've just imported two vehicles from Europe and Farouk helped get the DMV paperwork filed and my new Title + Plates. If I would have gone to the DMV that would have probably taken 5 trips.For anything DMV related (besides getting your license renewed) you'd be crazy not to go to Prime Auto. TY!

Simply put Prime Autos and Farouk are amazing. I recently purchased a VW Atlas from an online listing. The videos and descriptions were spot on. Being a first time purchaser online and having a car shipped across country I was a bit nervous. Prime Autos and Farouk were so incredibly kind and patient. With many forces out of our control like slow shippers and paper work snafus, Farouk happily went so far past the point many people would even dream of. Nothing stood in his way to make this deal a success. His customer service and honesty are pure gold.

I had a very positive and smooth transaction with Prime Autos. Farouk was a great and kind salesperson. He was well-versed in his trade and answered questions as honestly as he could. Getting a new car can be a super intimidating experience for woman. This time it was different. After a thorough test drive, Farouk encouraged me to do my research and shared the option of having the vehicle inspected before I made a final decision.
