Terrible! Scammers! I asked for an estimate on 3 items (2 of them inside the car) and they dissembled the entire vehicle to find other issues and charge more. I should have read the reviews carefully and not look at only the 5 star s reviews.

Own a 2009 Acura developed a voltage drawdown leading to dead battery for several months while I chased it reading all the DIY stuff I could find to no avail.It s hard to find people who know and work in the electric system apart from the dealership took it down to John and the boys at Greg s and by god they found it in a computer board tha controlled the hands free phone set up on the steering wheel. Truly impressed with their skills and would highly recommend them to anybody I will. Be coming back for future services and trust their ability.Glen Tomek

I had a simple first oil service from my BMW and they were great. They listened to me and showed care. The shop is SO much more convenient than going into Concord BMW! And the staff is nice.

I ve used Greg auto for two decades now and I ve never been dissatisfied. A little more expensive than your typical Shadetree mechanic but these guys are certified and their work is A+. The AC in my truck used to blow hot air . I have taken to two other mechanics and they couldn t figure it out what was wrong wit it and also I was not happy with the other service they provided me , but I brought my truck to Greg s and he was able to find what was wrong with the AC and also he recommended the necessary maintenance to my truck . I am so happy with the work he did in a short of period of time especially with the AC in this hot weather. I was really in a pickle when exhaust piping and turbo bolts were missing. With very great effort and expertise, Greg s mufflers was able to identify and fix my problems precisely and efficiently. I gotta say that Greg s mufflers has won a new customer and shop advocate. I would recommend Greg s muffler s at the drop of a hat for any automotive repair. Greg was very attentive to my car's issue. They couldn't find the parts so they custom built their own. My bumper had come loose due to an accident and wasn't really driveable. They heated up the plastic and popped it into place. Saved a thousand or two at a body shop. Best of all, it came in less than the estimate. I'm very pleased with the result!!! Serviced my Hummer M998. Most service centers wouldn't know where to start with a military vehicle with mostly military part numbers. Greg's provided great service and took the time to identify civilian equivalent parts needed for my Hummer. Overall, great shop!

My exhaust weld broke at the catalytic converter and I was in a bind to get it fix quickly. Greg s automotive was able to get me up and running the same day and for a great price. This was my first time here and this place made a lasting impression. In the past, I've gone to other auto shops and had my car misdiagnosed. (Because their intentions was to get as much money from me as possible.) That was not the case here. I brought my car here for a full tune up and they did great. The thing that stood out was how transparent they were. They took pictures and videos of the problems I had with my car. The service manager John was very informative and helpful. They have pandemic protocols in place. I would highly recommend this auto shop because of their transparency and honest intentions. And I plan on returning in the future when my car needs it. Worst experience I have ever had. a bunch of disgusting scammers charging $160 to get an engine light read. Horrible people who have nothing better to do than take your money for something that is done for free everywhere else. John going forward dont scam people who make minimum wage

My sister and I were visiting from out of town, and we had an issue with our tire. The people here were so nice and helpful! They fixed our tire in about an hour and made sure everything was safe and fixed before they let us leave. They were so gracious and didn t try to take advantage of the fact that we were from out of town and had to get our car fixed ASAP. I would highly recommend them!

Had them do any oil change and tire rotation today. They were very reasonable on price, beat the other quotes I'd received, and got me in and serviced quickly. They also found and fixed a problem that should have been resolved with a service I received from another shop (related to my suspension). My SUV is running better now than it has in a while. I'd definitely recommend this shop.
