They take forever, they order the wrong parts, they recommend extra repaired that make it take twice as long. So done.

We ve had several cars and a scooter with body work (repaired, painted, etc.) after vandalism and/or theft and always had an amazing experience. From the minute you walk in the door until the time you pick up your car, you are kept aware of the progress every step of the way via your preference of text and/or email. Quality is always been great, never had to return for overspray, forgotten item, etc. The staff is courteous and even friendly. Can t recommend Mike s Auto Body high enough.Total # of visits for our family - over 20.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

They took way too long to deliver a finished product that was just marginally acceptable. The initial time estimate they gave for the repairs was way longer then it should take any good body shop to complete but I accepted it and they began. They then called me three separate times to say the car would just take a couple more days to finish. It was obvious to me that they had little concern for meeting their own deadlines and the management was unwilling to put any extra work in delivering my car on time. I was a return customer but will not use Mike's Auto body again.

I found out working on aluminum body vehicles (relatively new to the repair market) is different than the norm. First priority was to find a reputable shop with the equipment to work on ALU. Fortunately, there are 2 MAB's in my area that can (ins. approved shop).The work was completed per factory specs and Farmer's insurance guidelines. The semi-metallic paint was done very well (from a non-painters eye - no runs, no orange peel, blended). With the paint job in Jan, I'm not expecting to see any issues after approx. 18 months.Overall, I am pleased with their customer interaction and workmanship.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I had to battle with this body shop to get my truck fixed and from the beginning I told them the main issue was my alignment, they repaired my front bumper which looked good and when they were finished gave it back to me without telling me they didn t do any work on alignment. They said the accident to the front did not affect the alignment which it definitely did but they would not cover. I went back to them afterwards to pay out-of-pocket to get the alignment fixed and they said they would not do it that I needed to go elsewhere. Extremely frustrating situation I would never recommend this body shop to anybody, horrible overall experience.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience repairing my car after an accident! Mike's Auto Body made everything easy from dropping off the car to pick up after the car was repaired. Everyone was super helpful and gave me a clear timeline as to what to expect.

The quality of work done is great but parts missing throughout d job was poor. They don t call u for updates of wat d status of ur car. U have to call them all d time for d missing parts of ur car. Great shop that did some stellar and methodical work on my pickup truck after someone crashed into it. Sadly the second time someone crashed into my truck it bent the frame and Mike's had to total it. Took them longer than expected to figure that out, so they paid for a rental car while still working on it.

My car was hit in the target parking lot and dented in the entire back. Mikes is the only place I ll take my car for body work. The car looks brand new. The car was returned ahead of schedule and was completely cleaned inside and out.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Mary did not inspect my car for damage properly, therefore she couldn't get a realistic estimate and I ended up with a rear quarter panel rippled due to getting hit by a bus, she went with the obvious but didn't check for damaged on the other side, like the car has an impact absorber that will prevent one side not to be moved by the other, but she says she's got 40 something years of experience, poor mentality she's gotService: Body & Trim
